  • nehtruckist Nicholas Hornsby (@nehtruckist) reported from March, England

@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

  • Calvin0013 Calvin Wickham (@Calvin0013) reported

@TalkTalk Optimistic. No updates to my concerns. No response to my complaint.

  • GordonWright Gordon (@GordonWright) reported

The moral of the story is TalkTalk are fine as long as nothing goes wrong. Of it does they are woefully inadequate, provide 'support' agents with a script to respond to a standard (and inaccurate) response crafted to buy them time rather than fix the problem.

  • CityFibre CityFibre (@CityFibre) reported

@donnahaskett @TalkTalk Hello Donna.CityFibre do not provide or support internet services, For internet service-related queries, please call your broadband provider directly.

  • ahafan70 Sarah Street (@ahafan70) reported

@TalkTalk @J__9 I am now trying to get through to this team... 52 mins so far in a queue!! Was also cut off after 43 mins to another team! I just want my order cancelled!!!! Really regretting signing up! Terrible 'customer service '!! 😡😡😡

  • OnceaHead Ian Mowbray (@OnceaHead) reported

@TalkTalk Your assistance disappeared on-line after over an hour of trying to stop the buffering. I have been a customer of yours for a very long time but I am beginning to think there must be better alternative suppliers of wifi.

  • donnahaskett donna haskett (@donnahaskett) reported

@TalkTalk had a installation of full fibre yesterday, never had an issue with my Internet. Now i don't have any at all! Hasn't worked since the moment they put it in and 3 hours on the phone to you. Half term and I work from home. Not acceptable was sold to me as an upgrade!

  • briangoldsmith Brian Goldsmith 🐝🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@briangoldsmith) reported

@TalkTalk it’s been 3 days now and still no nearer resolving my landline problem. It seems it’s NOT talktalk when it comes to resolving snags, just move it to a different department?

  • mol96601644 Paul M (@mol96601644) reported

@TalkTalk thanks talktalk for cutting me off. I did try and speak with you today but your robots weren’t playing. Couldn’t get a human to speak to. I’m having trouble with money, you have made it even harder for me to connect with people. Why can’t you show some compassion

  • gemmarose_9 G e m m a . R o s e (@gemmarose_9) reported

@TalkTalk But the issue it with @Channel5Press @channel5_tv changing scheduling?

  • Martin_Adams Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported

I'm so confused. Coming to the end of my TalkTalk broadband contract. I can: 1. Stay on a £35/m service, but be out of contract 2. Move to the same service for £39/m for 18 months So one is cheaper with more flexibility, the other is more expensive and less flexible?
