@JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

@Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

@YardleyShooting I saw your tweets about TalkTalk and how they had let you down. I now having a similar experience with @BTBusiness with my broadband. They have confirmed their is an issue with my broadband but don’t have an engineer until Saturday. I called the issue in Tuesday

@TalkTalk absolutely useless. Your agents are appallingly untrained and seem to think lying about “updating settings” is acceptable. I could see the log and nothing had been done. Are you happy that this is the service you provide to people you’re leaving without wifi?

@TalkTalk Yet another promise broken. I was told talk talk would cancel all direct debits yet I can see from my online banking a payment is due to come out today. I have cancelled this myself since talk-talk seem unable to stick to their word. Just one of many examples.
