We were with them for four years but three data/hacking disasters and, at one time, up to 6 Indian call-centre workers ‘called ‘David’ alerting us to a TT router issue led to us changing to Sky who have a wonderful package allowing us to intercept ...

    @TalkTalk How can @BTOpenreach1 justify damaging my home or not telling their workers what the job is or training them to fit a socket on a wall??? All this wasted time arranging week in week out engineers I am now fuming about the damage to my window and my home not bring safe anymore!!!

    Talktalk...wtf, we need to do checks wtf. Had all checks four times had a Openreach Engineer who said problem not in your house. So what does Talktalk customer service do...try to take me round in circles again....wtf

    @TalkTalk Well you have done very little so far, filled in all the forms ...result slow internet problem as engineer said Not in your Home., So your tests have no use except wasting my time.

    @NOW @NOWHelpTeam got new TV and broadband contract with @TalkTalk y'day, they said will get email from you within 24 hrs with disc code for sky sports, email not arrived yet and they have said it's not their problem so need to contact you #frustrated
