    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk disgusted by the way I have been spoken to by staff at talktalk. I have the fastest fibre with then and speed check tells me I am getting speed of 3. 2mps download, just been told by talktalk can't help. This is disgusting, what am I paying for??

    @TalkTalk So the boost I still pay for that now has reduced content is staying the same price. Wow, that's pretty bad. I may need to shop around for a new provider because this is just another thing added to the list of why I wouldn't recommend this service provider to anyone. Just wow.

    @TalkTalk Being charged £73 to cancel my contract even though TalkTalk weren't providing the speeds paid for. Customer services arguing with me to try and stop me from canceling. People looking for a broadband provider, avoid TalkTalk like the plague.

    @TalkTalk with the Fox channel closing down will customers like me receive a replacement channel or a reduction to the price I pay for the entertainment package I have with you? And no, I don't mean the Nowtv app. Or will you finally have Disney+ available?

    ...and I'm back on live chat with TalkTalk again. A month on and still no fix. Getting to the point where I can cancel without termination fees, but the question then is, what do I do? What if it's just the line to the house that's knackered?
