    @TalkTalk I've called customer service. Account is in my partner's name so can't really do anything with it at the moment. Request to change providers is in my name so I suspect this may be the issue.

    @TalkTalk I have been a customer since 2018. I want to upgrade, but I have been told have to sign a new 2 year contract? Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

    My internet switchover day from @TalkTalk to @Plusnet is today. My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

    So despite my internet's issues being an issue with Openreach, @TalkTalk have charged me £50 for an engineer visit. They told me id receive compensation for all my drop outs. Oh no, a 50 quid charge instead. #RobbingBastards

    @TalkTalk Connundrum time. Someone dies without telling anyone their account number and never having used their landline. They live 300 miles from their next of kin so not an easy thing to pop round and plug a phone into their landline port. Answers on a postcard please.

    @TalkTalk Are really good internet provider If they any problems they are on it and get fix soon has I am very happy what am paying for Would recommend anyone to stay up with TalkTalk Paying 61 down and 19 upload Am getting that and it is stable everyday

    @G_Nibs @TalkTalk It's unbelievable pal. Had issues for 12 months and it's been an issue with the line connecting to the box down the road. It needed an Openreach engineer, instead they sent a talk talk engineer who turned up and didn't have a clue why he was here.

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    Beyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre can’t seem to communicate. I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

    @TalkTalk up down running slow since 7 Dec, Talktalk aware but not doing anything. When asked they say send a DM so they can waste more of my time. The clue is in the name Customer service so how about doing something for a change.

    Once again no superfast broadband from @TalkTalk for the last 2 days. I’ve had regular problems since I made the switch. I’m getting very frustrated, particularly this close to Christmas. Extremely unsatisfactory service. Bear this in mind every one if you are switching.

    Signed up to @bt_uk after a total nightmare with @TalkTalk . BT wanted £127 to set up. Called to cancel when they told me that. Now getting texts saying they plan to come set up on Christmas Eve. Don’t waste your engineers time. @SkyUK I choose you! You better not be ****!

    @TalkTalk Any chance someone could make contact re an ongoing complaint as no one ever calls when they say they will. Connection was meant to be 23 Nov, we were wrongly advised to cancel and reorder and when we tried to we were told that you won’t accept an order from us…

    @Olysibley @TalkTalk @CityFibre Never ever go with talk talk. Tried to charge me a £309 connection fee. Needless to say I cancelled the contract along with a few well choosen words.
