In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I understand that, however, when you've called TalkTalk to advise your wanting to leave, are then passed to the loyalty team, who propose an offer to you for being a loyal customer, only to then find the offer is available to everyone and all new customers. It's misleading..

@TalkTalk Hey, it’s happening again. Yesterday and today my internet is repeatedly dropping out. I’ve done all the tests on the router as advised last time this happened a few weeks ago. Please help.

@OpenreachHelp The solid answer, seems to be, avoid TalkTalk at all costs.. they do not operate helpfully - a parallel to you here on Twitter. TalkTalk is, presumably, among the very worst of providers.. ? “We can’t monitor your connection for intermittent faults..” as if it requires 24/7 staff

Very disappointed with service from @TalkTalk. Have now switched providers. Internet connection has always been awful, no customer service support and always being fobbed off saying the problem has been fixed. #switchtoBT

@TalkTalk You still havent said whether that will be the exec team. Thats the only acceptable solution for me now after all the messing about, still no resolution 2 weeks after logged fault.Infact you closed complaint without even speaking to me. Direct number given doesn’t get answered
