In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@TalkTalk been with you for years never had an issue until this last 6 weeks and now trying to get assistance is a nitemare. Cant get through on the telephone on hold for ages and the chat option is no better. Honestly thinking of leaving

@Kevin___W Sadly, due to living in a village location, Sky is the only known broadband provider to give a decent signal in our area, we’ve tried almost every other brand over the years including BT, TalkTalk, etc. used to cut out continuously. I haven’t bothered with phone credit in years.

@TalkTalk why is your customer service so poor ? Second time I have had to call the bereavement service as they are incompetent. Have tried to make a complaint but they are refusing to accept.
