Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

Anyone else in SW11 with @TalkTalk Broadband having issues? Been without for over 2hrs! Chat support said issue at the Exchange and now waiting for case manager to call which could take up to 3 days… I kid you not! 🤬

Anyone else have problems with WiFi as we are with @TalkTalk and my console said we are running 35mb and the minimum is ment to be 43mb which is what comes up after my mum does it on there website after technical issues had enough of unreliable internet. #internet #talktalk

@TalkTalk Hi, so I have had an engineer here today and he was sorting out the future fibre, we spoke to someone on the phone at around 17:40 he told us to turn it off for at least 20 minutes, and he said call us back if it doesn't work, but it is now past 6pm so the lines are closed

I've been locked out of my emails for 5 days. Spoken with countless people on phone and webchat who can't help me. @TalkTalk even your complaint team don't call when they say they will (2 days in a row). Shocking service, and they have the cheek to say I need to pay £95 to leave!
