  @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

  @TalkTalk I now have an email account with every mail after you moved the service across. Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

  I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

  @TalkTalk Your system are awful, nothing works or communicates, I am trying to set up a new direct debit. Can’t speak to anyone, other than useless AI, live chat then a tel no that boots you out. How do o do this ? I’m regretting my decision of renewing .

  @TalkTalk absolutely terrible customer service and even worse internet service! 100% would not recommend, emailed customer service giving it 14 days for a response and will follow up with ofcom as it’s impossible to have a conversation with anyone who can help.

  @TalkTalk Hi the link doesn’t work, and as a consumer it should be my right to pay via my chosen paid method. This being over the phone, however as a consumer im now restricted due to being transferred to overseas agents with limited English / poor understanding.

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk hi, our wifi has not connected to any of our devices today. My wife has tried the live chat but after 3 hours waiting, we still didnt reach an agent. We have tried the suggested restarts but no luck. Could you look into this issue for me?
