    @mooramana @MartinSLewis @TalkTalk They have an appalling reputation. They are the worst. My mum even joked that she hoped we’d be able to cancel it when she died. There is not one single human who can go to their records and identify that the person who had the account no longer exists

    @TalkTalk The engineer confirmed no fault my end and yet still charged £75. Outrageously greedy if not theft!! And meanwhile even today my broadband down again for the umpteenth time in almost 6 weeks.

    @Tim_McArthur @TalkTalk I am having the same issue. 10 days without internet. I spoke to @TalkTalk today and they said they haven't got any routers to send out as they're waiting for stock. I raised a formal complaint last week.

    @TalkTalk appalling service leaving a vulnerable elderly adult with no working WiFi or landline since 5/10/25. Poor communication and still not working. I have raised a complaint and instead of action, I get a text saying complaint has been resolved. No it has not!
