    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🀞🏼

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp it’s great to see how much you value your customers, no broadband since Friday no updates or anything don’t even know if anything is getting fixed. I would say this is a shocking service if I was getting any service

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    @TalkTalk Currently on call number ten to your fttp team to try and talk to someone about the fact my Internet is down. Every call drops. Be better.

    @TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been β€œchatting”to SEVERAL β€œdepartments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

    Well. A bad experience with TalkTalk today - simply trying to get a refund on my mother in law’s closed account. Β£50 ish owing. I had previously been able to speak to a person, but a β€œnew route” diverts me to chat. Currently 90 mins into chat… 1/x

    @TalkTalk what's happened to Talk Talk? The efficiency is reverting to type - awful! I'm wrongly refused the removal of Callsafe to be replaced with Last Call Barring. Lengthy talks & promises, when I'm on holiday, then end up with none!! Unbelievable!

    @TalkTalk can't fault your service over the past however many years I've been with you but would be nice to tell me my contract is coming to an end so I can sort out a new deal instead of just doubling my bill and hope I wouldn't notice

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account. I've called this number (0345 172 0088 ) and it cuts me off after placing me on hold. My online account has given me this number to call (0345 172 0099) rings and then states that is no longer in use. Please help
