    @darth_na @TalkTalk It’s entirely different business silos in my experience. Cross-over in past have been interesting between small biz w/ maybe 4 employees and family w/ 2 children. Essentially the same service but one is enterprise contract while other is commercial.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’m Gordon I’ve received the router it’s now connected and my laptop is now using wireless connection thanks 🙏 please cancel the engineer due to come here on Friday. Everything seems ok now. Please note I’m not happy just had another fake call

    @TalkTalk Hello Andy the guy was cool he did understand my life and issues with my bills he said to get a new contract they had to hear from shell broadband but they haven’t responded as yet and he said did I really cancel with them so DM WILL SHOW YOU THE SCREENSHOT IVE JUST DONE AS PROOF

    @YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

    Day 36 update: another false dawn! Apparently today is the day @TalkTalk will call to discuss dates. @WeAreOpenreach won’t do anything until @TalkTalk do something! I am beyond being polite but refuse to use expletives but for crying out loud this is disgraceful service

    Great deal for @TalkTalk super fast fibre for £21.95 a month unless of course you're an existing customer where you're charged an "admin fee" to upgrade despite being a loyal existing customer committing to another 24 months!

    @BBCRadioSolent Talktalk has disabled all forms of contact including messaging. My phone and many others are not working. I and many others have serious health problems and phone is vital. Can you advise or find out what is wrong with their service please. Stay safe 😊

    @TalkTalk you send an email telling me to change email settings, only to subsequently block the account once the setting were changed. Now wasted several hours being passed round tech and customer support. What has happened to TalkTalk?

    It’s stupid that I’m having to even call @TalkTalk out for their awful communication and customer service to hopefully get this issue resolved. Unbelievably frustrated that no one is listening to me and it has been 4 months of trying to get this sorted.

    @frangla @CliveTheBike What always niggles in the back of my mind is that Orange manage the infrastructure, so if you get a problem with anything it will get fixed faster if you’re with them than anyone else. Had bad UK experiences with TalkTalk and OpenReach (BT).

    @TalkTalk How about Berkshire? constantly having to restart our hub over the past few weeks as we completely lose service and it wont come back without a reset. Hub light still white but no service at all currently.

    @tom57200702 @TalkTalk They are trying to scam me. Saying I didn't cancel my contract. 5 days after I signed up I cancelled in November. Got a text yesterday saying I'm now live. How can I be live when I don't even have their router. Every time I ring I'm cut off. Definitely scamming people.
