@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@santanderukhelp It’s ok, I just tried a couple of other numbers and they are coming up as call failed too. Maybe yet another issue with my @TalkTalk WiFi, that’s pretty rubbish at the moment... Any other ideas how I can pay, I can’t access online due to account being frozen during separation.

Hey @TalkTalk What gives!?! I called yesterday to notify you that I was moving house and wanted to transfer my service as of 17 Dec. You've gone and cut me off as of 16 Nov! I rang this morn and you're saying nothing can be done until 17 Dec!? How am I supposed to WFH??!?!
