@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk oh my goodness the most awful frustrating service we have ever had. Our broadband has been terrible for the last 4 weeks we called and a new router has been promised 4 times and still no delivery. Customer service keeps saying the same thing. I AM MOVING UNLESS SORTED

Night of grown up crap- changed energy supplier .. had enough of British Gas now.. got me looking at TV and broadband also., currently with talktalk, never had any issues but would sky be better 🤔?

@TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my account but on the line they keep saying to call back in 2-3 hours. I am concerned about a cancellation fee as it is beyond our control: 1) there is no aerial in our new flat, only Virgin. So no channels work on youview box 1/2

@TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk ordered a fibre150 upgrade for my broadband received the router installed it now it works fine but the speeds still the old- got engenieer booked for the 17th but since it’s all installed and working ok could we cancel the appointment and just turn my speed up pls🙏🏻
