    @TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

    @TalkTalk I've just been speaking to an advisor on your live chat for over two hours about a home move, still don't have my issue resolved and now the chat has ended for absolutely no reason. I'm obviously not doing this all again so can you help sort this?

    Talktalk @TalkTalk refuse to investigate very slow Fibre speeds, so am thinking of changing to e.g @bt_uk However I understand my line is "unbundled" to talktalk. Will that cause delays?

    @TalkTalk Why do you need a DM? This should be public as this is not only my issue. Several people have been impacted. You guys need to speak to @OpenreachHelp to sort this out. I'll help in the next tweet about what openreach have reported.

    @TalkTalk I already try to reach the service through the phone and via the chat. same results you just use methods to do not allow client to leave before the 14 days like that we will have penalties. shame on your company who do not provide the services. #AvoidTalktalk

    @TalkTalk fibre to house upgrade. What a mess. Totally messed up and now I can't upgrade at all. Even after having mails from open reach confirming dates. 20 calls later and still given the runaround. Nobody can help apparently... Not good.
