They live 300 miles from their next of kin so not an easy thing to pop round and plug a phone into their landline port. Answers on a postcard please.

It needed an Openreach engineer, instead they sent a talk talk engineer who turned up and didn't have a clue why he was here.

My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

Is this correct? I've been out of contract for two years. I don't want a contract. I pay £36 per month. Happy to pay extra for 65mb. Help

There are plenty of emails and still no one has contacted me. I don't believe I should be charged for the result of a faulty box. Thanks.
