    @TalkTalk It has been that ONLY the 2.4g has been dropping out, not working while 5g and wired are rock solid. Was told that I had to have an engineer visit as it was a problem in my property causing the issue, not a faulty router as I still believe. Being charged for a visit I didn't want

    Grrrrr. I rarely tweet but @TalkTalk have ruined my day off. Tried unsuccessfully to obtain a new router, been talked down to like I am a child and charged for an engineer I didn't request or need! Why the heck did I ever leave @virginmedia. Indian call centres are so aggressive!

    I'm not sure if it's just incredible greed, or shortsightedness or both that's causing mobile and broadband companies to take the piss with price increases, but I can safely say for myself both @EE and @TalkTalk just guaranteed the loss of this customer.

    @janeyolande @TalkTalk DO NOT JOIN TALK TALK. Worst provider of the year according to which. Ask any customer they're appalling and the customer service is that bad it's insulting. I'm not saying pay BT prices but you'll be paying in many more ways with these criminals.

    @TalkTalk Fault Ref REP-12716314.I wasted too much time getting nowhere this pm talking to one of your staff about my internet connection - mostly non-existent, sometimes intermittent. The problem is to do with speed. I am meant to be getting 68mbps-but it is between 1.7 and 6.05

    @TalkTalk Having had internet dropouts frequently for the past week, our internet connection has been particularly awful today. I tried contacting you this morning but have heard nothing. It's just dropped again a few moments ago. Please will someone do something

    @lstarlingphoto @TalkTalk Hi Lizzie, I'm having a terrible time with them and compiling information to hold them accountable. Has your fault been resolved or at least looked in too? How much of a struggle has it been to get to the point you're at now?

    Either way, soon as I'm no longer a prisoner to @EE & @TalkTalk I'll no longer be taking out contract mobile plans after 20+ years of contracts; I can get a better deal without the lock-in month by month & @TalkTalk are just generally **** and price is no longer a benefit.

    @TalkTalk gave you 3 weeks notice for my move date, was advised I could still receive the same package, engineer turned up Same day then advised can’t have the due to speed issues. Was promised a call back on Friday for yesterday by Charlie to try and resolve and no call!!
