@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk having a great day not providing WiFi to its customers and also only giving a generic ‘we are trying our best’ useless reply. What we want is proper communication about our OWN specific issue not a generic crappy statement. Thanks for the mess you’ve caused.

@TalkTalk The customer service was very helpful but only managed to get 40 quid knocked off so I still have to pay £80 but given the circumstances they could've shown some good grace and waved the fee especially as the new tenant is staying with them.

@PaulaRo62125960 @GaterGwen @TalkTalk Avoid , they have no service skills take your money and then dont care , i cancelled in may 2022 and they are still trying to charge me . Sadly they read from a script so you get no sense from them .

@TalkTalk hi TalkTalk, you’ve been overcharging me since you rang me and told me to change to a cheaper package in November. Since then you’ve been having ‘problems’ with my account because it’s ‘still updating’. You haven’t replied to my complaint. Care to explain?
