@TalkTalk the poor broadband service was a external issue because of the cables outside our property.

Now nobody is responding on the forum. What ******** am I supposed to do? And to top it all you've got the nerve to put my bill up by £2 a month. An utter shitshow. @TalkTalk

@bromleyj @TalkTalk In fairness, it was a correct and proper telephone installation in the 1970s and a standard DIY ADSL ‘install’ in the naughtiest.. (Be aware that ‘Mike’ might actually be ‘Hal’ - “I can’t do that Dave.” - extensive use of automated ‘AI’ support bots.)

@TalkTalkGroup Please explain yourselves! Each day I don't have internet because of the outrageous customers and lack of customer care. I loose £500 a day. DO NOT USE TALKTALK BROADBAND!. #talktalk

@TalkTalk It's not me - it's a friend/relative that @oxfordite is trying to help. Apparently a completely messed-up installation from years ago.

@TalkTalk appalling service by your customer service. Changing stories about the reason for £65 fallout change, so flipping and unprofessional.

@TalkTalk Can you help? G46 6dy - unbelievably unreliable service today. Kicked out of teams calls several times and freezing. Paying for top fibre - can’t do my job with this. Please look into this for me.

@TalkTalk your customer service is piss poor. I have been trying to get my unstable fibre speeds sorted for over a month now using chat initially and then the community forum. Openreach have been out and still getting massive speed dips.
