@TalkTalk Yes we are suffering from bad and intermittent WiFi, you sent us a new router that did not work (it did not boot up at all) and so we have to resort to using our original router that has massive drop outs

@TalkTalk my phone line and Internet is down so ur sending an engineer next week. I tried explaining to ur call centre that there are other talktalk users in my area with same issue but they did not seem to understand. Is it possible to speak to someone who doesn't read a script?

@TalkTalk well that would by have been possible as the internet connection and phone lines were both down from 20:30, I used mobile data to check and found several people with the same problem. our local press reported it today, check last notes tweets

Seriously, @TalkTalk are the single worst providers of internet in the world. You call to complain about the awful signal strength, they tell you they've boosted it to keep you happy, it works for a day then drops back to being terrible again. The. WORST.

@TalkTalk Talktalk creates StressStress. Getting thro to and then talking to individual Customer Service is challenging. Each person I have spoken to seems to contradict the other and the issue does not get resolved. Of course I pay for this service being a TalkTalk customer!?!? Unhappy.
