@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@TalkTalk my Internet has dropped again today, I’ve just received a message that it’ll be fixed in 2/3 days. We have lost internet a number of times recently, losing for an hour or two is not a great issue but we are losing it for days at a time and that’s not acceptable.

@TalkTalk love how your line test tells me there's an issue with connection between your network and my house but the open reach engineer possible charges are so ambiguous could charge me for anything.

Massive thanks to @TalkTalk. My internet went down at noon yesterday and today I received a new router for free and had £50 credited to my account. Back up and running again in just over 24 hrs. Absolutely fantastic service.

@TalkTalk We keep losing your internet connection, on more than 2 occasions for more than a day. I understand an Engineer is booked, but it’s looking as if it’ll take 2/3 days to fix.
