In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk My Internet signal has been poor all day. It takes like 10 minutes to do one thing. Signal dropping was using phone data. Not good when working at home

@TalkTalk you guys have been ridiculous today. At least twice an hour your connection has just completely dropped, every hour, all day. You really charge your customers for this 'service' unless it's sorted by 7:30pm LATEST, you can take your bill and shove it up your arses!
