    4/4 He remains in hospital, his life in the balance. Still no service, no communication, no help from @talktalk @openreach. Are they perhaps culpable? Is their neglect of duty complacent or actually responsible? Today the family receive a bill. What should they do legally?

    Hi @TalkTalk my broadband went off in WN postcode about 4 hrs ago whilst watching on @netflix 'Worst Roommate Ever' can you let me know when it will be back online as I need to know what that sadistic psycho did to his roomies..... Cheers

    @TalkTalk some company you are internet has been off and can't even get through to anyone or have someone come out to look at it, just keep getting the automated answering service which is a piece of rubbish! meant to have 24hr help available it's a joke!

    @TalkTalk I cannot see any DM, I’m having Future Fibre installed on Monday and have received no equipment!!! Just typical of talktalk horrendous customer service.

    Sky broadband to TalkTalk. They are told his service will transfer on 21st Feb, no engineer needed. He is returned from hospital and has a care package in the daytime. He needs his emergency monitoring package at night especially as his life is at risk. Yet no service arrives on
