In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk My account has finally been sorted after about 12 hrs in phone calls and fighting for the truth finally got there no one helped me at all. I have no good words to say about @TalkTalk they are the worst company I have every had the misfortunate of dealing with.

@TalkTalk attitude stinks! Seeing lots of complaints today. I'd like to add to that in saying you're customer service sucks and your broadband service isn't much better! I'd like to leave but I'm not paying £130 to leave early!

Imagine getting a broadband deal with @TalkTalk and throwing in some Amazon devices! To now being told it shouldn’t of been online available and offering me 1/2 the value! Yet you can still buy the deal online - these ******* taking a hammering at customer services 🤪

@YouViewUpdate My YouView DN372T has packed up from TalkTalk and they are no longer issuing recording boxes, they sent me 4k Netgem, its good but no PVR and remote is awful. Shame YouView has stopped with TalkTalk recordable service.

@Grufflock @deadheaddraven @EE I've not had an issue with talktalk while I've been with them Virgin were annoying when I went with them, fixed fee for first year but kept getting letters saying after your contract ends your rate will increase to a higher amount then again a few month later

@ZakkieVR If its BT... then its typical. Worse when all other providers out perform BT, except TalkTalk, they are bad.

@TalkTalk Hi, I've been trying to login to my Community account. Got Username can't have spaces, but it did before. Removed spaces, still can't login. Tried to reset password, no avail. Tried create new account and get "email address already in use"! How do I login?
