    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk So16 Internet is slow. I did a test and the results were download. 22mbps Upload. 76mbps Been like this for days

    @TalkTalk I wonder if you can tell me if it’s normal for my Router to be making a very quiet clicking sound ever 2 seconds? Never noticed it before until tonight. Internet works fine it’s just more curious what the clicking is as Google wasn’t that helpful

    @MrProWestie @jbripley If you haven’t got Fibre to door then yeah, Virgin is your only option and it should cost £40 not £90, but if you don’t have either, it’s pretty bad. I get 500 down 50 up now for £40pm from @TalkTalk I don’t always get that high but it’s close.

    @TalkTalk Wondering if i can get some help here? After 3 weeks, 15 hours of troubleshooting & 16 hours of waiting for engineers my 78yr old mother-in-laws internet is still down. I'd just like to feel someone is owning the resolution and actually cares.....doesn't feel like too much to ask
