Incidently while trying to load TalkTalk website tonight I was totally unable to open it, all it was doing was clocking, so I was unable to contact customer services. There has been no improvement in our internet service since going live on the 16th April 2021. @TalkTalk

What exactly are we paying for ? There is no difference in the service, the internet still clocks, pauses, won't connect, and is as slow as ever. Do we need a better router ? Will the service improve ? What can be done to give us the guaranteed speeds we are paying for? @TalkTalk
