@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk broadband constantly going down for a minute or 2, then back on then off again! Try the online support which says maybe a fault with your line but then an error occurs! Can’t report it anywhere, can’t speak to anyone as it’s past 6 on a Sunday! Awful service!!

They say it is hard for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle but have you ever tried cancelling a broadband contract with @TalkTalk? 45 min on chat and lots of intrusive questions only to be told at the end of it sorry you can’t cancel the contract online you have to call.

@TalkTalk No. They do not work in a Sunday. Why do you make it so hard for customers to terminate their service? I have been a customer for years. You should be thanking me and saying hope to see you again in the future, not holding me prisoner!
