    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk Hello. I've been a talktalk customer for many years and besides my email account my wife has a talktalk one also. I understand that owning to changes she will no longer be allowed this account is this true?

    @TalkTalk we have been without internet from the 22nd of December and I was told it would be fixed on the 28th December and it’s the 29th today and it is still not fixed. This is poor

    @TalkTalk really poor service! Left without internet since 22/12/20 and told can’t be fixed 28/12/20... and it still isn’t fixed on 29/12/20 and they disconnected phone line so can’t even use previous provider! Absolutely disgusting customer service!

    @TalkTalk what a load of ****. I was meant to get broadband today. Waited from 8am till 1pm for the engineer.. No show. Going with a better supplier now. Avoid talk talk
