    @TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

    Terrible service from @TalkTalk wifi has been down for two days now and no further forward with a soloution.

    @TalkTalk No because that will not solve this issue. The router is fine it’s the TalkTalk server & area that is the problem

    Can’t wait for the parents to ditch TalkTalk! Sick & tired of it picking and choosing when it’ll decide to work. Never had any problems with anyone but them

    @TalkTalk day after day after day having to put up with terrible speeds and service from you lot. Customer service doesn't seem to care either.

    @TalkTalk sort your customer service out! Appointment dates for dates past. 5 attempts at phone calls. Several bot chats ended without answers. Eventually got through after 35mins to get told they had no record of my order but just be patient and someone will b in touch! πŸ’©πŸ’©πŸ’©πŸ’©
