In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@paceman76 @toryboypierce Dido Harding would never handle the phone about complaints about TalkTalk. I know after being on hold for most of the day complaining about my Broadband.

@tomm3h Do Sky actually have anything on the York UFO network? I thought they pulled out before it even started accepting orders? I believe TalkTalk are/were using the Sky PoP though.

@TalkTalk this is my fourth attempt to get this matter sorted out. Our speeds are no more than 11Mbps, our landline is dead at our end,we have paid engineers to check out equipment, it's fine. The fault is between the junction box and our house. Problem has persisted for 2weeks.

@SkyHelpTeam Do you guys still have the offer for the £100 cancellation credit if your current supplier charges you to leave? @TalkTalk seem to think 3Mb down and 0.05Mb up is "acceptable"
