In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk No you haven’t resolved the network in Wolverhampton. 7th day no connection, I spoke with the call centre they tell me it’s still a network error in the area. I’m a little confused as they tested the line speeds and reported back as all ok? So where’s the problem

@TalkTalk Not had any service for 12 days, so upgraded on 22nd November, that doesn’t go live till December 23rd, in the meantime we’ve been disconnected completely

Awful service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp !!! Gave 2 weeks notice before moving in, had two separate appointments for an engineer to come out. Both times, no one has turned up and now the next appointment isn't until 6th December! Not great when you work from home!
