@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Hence an escalation has been raised. And will happen in the next 5 days. I hope the cancellation will eventually happen. I am tweeting this as proof as I have not received any comms from TalkTalk on any delays, the issues I reported and the cancellation requested

@TalkTalk My broadband is down. Agent last night told me last night, that I did not need to be at the property today. Now you are charging me £65! Engineer called to say he can't fix the fault. Your technical team is shut! So how can this be resolved? I need broadband for work.
