  @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

  @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

  @TalkTalk I've been getting random cut offs for months now, I spoke to you before and was sent a new router and keep having the same problem still. Random losses of connection having to wait 30-40 mins a time for it to come back multiple times a day I'm getting sick of it

  So after TalkTalk couldn’t give me internet despite two engineer visits and three routers… Sky simply contects me instantly with one of their routers. Wtf was that, TalkTalk? I’ve heard your service is dire but wow.

  @TalkTalk another day with no internet. Booked an engineer to come, via online chat, tomorrow between 7-9am as they need to access the house. Had a message to say an engineer had been and the problem resolved but still no internet. Engineer has been cancelled tomorrow now.

  @TalkTalk's complaint department doesn't exactly exist, they just tell you it does to make you feel like your issues matter. They don't actually resolve anything.

  @TalkTalk trying to return router. called customer service twice. assured me 'return bag was sent.' but today after an hour on the phone was told "can't send the bag because address is not in the system"🙄 account disconnected 2 months ago. sort out return process or stop sending reminders

  Hey @TalkTalk any chance of an update on when I might have internet back & what compensation I will get? 6 days with no service & only 1 vague text from you isn’t really good enough. I know the issue isn’t of your making but I’d expect to be kept updated by the company I pay
