So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Phoned loyalty team 12/8 advised I'd be given a leaving date. 12/9 phoned again advised I'd be given a leaving date. Today online chat transferred me to Full Fibre team who couldn't help. Phoned loyalty again who referred me to complaints dept who cut me off. Nightmare!

@TalkTalk I am guessing I have been discontinued as a customer now because that's what he said he would do. I said I have done nothing wrong and he said I called the company incompetent. But @talktalk are incompetent! So upsetting. I feel absolutely bullied.
