@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk is so ******* crap. 40hrs for a download. And when you're downloading you can't watch video or browse the Internet at all. That's not mentioning the rooms in the house the Internet just doesn't work in on a good day.

@Ofcom can you tell me if this is right? Last Wed our WiFi broke @TalkTalk haven't fixed it, we leave them to go to a new provider on Fri - we have had no WiFi for 7 days so far. I asked for money back & was told to wait 30days but as I'll no longer be a customer I'm not eligible

@TalkTalk Ever since I upgraded my package in November I’ve had problems with my internet dropping. At least 10 times in 3 months I’ve had to turn the (new) router off and reset. Is this normal?

@TalkTalk No mercy for you! I've spent hours, days on the phone with you to fix issues with my connection, and you're not even able to give me the right team to talk to. I'm keeping my cool at every call and the last hotline agent just hung up on me. How do you call that?
