@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

@TalkTalk very disappointed. Went for the fibre 65 package. Waited 2 weeks for engineer to come. Internet extremely slow (in kbs) after installing which is apparently enough to go Live. Turns out, fault at the exchange. Have to wait another few days for it to HOPEFULLY work.

Going to assume it's unlikely my engineer will arrive in the next 50 minutes, especially since they would then be working outside in the dark! Was excited about moving back to @TalkTalk with Future Fibre after a previously bad experience but it's not looking good so far...

@TalkTalk my internet access has been down since Wednesday evening. When can I expect to be re-connected? I've been lucky enough to not have service this poor with previous providers. Do I get compensated? Do you refund me, and I go elsewhere? What's the dealio?
