@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk Again, I ask is there a contractual obligation to talk to anyone at #talktalk as that has always always very frustrating? If not, then I expect my written instruction to be complied with. If so, you're just confirming, for all to see on Twitter, how bad your service is.
