    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    @TalkTalk so glad my mum wasted 5 hours waiting for an engineer who never showed and now i have no internet!

    . @TalkTalk 1 hour on the phone today, 30mins on the phone a couple of days ago and 1 hour on the phone last week. Still haven't done what I asked. contract is up do I want to renew. No. So please cancel my contract!

    @TalkTalk Thank you for the response. In the last 48 hours - I have been on the phone to talk talk for nearly 4 of them and still had no issue resolved. The 14 people I have spoken to have tried to put me through to the complaints department which obviously doesn’t exist? Am I correct?

    @TalkTalk Trying to get hold of the UFO team to cancel as I've moved out but seemingly no one answers the phone... is there a direct number or something or can someone call me back?
