  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

  So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   For the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.

  Has anyone got any ideas how to get talktalk to sort your problems out? I cant get email and i have rung 8 times spoken to technicians bots and been on the phone hours. They all say it will get sorted but it never does im exhausted with it and my job depends on emails. Help!!
