@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

A mind-bendingly infuriating experience with @TalkTalk. Multiple failures to set-up our home-move broadband (despite 2 weeks notice), unexplained missed @OpenreachHelp engineer appointments and a complete lack of urgency to solve the issues.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your customer service is disgusting!!! My very elderly grandparents are unable to make any outgoing calls and you can't call them to help fix it but you are able to call my sister back if the call she was making to you disconnected?!?! Sort it out!!!

Is any WiFi provider as bad as @TalkTalk ? They won’t even let me access my own account let alone fix what’s wrong with it. Aaagggghhh. Roll on Feb when I can change to something that works.
