    @Lloydm_85 @TalkTalk Yeah, I think technically they didn't raise the price of the broadband, just some service charges or some other charge like that. Still counts at the end of the day.

    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @JamesJelly22 @TalkTalk Over a year now. I did replace their terrible router with my own and a separate modem from Amazon but that was due to speed and WiFi issues. If its that bad then I'd suggest you get them to check your setup or booking an openreach visit.

    @TalkTalk are ****. My broadband regularly dies around 1am for at least an hour. No internet so can't contact them online and phonelines closed. When I can contact them they can never find a problem and they charge me £24 a month for this sub-standard service. A Tory donor though

    @TalkTalk Having spent 2 hours on ‘chat’ performing diagnostic checks and wasting my day I still have terrible speed and no answer to the problem apart from a suggestion that I sit next to the bloody. Sort this out it I am cancelling!!!

    @TalkTalk No thanks, found the issue, just a suggestion, is it not better to have a feature like that 'off' by default instead and advise customers about it and how to enable it. Seems alot of people have had this problem

    Personal tweet but @TalkTalk customer service is the worst thing I have ever experienced would not recommend. How has it been 5 weeks without wifi, 3 engineers and phone calls nearly every day for the problem to not be sorted..😵‍💫 🆘
