@TalkTalk the broadband has to be one of the worst I've come across. £50.00 a month and for what? Broadband that continually drops out and is not fit for service. I'm sick of paying for not only broadband but additional mobile charges as the broadband drops out and uses my data

@DavidLisser I was with talktalk. I'm rural and they were a good provider tbh. Changed to Vodafone and bill went up within 3 months and has been down twice before today's outage. Might go back to them.

@TalkTalk if you put up your prices, I would expect a service to reflect this. A service that is functional and actually works as described, which it does not. Is this a breach of contract on your part?

Yo @VodafoneUK where's my (and thousands of others') internet!? We pay good money for an often subpar service which is now completely down! Once my contract is up, I'm off and you'll be on the blacklist right next to TalkTalk.

@Clouds861 @VodafoneUK If it's 14 days or less into it, you're still in your cooling off period and SHOULD be able to cancel for free. I'd advise you to do so too, they're the worst provider I've ever been with. I thought TalkTalk were bad, but wow they've got nothing on this lot.

@TalkTalk Internet was mostly down for several days. I tried online chat on the second day & was 'transferred' to another team; no one ever picked up the conversation. Yesterday I tried again & we've used the test socket. After a few hours internet service came back & seems ok-ish now.

@TalkTalk Hello. The service in Windsor has been terrible the past couple of days, web access cutting off regularly. Are there issues in SL4? If so, grateful if this could be sorted out ASAP, as we need this connection to be functioning in order to work. Thank you.
