    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🀞🏼

    @TalkTalk are by far the worst company in the UK at present, their customer service and prices are insanely bad. I hope this company does not exist in the next 12 months. There will be no job losses as I'm sure they employ zero staff

    what’s best isp for routing? TalkTalk is awful I have 30 ping without exitlag whilst pixelbot has 20 and he’s on the other side of wales

    @travis542372663 I have made numerous phone calls and registered 2 complaints in writing to TalkTalk recently and they never call back as they promise to. I have been with them for nearly 20 years I have had terrible internet connection since the start of May.

    Wednesday was my four-year mark I've been printing paper at school, and Thursday was the one MONTH mark of having NO WI-FI after coming back from Sicily! 😣 TalkTalk have been utterly useless to help us throughout the month, and we're hoping to finally get it sorted on Tuesday.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk Hi there,over the weekend emailed a complaint. It has been logged. Got an email today asking a feed back on a telephone call from talk talk.Never had a telephone call. What is going on ?
