    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @CarolMenzies6 @TalkTalk We're paying £117 to leave this month, worth every penny to get away from this awful company. I have been working morning to night to try and get my work done with barely any wifi. Can't wait to be rid of them

    @TalkTalk 12 hours in total with live chat which booted me off and Twitter DMs and still no internet or phone, all occurred after fibre35 upgrade , which was unwanted. Blaming own equipment when obviously not the problem AVOID Talktalk

    @TalkTalk 4th time on hold in 4 days - I just want to know when the engineer is coming back out??? Seriously this is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time!!! 😡🤬

    @JeanSmith551952 @TalkTalk There's two issues there: download speed (34 to 54 Mbps) and buffering. If the stream is buffering and assuming the stream is a modest 5 Mbps HD video stream then the congestion is not on your local broadband connection but the TalkTalk network.
