    @TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

    @TalkTalk 16th August I was having issues with not having any TV channels. Today I'm still having these problems. I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

    @TalkTalk I have no internet no TV and now the phone is crackling that bad that I cannot use it. I phoned twice last night to speak to two imbeciles that didn't help and I have now been messaging since 9am this morning and have been asked twice for my name a d phone number

    @TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

    @marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

    @TalkTalk What needs to happen Mandy is this issue should have been sorted months ago. I reported it twice only to be told my internet will be better if I UPGRADE. The call centre's you use are dire, totally useful and stick to a scripts and do nothing to help customers. Kindly DM me

    @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

    @entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
