    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk And now she has received notification that her ‘debt’ has been passed to Debt & Revenue collection. For money she doesn’t owe on an account she closed down. This really is the pits.

    @TalkTalk we've had no internet for almost 24hrs now. Could you look into this please? Location: Basingstoke, UK. Tried your 'test broadband' option on your website and it came back as 'cant find any problems' which is BS. Please advise.

    @TalkTalk I have a back log of conversations with TT thanks, I spend approx 1 hour a month on the phone to TT - who have got to be one of the WORST providers in the UK 📞😴

    @TalkTalk Recently upgraded to full fibre. Fibre 150 is my package, it’s supposed to have been active for a couple of months now. Will I actually get the package I’m paying for? I’ve tried to ring with no help. Currently getting 20mbps not the minimum 75-150 im paying for. Poor.
