    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    Talktalk account number 1013738840 i have switched today. B4 u start chargeing an other month 31 dec 2021.end of contract. Contract lots of messages on dm. All screened shot. Rung up to do all going ok till u did ***** trick put phone down. All evidence u contractedmetrustpilot

    @TalkTalk if that helps to solve the issue, however i was pushed from advisor to advisor and nobody knew how to do that apparently. I was online and phone a total of 6 hours last weekend. I was πŸ’― promised a call back the next day to resolve it and no call! my sons an engineer who install

    I have had the worst experience with @TalkTalk , as I ordered broadband at my new place, but I was made to wait for 2 weeks to get it installed. On the installation day, the engineer had yet to come, and I was later notified to wait for 10 more days. When I tried to cancel (1/2)

    @TalkTalk my elderly parents have been without a phone (landline) since mid December. You are happy to accept their direct deposit of >Β£60 per month for a service they cannot use. Your lack of care & willingness to assist is outstanding. How do we resolve NOW?
