In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

Talktalk should be closed down and investigated. Checking the calls to company. Where people cancelled contract. They got billed after talktalk used ***** tricks to add cost. Money by deceite. Do not enter in to contracts. Check reviews people feelng ripped off

@TalkTalk Able to check what Mitchell, I’m well aware it’s not resolved! Like the majority of M7 M8 M9 I have no broadband and haven’t had since Sunday morning. You can assist us all further by getting your engineers to fix the problem properly!!

@TalkTalk Have you gone on strike too? A week now with no Internet! This is more than am outage! Have some respect to your customers and fully explain this situation. Otherwise customers will go elsewhere.

@TalkTalk really you lie so much it is not fully back. if it was fixed it would not cut out every few minutes. I am in contract til october but I am considering getting legal advice as you are not providing the contracted service and just pissing about.
