@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

.@TalkTalk bio "we're here to help" Even Johnson didn't tell lies that huge. I've never known such an unhelpful, obstructive company that deliberately goes out of their way not to help their customers when their service fails, blame the customer, and then charge them for it.

@TalkTalk I’ve now cancelled my direct debit. I told you on the 20th June to cancel and still nothing. I moved house yesterday and my new broadband provider installing tomorrow #great service but you have a shocking customer service talktalk

Haha. Just had a fantastic customer experience in online chat with @TalkTalk sorting a small problem with my internet connection. However it amused me greatly at the end that the agent (obviously from abroad) called me "dear" in the chat like a spammer!

@TalkTalk you claim 24/7 365 customer service... really? I was abruptly disconnected today, and ALL my attempts to get a service were in vain. ALL my work is done on-line. Thank you for proving that renewal of my contract with Talk Talk was indeed a MISTAKE.

@Talktalk any issues in YO30? Have had neither Internet nor DSL lights on my modem since 7:30pm yesterday. Reset hasn't done anything. All cables plugged in and nothing has been moved/altered. Faulty modem/problem at your end?

@ambideafkid I get that all the time. I'm like "Gosh I am so stupid why didn't I think of that?". I have a right to deal with my personal business personally and that is what I do. I took TalkTalk to the Ombudsman and won.

@KatTrimble @TalkTalk I'm moving house and just need to cancel my account. It should be a one person job, so far I've been passed to about a dozen different departments before the phone goes deathly silent.
