@TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

Anyone around Chichester on @TalkTalk? They recently asked us to continue with an 18 month contract named Fibre 65 (boasts a 65mbps promise) and apparently this can only achieve up to 35 mbps. I find that unacceptable and false marketing. Anyone having the same issue?

@TalkTalk No internet now for 49 days and counting!! Why can you not fix this? Why do I pay you for no internet? You twice failed to post a new router, once sent a broken router and once sent an engineer who told us the router did not work and then left!! Utterly terrible service
