@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@TalkTalk internet has been going down consistently for the past month with no valid explanation when I called the customer service team, **** service, **** customer service. Can't wait to end the contract :)

@OpenreachHelp Anthony. Please know that TalkTalk is almost entirely automated through computer software.. most customers will find themselves talking to a computer generated voice.. or chatting to an automated chatbot.. Many won’t realise that no human is involved, just find support limited.

@TalkTalk Horrid routine: automated telephone support finally guided we phone an hour(!) later for line test results.. the sync speed rose from 0.15 to 0.28 mbps .. must have interacted with OpenReach interface, up’d line power or reset.. Phoned 40 mins later: “Sorry, we are closed.”
