@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk you fail to understand that all I’m after is acknowledgment of your network, up upstream, service interruption, post midnight that frequently means customers loose internet connection (which comes back after a while). Something that you can investigate internally.

Hi @TalkTalk my Engineer visit was supposed to be rearranged to today but I have not received any confirmation. I have been without working Wi-Fi for days and cannot work. Please help
