In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk first working day in 2021, two self employed people who due to Tier 4 have no viable alternative to work elsewhere; we have no internet or solution; reply from your CEO office. Fairly impressive don’t you think... hopefully you can spot the irony

@TalkTalk Please can you DM me, I've tried 20 times to arrange payment but your call centres do not understand simple English, I apologise for the contact but this is horrendous. I can prove every single call, I ask to speak to management and you cut me off Iam appauled at the service

In a time where we are so reliant on our Internet connections I would discourage anyone from considering using @TalkTalk... patchy connection and impossible to get through to customer service 😡

Why is it that everytime I upload a file of more than about 100mb, my @TalkTalk internet connection for the entire house goes down? Had their support look at this twice without fixing it!

@TalkTalk so the reason we had 3 BT engineer visits to fix our internet is because Talk Talk stopped the first 2 from switching over our port because we’d agreed to a contract with another ISP, so thought they could force us to take a new contract. Is that even legal?

Talktalk is the worst company ever created. “Sorry we can’t take your complaint you’re not the account holder” I don’t need to pay £20 to you to tell you your internet is so bad my phone hotspot is faster and more consistent. Can’t wait to get new internet... even **** bt...
