So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@BBCWatchdog @TalkTalk Im going to outline a brief summary of my experience with #talktalk for BB & landline, in particular their very poor customer service, poor BB quality, and ultimately attempting to levy penalties on customers who choose to switch to alternative suppliers

@talktalk any problems in the ST11 area? My router is up with a single white light but no internet connection. Was supposed to have started work at 6am but can't because of this. And yes I have restarted it and followed the trouble shooting guide to no avail
