    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk Your organisation is an actual joke. It's been 4 weeks and we still have no internet. We've been passed from person to person for days now, promised a call back that never comes. I'm actually disgusted at the treatment we've received. You're a waste of time.

    @TalkTalk Yes you have - but you have kept pushing back the fix day and can't confirm when an engineer will arrive to fox it. It has been over 2 months without internet or TV... Having paid for SKY I can't even see the @lionsofficial score. What's the score please?

    @TalkTalk How, in this environment, @TalkTalk do you leave people with no broadband for weeks and then when you find your error tell us it can't be fixed till Monday? How is that customer service? It should be fixed today.

    @TalkTalk Make it so my wifi isn't running so slow, I'm paying £28 a month for it and despite my PlayStation saying the wifi is at 70mbs it feels slower than when I first had it installed
