    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk Well I tried to change provider and sent an email and had a live chat yet they just almost doubled my monthly charge and never replied, it was a few months back and lost my wife in that period. I want a response.

    @TomWHLSE @TalkTalk @EE This to us is a complete ****-up due to multi-department, pass overs and lake of communication of a company, they say they'll help but back to square one due to pass over the centre so signal goes weaker the more tyou get passed on. So it's just go for a another company!

    These talktalk lot are proper pricks man 😡 So we complained about their slow internet, was not worth £35 a month they have knocked the bill down to £22 a month and now the connection is even slower than before and keeps going offline every half hour!

    Worst service with @TalkTalk ever. Wifi should have been connected on 25th, router arrived 7 days late after chasing up and it's still not working. Been told an engineer will visit on 9th November at the earliest?? Need to cancel my account ASAP pls.

    @TalkTalk fed up now with our Internet keep going off the last couple if weeks. Paying for a service that keeps going off its not good.
