    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    I and talktalk are unable to remove it. It seems that talktalk have a glitch on the system stopping them from removing it. I am aware that I am not the only customer that this is affecting. I have to ring up every month to get a refund for the ammount they are charging me extra.

    Had a moan on Twitter yesterday about TalkTalk, they won’t help you via phone or web chat but they reply to a twitter message. A small hint instead of monitoring Twitter put those people on the customer service desk. You may find your customers like it.

    @AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk If they’re not providing the service you pay for, they are in breach of contract so you should be able to leave. That said, all bar cable use the same infrastructure so probably better getting sorted with current provider. Should get some compensation though…
