@TalkTalk And currently I can’t access My Account because you’ve got some problems. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!

@Amy_1867 EE is good. Get over 70mbps at 32 quid a month..... TalkTalk are horrendous. Was promised 38mbps only got 20 and connection kept dropping out. And their customer service is shocking

You can tell @TalkTalk used to be run by Dido Harding. I’ve had a tiscali email address *forever* but I’m not a TalkTalk customer. Out of the blue comes a notification that by next week I either have to sign up to them or lose it. No wonder they have such a great reputation

@TalkTalk Pls explain to me what your idea of help looks like? Does it look like being on the line for almost an hour going over the same procedures every time you call because you don’t believe your customers when they complain about a lack of service or over 3hrs to download 300mb ?

@TalkTalk I've been having internet blackout (my router has gone MIA) for hours since 5:40pm - I did all the instructions, unplug main socket for 20 mins to restart and nothing. NOTHING. it's my 1st month w you and this happened. I wfh and how am I supposed to connect tomorrow?!
