    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🀞🏼

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk Currently on call number ten to your fttp team to try and talk to someone about the fact my Internet is down. Every call drops. Be better.

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk Hi, engineers attended my property yesterday and informed me that an outside cable needs replacing which could take a week or so, as I'm working from home answering emergency phone calls which needs support of the companies website can you arrange for a dongle please?
