@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk Hi I'm constantly receiving calls from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk informing me that my Internet speed is slow. I'm worried these are scam calls and hang up. Please advise me if your call centres makes such calls!? Thank you.

Typical @TalkTalk can’t deal with you wanting to cancel so they hang up on you… ring back again to be told the cancellation team is shut at 4 but normally open till 6pm… Waste for 2 and a half hours! Just cancel my contact! #TalkTalk #wasteoftime

@TalkTalk Hi there. Not had internet since April. Still paying. No help from customer service - constantly being told we 'have service' or 'it's been fixed' - when it hasn't. Spent 3 hours on phone yesterday only to be interrupted with 'offices are now closed' before any progress :(
