    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk should win an award for having the most frustrating, and the most useless customer service team of any company I’ve ever used. AVOID at all costs. Switched to EE broadband.

    @TalkTalk Yes, I had a scammer call me when I posted an issue I have with my loss of internet. The irony is, no one from official TalkTalk has bothered to call me but a scammer has. What a joke!!

    @TalkTalk After appalling treatment of my elderly grandmother (13yr customer), broken promises, 40min hold times, being hung up on by your complaints manager, and agents speaking over us. I’ve had to escalate directly to your CEO.Poor Twitter support. Will try and move to @bt_uk

    @TalkTalk Terrible customer service from TalkTalk business. Will not fix our broadband issue as they’re saying we’re failing verification on our email though happy to send sales emails to that address 🙄

    @TalkTalk why is it absolutely impossible to get someone to look at and correct consistently incorrect billing for the last 3 months?! A #talktalkbusiness customer for 8 years means nothing. I wish I had never renewed my contract now. Even a formal complaint gets ignored!

    @TalkTalk The WiFi in my son’s flat has been down for 10 days and he only seems to be able to get help from virtual customer service which tells him to use the app to fix it …. BUT HE HAS NO WIFI TO GET ON THE WIFI. It says: “Connected, no internet”. Please help!

    @TalkTalk My aged parents of over 80 years old have not had internet from Talktalk since New Years eve... nothing has been done and talking to the people on the other end of the phone is useless. Can you help? We have called your company over 10 times. Nothing has happened!
