  @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

  @TalkTalk 2 months later am still trying to get through to someone with a brain...Now being threatened with MORE late pmt charges coz I've not paid coz I can't speak to anyone with ability to do sthg!!! Now just need message launch a complaint outside TT..disgusted!

  @TalkTalk Is talk talk down in Bham? Last two days the WiFi drops out for hours at a time, returning for short and sporadic periods

  @TalkTalk No we’ve not had any service from you at all. Our switch date was Wednesday and we still have no internet since the service from the previous provider ended. I didn’t say anything about ‘barely’ using. Nice of you to downplay it, though.

  @TalkTalk @theungoliant Whether he uses them regularly or not is surely irrelevant?Just needs to work when he needs it? You're the same persn who has just wasted 4.5 hrs of my day and then threatened me with more fees if i don;t pay rather than offer "support?' You also made me publish my password???

  @TalkTalk sorry, talktalk this has been going on for far too long. Slow wifi signals everyday. How can I be using Wifi and it disconnects when connected. Fix up your services or I will leave your provider. How can you be the worst broadband? Unacceptable
