    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    @TalkTalk possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Transferred 4 times, then disconnected. Not one operator seems to know what they're employed for.

    @TalkTalk my internet keeps turning off I have reset about 20 times and it’s still happening can’t get on your live chat can’t find it on your website and number is not recognised I’m getting very cross now that I’m paying for a service that you are don’t providing

    @TalkTalk My service was to be cancelled on the 18th May. Have been billed again. When I rang to query why it still hadn't been cancelled, I got passed around and disconnected. The latest colleague has also hung up as they are unable to help.

    @TalkTalk so now you say in the DM we have to wait for the complaint, which does not include not having voicemail, so you are saying we have to have no voicemail until some unspecified time, seems to me you should enable voicemail in some way until YOU sort YOUR mess out

    @TalkTalk It’s not about cancellation date it’s about disconnecting the line so we don’t get charged for someone else who’s moved into the house using the line which a vulnerable elderly lady will have to pay for? Your service is absolutely shocking, your mistake put it right?

    our internet goes off when it rains which I am choosing to take as a metaphor for even the most technology advanced human’s ultimate futility in the face of nature but the customer service person just said talktalk are going to send an engineer out

    @TalkTalk No thanks. I've sent most of the past 3 days talking to Talk Talk and getting nowhere. I have already lodged a complaint. And not because of hold music, but because you've disconnected my mum's phone and broadand & can't restore it for 12 days, even though she is a carer.
