@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

Finally dealt with the rediculous @TalkTalk bill issue. Had to phone them, pay the thirty odd quid, then cancel the direct debit ... Moving now anyway... I guess it saved me tenner a month by making me move suppliers...

@TalkTalk Broadband keeps cutting off, unless i get a proper service im within my rights to terminate the contract im on its running till April 24 unless this is sorted out i,ll be terminating next week!!!!!
