Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

Jon JB Wills (@JBdoessound) reported from Gosport, EnglandI’m very pleased with @TalkTalk today. We have a problem on our broadband where using a VPN stops everything else from working. I posted on the Community and less than 0.5hr later I’m being sent a replacement router. Praise where it is due!

They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?
