In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk never ever try to get your 95 year old dad's landline fixed, took 2 hours of being redirected to 5 different Indians I gave up. Was told my dads name, address, bill amount, phone no, account no, didn't match their records even sent a screenshot of the bill

@TalkTalk In honesty it’s more like 3 weeks after the bereavement you want myself to pay for. It’s just terrible as a business to what that much extra profit on a bereavement. Awful awful company.

@TalkTalk trying to call an actual person for my elderly parents loss of WiFi since yesterday and they keep hitting dead ends with your live chat and phone or text services which they cannot use, router is one month old and has packed in, how can I get a technician to fix!

@UranusHasRings @TalkTalk Had 4th Utility since earlier in the year. Customer Service? Never needed ‘em. Had an issue a while back (never actually noticed), they gave me a credit without even being asked. Cheap too. Virgin are cnuts.

@UranusHasRings @TalkTalk I use Zen Internet and never had an issue with them, good customer service. Not the cheapest BUT it's a UK call centre. I have started to use companies that only have UK call centres also use Octopus Energy and best customer services going in that sector.
