    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk appalled by your Customer Service. Apparently it's acceptable to not have internet for 3 days? Can you explain that to my manager because I can't log in and work? Customer Adviser did not listen & then hung up when I asked for Complaints procedure!

    Poor internet connection from @TalkTalk was persuading me to switch at the end of my (ironically not fixed) fixed contract, but xenophobic comments from their Manchester-based agent that their colleagues’ previously were wrong because they’re foreign makes me want to leave now 🤢
