The customer service number you’ve provided is disconnected when I ask for the option of cancelling contract. I’ve emailed the complaint email and got a bounce back.

It needed an Openreach engineer, instead they sent a talk talk engineer who turned up and didn't have a clue why he was here.

My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. I really am fed up with the problems with TalkTalk- if it wasn’t for the no. of important emails connected to my Tiscali email account, I would have switched provider years ago!
