Claire Brogan (@bobalina83) reported@TalkTalk absolute joke of a company. Parents pay for "upgrade" to speed, instead @OpenreachHelp seem to f&ck it up. No Internet, only help is to send out a new router when we've demonstrated that is not the problem. Meaning parents are likely to be weeks without Internet.

I have that from Plusnet and although their customer service isn't all its talked up to be, the service is rock solid. The one this I can suggest is to replace their router, if you can. Supplied routers are garbage.
