@TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

@TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

@TalkTalk 1.5 hrs on phone to an 'advisor'. Fault: Connected, no Internet. Can't get on websites, no emails, nothing loading. Apparently not a problem with Internet though. We need to contact every single website as it's their fault. Marvellous. Moving to @SkyBroadband
