In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk Is it possible to contact you about a voicemail I received from Openreach today? An engineer checked the line when we hadn't raised a fault or problem, they said it was fine and to get a new router (we've had no problems, so concerned about where this has come from)

@TalkTalk Thx. Finally got thru & after 50 mins on the phone we established it’s a problem at the exchange which openreach need to sort. Prob is, yet again I had to go thru numerous irrelevant checks when I knew it wd be a problem outside the property, as it’s exactly the same prob as b4

@TalkTalk Why do we have to waste so much time doing this everytime, instead of looking first for the most likely cause of the specific problem? That’s 50 mins of my time on top of hours lost from work time today and 30 mins on the useless chat function.

@TalkTalk I was happy with the resolution but I feel I've still been unfairly charged for this month as this screen was what came up when I originally selected to renew my contract in January, confirming I'd done so. So I shouldn't have been charged £29.95 for this month as it turns out.
