@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk Hi. My tiscali email service has stopped working. I tried logging into my account but it won't recognise my tiscali email address. It last updated at 2.10 am. No joy since then. Tested my line and no problems indicated. Any thoughts?

@TalkTalk hi i've cancelled my broadband contract last month and returned the wifi box. however, it still hasn't charged my cancellation fee and when logging into my account, it seems like it will charge my monthly payment in september? please help.
