@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@singsongjim @TalkTalk They wanted the router back also otherwise they'd try and charge me £50 I told them to shove it, I had thrown it away a mont ago, there NOT charging me now as I was never told about having to return it? What a joke. Get everything in writing with these idiots, never again.

@TalkTalk @rooneygmusic Good luck with this. I just closed 3 accounts just so I could get one of them up and running again after trying for 3 weeks to get a router replaced. Now they’re claiming I owe THEM money and a they’ve placed a default on my CR. They. Are. Awful.

@TalkTalk I have no internet connection. I have returned home from 2 weeks holiday and my router has a solid orange light and there is no internet. I have been told it will take 2/3 days to resolve which is not acceptable. I have been a customer for 10 years. Please advise

@TalkTalk quite possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No irony in the fact I now have been cut off 5 times trying to have my services disconnected. I’ve been a customer for less than 3 weeks!!!
