In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So over last week or so I tried switching my homephone & boradband service to Utility Warehouse...What a joke they couldn't even get the order right! Thankfully though I have gone with @TalkTalk who have been brilliant in getting the order processed! Go live 09/09/22👌

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup your customer service is a joke! I want confirmation that it has been cancelled within 24 hours! I've called 4 times to confirm a cancellation! The incompetence is honestly so stressful and the hold time is horrendous!!

@TalkTalk shocking “service” from talk talk. Inlaws phone went from working and no engineer out until 3rd Sep! 12 days later!! Told to take the box off the wall themselves to check for faults.!!!! Don’t think so.

@TalkTalk As explained. I have been through the future fibre chat link with no resolution. Your customer services are a disgrace. Stressful enough moving home without this. Ofcom complaint will be raised.

Called numerous times, on hold for hours at a time... I had been advised 3 times by @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup that my order for future fibre was cancelled as requested (within the 14 day cooling off period) to be told today it is STILL ACTIVE & the advisor hung up! Someone help!

My @TalkTalk broadband is regularly breaking down and when it does run I get nowhere near the speed quoted in my contract. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now with no resolution. Previously reported via Chat.

Another mention of @TalkTalk who have once again failed to provide a basic internet service, and their chat has kicked me out twice. I'm cancelling with them and can't wait to never deal with them again. Still wish they'd go bankrupt.

@jedd4k @TalkTalk I had the same problem, the tech guy from the services dept. said they will send out a new router in the next 3-5 working days, so another couple of days without internet.

@turner_josie @TalkTalk They take the piss, we logged a fault and since they ‘fixed it’ we’ve had not internet at all! As long as they get the money they don’t care what service they provide.
