    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk absolutely terrible customer service and even worse internet service! 100% would not recommend, emailed customer service giving it 14 days for a response and will follow up with ofcom as it’s impossible to have a conversation with anyone who can help.

    @TalkTalkGroup Email down after being hacked last week and all my mailboxes cleared. No response from Talktalk . Support is abysmal. Avoid at all costs..

    @TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply I have 6 months no land lines ( lots of issues because of that I wasn’t aware of) anyway sorted BB speed is low / sometimes buffering, for months, OR engineer came solve this problem, now I have to pay his fees ?? Your manager can’t solve this issue,
