    @Lukathy95 @TalkTalk normally its no problem never had any issues, seems stable now so maybe it is the router here , sending me a brand new one to test with , just the upload speed that was droppin off, maybe i restarted too many times it hated it DLM<< etc did

    @lifeatthenest @TalkTalk @TalkTalk are possibly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with so I absolutely feel your pain... Months of dodgy internet, failed communication and missed engineer appointments. I can’t see them surviving too much longer. Good luck

    @TalkTalk my internet has gone completely down. Bh1 area. First day on a new job and I'm unable to do anything right now. Service status claims there isn't an outage though.

    @TalkTalk I’m ok thanks. I’ve switched provider to @VodafoneUK since tweeting this 6 days ago. They were able to help me over the phone same day. Lucky really as I would’ve been unable to work for almost a week!

    @TalkTalk appointments with me is BEYOND RUDE. I would NEVER miss an appointment with a client without fair warning and a VERY GOOD reason. Oh and to top it off, I keep being on hold for so long that the phone line goes dead and HAVING TO START IT ALL AGAIN! #FURIOUS #

    @TalkTalk Just on the email side you have IMAP and server authentication problems and login on the webmail is cattle trucked as well. Yet as usual your service status says email is fine - WELL NO IT IS NOT.

    @TalkTalk are infuriating; my WiFi has been down since Friday, numerous contacts, chats, texts, emails & im still without. 5 days when I work from home is not acceptable. I will be claiming my unpaid leave costs for every day it’s not working!
