@TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

Customer service at @TalkTalk is a disgrace! after 5 hours of phone calls being placed on hold and hung up on, several times and after waiting 7 hours for a manager callback he hadn’t checked the notes put me on hold ten minutes, continually talked over me then hung up 😡

@julieAn34464628 Just left TalkTalk and gone to Virgin, worst thing I ever did they are completely horrendous, its like communicating with aliens, telling them no email so to ring me and what do they do send an email.
