@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk no internet since Friday. Multiple calls made to try and fix it. Engineer was ment to have came yesterday, no one turned up! Waited in all day. And then this morning, apparently got to wait till Thursday now for another engineer. Embarrassing company

@talktalk is a perfect name for the company as I’ve had to speak to 11 people today & currently on hold to speak to the 12th. 4.5 hours later & still having to explain word for word what the issue is to someone so far away there is a 20 second delay. This might be a 2 day job 😱

@TalkTalk - signed up as a new broadband customer with yourselves at the weekend. Can you tell me why exactly you’ve had to do a hard credit check on me, when I’m not applying for any kind of credit whatsoever?! Now I have a hard check on my credit score 😩
