@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk I reported of internet issue last month, still every month I get bill inspite of zero service from talk talk. Today morning tried to reach your support by phone and chat still on wait list after 90 minutes. I would have drove to your office in person by now #poorservice

@TalkTalk I've had no internet for 8 days now. Your support seem to think a cable between my device and the router is the problem when the router can't connect to the internet. My devices have no effect on it, also I've no WiFi as the router isn't connect to the internet.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk
