@TalkTalk My husband has been contacting you each day over this last weekend. Our internet seems to have settled down again, for now, but this happens every few months and all TalkTalk usually do is send us a new router. They must be pretty unreliable routers if that’s what’s needed.

@TalkTalk Yes, current customer of good standing... 20ish years man and boy with payments always via Direct Debit and always on time. I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday who said they couldn't see any such message but they'd also raise it as an incident.

@CedricBridger @TalkTalk Saw your message while looking for information on a different talktalk problem. TalkTalks dns is pretty poor, but you can replace it at the device level or set your router to do it for every connection. I use Googles dns server but there are other options such as open dns.
