In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

@MoneyTelegraph @TalkTalk Just been billed by TalkTalk for a monthly “plus service”. I didn’t ask to join this! Can’t get through to complain as per normal. You already charge me £50 a year just to keep my old email address! You really are beyond the pale.😡🤬

@TalkTalk just when I think your service couldn't get any worse my Internet now turns itself of and on at least 50 times a day. It's been happening for weeks now and my wife has been in touch with you and still no change. You are the worst Internet provider I've ever had. Rubbish

@TalkTalk we had a fault on the line. Open Teach came out to fix it a few days ago……..still no better. I can’t even update my sons new iPad he got for Xmas with latest software it really is THAT bad. 😩

@TalkTalk I am very disappointed at the poor service in Bristol today, Xmas day, when we were depending on the internet. Very poor show/appalling service for a cost of £26.50 a month. Shameful.
