    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk Because your chat bot is god awful alongside the support representatives who haven't got a clue. try and ring to get help and the automated process there is frankly infuriating - go through a web of saying your postcode/mobile number 17 times to be told 'ok thanks hang up'

    I’ve been with @talktalk for years and just renewed for 24 mos in July. Now full fibre is available to me and other nearby houses. As a new customer they would charge me £25pm; to upgrade they want £40.95pm (atm it costs £24). So much for loyalty.

    @TalkTalk I have just spoken to my mum, who is incredibly stressed by her dealings with you. She has recently moved to sheltered accommodation & originally wanted to carry on with you as her internet provider. After repeated issues with getting it set up, she cancelled 1/n

    I swear talktalk internet was the worst but ******* at least they took the money on time, I’ve set up 3 different direct debits with Virgin and they still don’t take the money and now I’m in debt bc of them ???? Make it make sense ???

    @TalkTalk They have marked my fault as resolved before I have even received the cable, so I hope I have no further issues. Do I get reimbursed for the lost of Internet service

    1) I understand now, people's frustration with @talktalk. If only you could just log a fault! Chat route, details, checks, power down etc then wait! No internet, limited phone data! End chat, go back later, start all over again, no record of your problem!

    @TalkTalk Hi Lungie, I've wasted enough time on this today, I'll dm tomorrow when the router that was supposed to come today shows up (and it won't fix the problem) tried brand new same router and same problem.Unfortunately your advisor can't deviate from a script or listen to common sense

    @Autumnpumpkin26 @TalkTalk I have spoken to your team, they are sending me a new cable. I am hoping it works as I have already lost a day of Internet service and it's really frustrating
