@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk @cymraesydwi We are leaving Talk Talk - absolutely dreadful customer service and fairly regular lack of service -- almost always after they have closed so you can't contact them. I hope they sort it for you but if it's like ours they won't.....still waiting for the Manager from days ago

@TalkTalk my wifi isn’t working, i’ve turned it on and off several times, and had to pay for a BT hotspot to even contact yous, can yous help me as my bills are paid and I only have 40 minutes left of this hotspot

@TalkTalk I am having to pay for more data in order to access my bank, good shopping, etc. Had to help my husband by putting on personal hotspot do he could write an email. Have to go to friend’s house to do more. No-one seems to be doing anything to sort it out.
