  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  @TalkTalk Hi, I moved onto a new contract on 16th January 2021 that was £22 for 18 months and I've just received my bill today that is stating I have to pay the £29.95 rollover payment, when I didn't select that option. Can you help please? Online chat is currently too busy apparently.

  @TalkTalk Wont make much difference as we've had intermittent internet for the past 9 days. Nobody from TalkTalk can seem to solve the problem by phone or PM. Only another 5 days of the 10 days to wait for an engineer!

  @TalkTalk I’ve never known anything like it. WiFi gone since Thursday. Told will be resolved today at 1pm. Now that information is incorrect and will be tomlrelw. @MartinSLewis where do I stand with cancelling my contract as this is NOT ON!!!!!!!!

  @talktalk when @TalkTalk engineer finally came out he said the the last engineer didn’t fix it properly and I was also told on the phone before this by their engineer that I doubt be charged for it as I did not have internet for almost two weeks...disgusting
