@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@hedgehoghugh @TalkTalk I have spent days of my life trying to get in touch with a helpful person at TalkTalk. In the end, I found BT to have better customer service, but the signal was awful. Seems you can't have everything! Good luck!

I am trying to work - but also trying to help my elderly mother sort out problems with @TalkTalk - between us we must have been on the phone to them for 4 hours now over the last few days - can anyone recommend a better network please? This is just painful.

@TalkTalk Please help, I have been trying to get my account closed, as I have gone with a different provider. I have written on 6th Feb and given 30 days notice that when my contract ends on 2nd March I was not renewing, I've done chat, telephoned and sent an email to complain
