    @TalkTalk we have 2mbps at best for 2 adults home working & 2 children home schooling. Despite various attempts to get you to fix the problem we still have to wait another week for an engineer which you are charging us for. Only so much patience my employer can have with me.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk Internet also down. Online states you are there 24/7 365 days a year but yet close. The msg on the phone then tells you to go online to see the opening hours, you with no internet 🙄

    @TalkTalk any idea when your issue in the Cambridgeshire area will be fixed? And more importantly why when you have none about this issue for over 8hrs you've made no attempt to contact your customers to keep them informed?

    @TalkTalk hi, had no internet/ WiFi since around 2pm. This isn't the first time it's dropped out either. Seems other have having issues in the area aswell..

    @TalkTalk We had our full fibre installed on the 30th Dec 21, since that day we've had 4 days of internet, 23 days and counting with nothing. Working from Home plus children... with no internet and the issue is still not resolved, no engineer from @CityFibre nor @TalkTalk has been offered
