@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk 5 hours this afternoon trying to resolve a complaint via live chat and by phone, passed from person to person. Chats ended without explanation, calls terminated. Never before experienced such poor customer service. At a loss as to what to do now.

Trying to get support from @TalkTalk is NOT EASY. I am at my parents house, their internet and television constantly going on...but impossible to speak to a human being about it. Clearly their router is useless but HOW DO I REPORT IT? I am at my wits end

@TalkTalk so after 4 hours, finally got that phone call. And it was about as helpful as a pile of mud. The agent just couldn't do anything. You need a better system. Complaint continues....
