I could share screenshot after screenshot of the painful conversations I’ve been having with the ‘customer support team’ via DM and I feel like I’m just getting template replies that are nowhere near solving the problem.

After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

Kirsty (@kwhitfield_xx) reported from Sandbach, England@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

Unable to restore access to talktalk email as chat agents unable to help. 6 agents, 4 hours in total. Just keep sending her to reset password page.

Can’t get problem progressed with @OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp Can you send out an engineer to sort? We have jobs we need to do!
