So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk This the department I’ve spoken for a past 2 months and every time they give me the same answer. We don’t know what happened and it will work now. I’ve lost hours on the phone, why can’t you not help me in dm’s - isn’t that what you supposed to do?

Might be switching to Virgin coz talktalk can offer us **** all in terms of upload speed... looking at getting 213mbps download and 20mbps upload but not sure which is the best way to change provider yet, apparently it's an absolute piss-take so saving the stress for another day

@TalkTalk Morning, just realised I have "Fibre 150 with TV", prior to this I had "Fibre 65 with TV" yet I've never had or received a TV box, is this right or have I missed something?

@TalkTalk Apparently my complaint case has been closed! I have no explanation of the out come! From start to Finnish my experience with talktalk has been akin to falling down the stairs!! DO NOT deal with this company, it’s the worst service I have ever had to endure!
