    15 days without the internet @talktalk send out another engineer the engineer said the original fault still hasn't been fixed their end routing problems so there was no point him coming out And I'm still left with nothing ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    You have no internet service since installation and @TalkTalk say it's a fault on @OpenreachHelp and they say speak to your supplier and nothing gets fixed what a crappy system

    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    shocking service from @TalkTalk today, representative on the phone didn't listen to what I was saying and I'm left with a cancellation fee because I moved house 6 months ago and they renewed my contract to 18 months. will never use again

    @TalkTalk Hi. Our internet has been down since 2pm yesterday... we’ve spoken to an advisor over the phone, run all the tests, reset our box etc. and it’s still down. I have to work from home & have been told no one can look at this until Monday. Can you help? Surely you have wknd support?

    @TalkTalk my 93 year old father’s phone line is down and apparently nobody can come out until Tuesday. He lives alone, 30 miles from family and we’re especially concerned that his alertline alarm isn’t working now. Is there anything you can do to prioritise this please?

    @Claire001Bush I'm seeing a few good reports about Zen. I was on TalkTalk for years before, and despite their not so good reputation, I hardly had a problem.
