    @TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    @TalkTalk you gave me a dodgy router, now you've replaced it your threatening to charge me £50 unless I return the broken one ? I've had nothing but grief from day one, I wish I'd never left BT

    @TalkTalk Nothing changed in my home in 2 weeks, every 12 hours or so my internet drops off. Sometimes my hub needs to reaqcuire, others it doesn't. My connection through your status me tells there is no issue with your network. Connection currently 5% of min. Please fix this.

    @TalkTalk hi my internet has been really bad for the past month or so, I’ve been getting around 10Mbps download speed when I normally get 30-40Mbps consistently

    @TalkTalk can’t seem to get a technical issue sorted out. Spent 6 hours on line chat on 14/2/21. Then most of the day 15/2/21. Promised a call back on 21/2/21 and still waiting!
