    @TalkTalk I have been waiting for a manager call back since Mondays didn’t arrive. This is the 3rd call you haven’t made. I also didn’t have broadband for 6 days?? Wondering why your customer service rates so low. Shocking service again

    @TalkTalk My father lives alone in his 90s and his phone line has gone down, his care line will no longer work if he falls over. Offering to ring back in 3 days is not good enough! 😡

    @ozzzys @TalkTalk They seem to want to do anything but send an engineer to fix it. Not sure how they expect people to work with no internet in 2022.

    The most appalling service from @TalkTalk - shut off our wifi, on the phone for hours no one can give us answers, keep being passed around and then we just get cut off, absolute joke. Thank god we’re switching

    Hello @TalkTalk people. Can you kindly help me out. I've been informed by @CityFibre that you are available in my area on their network, yet when I check my postcode I only get offered Fibre 35 or Fibre 65 What's the reason for this?
