  @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

  @TalkTalk My broadband has been down for 8 hours or so. I'm told it could take ' a few days ' to put right. Talk Talk have confirmed there is a fault. Bearing in mind the weekend and bank holiday, it could be 5 days before it's put right. You think this is acceptable?

  I wish @TalkTalk could improve the Wi-Fi reception on @ITVX (or ITV Hub as it used to be known) as the signal keeps dropping out which is annoying, when you're trying to catch up with the last two weeks worth of soap episodes you've not had the chance to watch yet over Christmas!

  @TalkTalk I can't log in to my account! Also, I've been with you guys for almost 10 years and since you had those cowboys at city fibre put this stupid box in, my internet has been so much worse! The wires don't even go to my router and they blew my electrics! I'm not happy.
