@TalkTalk You are an awful company to deal with. It states in your gumpf you replied with that I need to speak to you and for the second time today I have been told to call back in 2-3 hours due to system issues. You reallocated my phone number before as well. What a shower 💩

@virginmedia My experience is this: I don’t have the time to wait for you to fix it, I have to work remotely and cannot work at all with the current speeds. I fixed it by plugging TalkTalk back in (hadn’t cancelled it yet) and now I just need a REASONABLE cancellation fee. £240 is criminal.

@TalkTalk I spoke to a customer service advisor yesterday as my Internet has been down for 3 days. They said that there was work going on in the area and that it would be sorted as soon as possible. Can you give me any more information about this as i am unable to work? Postcode is CF31
