In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I was going to switch to you from Sky but tried to look on your website and it's so slow I realised that if your own sales material is so bad what standard is my broadband connection going to be? Guess Sky will be getting my money for another 18 months

@virginmedia well you are definitely losing a customer at this point. You hve been letting all your customers down with constant WiFi outages and problems. I shall be going on to talktalk since your prices are shambles for the service we get. 36 quid for 18 month tht dn't work?

@TalkTalk My Internet has been completely down for the past 5 days now, I'm a single mum and I work from home, so I've used all my 4g data from my phone contract. I can't get through to anyone and I'm fuming after it was guaranteed streaming. What can I do except from cancelling ??
