    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk @cymraesydwi We are leaving Talk Talk - absolutely dreadful customer service and fairly regular lack of service -- almost always after they have closed so you can't contact them. I hope they sort it for you but if it's like ours they won't.....still waiting for the Manager from days ago

    @CuckooInternet Hi, I’m currently having major issues with my fiber internet from you. It’s not working at all and hasn’t been for 30+ minutes. Please can you not close your phone lines at 4PM or I am actually going to have to switch to someone like @bt_uk or @TalkTalk

    Good morning @TalkTalk and @Ofcom - I still have no internet and I still have no effective support from either your Chatbot or the people on the telephone helpline. When switching from UFO to Fibre 900 VoIP, where has my internet gone and why won't you help?

    @TalkTalk internet connection is absolutely terrible, just had a brand new box fitted (that I had to do because the engineer didn’t even show up) keeps dropping in and out and it’s meant to be an upgrade.

    Things that have NOT happened since I moved to @TalkTalk 7 weeks ago… - BT informed that I’m leaving them - broadband live on day promised - compensation processed automatically - formal complaint responded to #stillwaiting #badservice #servicefail
