@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk stated a trouble report raised to openreach ref number 2-1229691177213 on tues. We are still without internet. When I lift handset lots of beeping/crackling on the line then it goes dead. Can you tell me what the report found pls??

@TalkTalk I’ve already done that. It says poor but can’t find any faults but there clearly is one. Did the automated phone called and that said my line was ok. The connection goes down every 5 minutes or so then re-boots.

@SkyNews @TalkTalk is definitively not worth that much. Have had constantly interrupted internet for days now. Hours on the phone, texting, in front of screen, twitter. No solution offered apart from engineer's visit in 13 days time!!! Not happy!
