@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

@Jaymz_1976 @TalkTalk My speed has been dropping all night down to 5mbps now. Same poor performance as yesterday. Please check for issues at Hereford exchange Talktalk. My line is absolutely fine. Same stats I've always had Downstream attenuation is 3.8db

@TalkTalk Hi @TalkTalk, service resumed last night but has gone down yet again for last half hour - that’s now 3 days of intermittent downtime. Can you get in touch (took 5 hrs for the above reply). As I need stable service to be able to work.
