    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    Anyone else has issue with the incompetency of @TalkTalk and their sheer disregard for assisting customers? Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. No interest in helping whatsoever. Signed with them a month and been without internet for 2 weeks. Utterly useless.

If you have a **** phone line next to the front door getting damp and knocked all the time yet you still continue to blab on about dropouts and 'poor wifi' wheres the box, oh right pushed up against a wall behind your TV next to the air vent... Nice!

    @TalkTalk I have done all that and nobody is doing anything I have been with talk talk since Tiscali never had a problem till you changed my router look on my account you will see my problems noted

    @TalkTalk Been through countless calls and empty promises of sending engineers round some of which do arrive but can't find a problem, a few hours later constant disconnects, please do your customers a favour and leave the office lights on tonight as it seems they connected to your servers

    @TalkTalk I have spoke to technical twice now you put fast fibre in my property a month ago and since then the internet has dropped out every day my sky q runs on the internet we are pensioners my husbands disabled he can’t reset the tv you either put my old router in or I cancel
