This is shocking servicing. Your call center staff have no customer care skills what so ever. This will be escalated further!

I pay for a service to be told ring this number, a number that doesn't do jack diddly squat! Blaming it on high pressure then retune.

Literally at the point your box is going in the bin and cancelling your contact. My sister made me aware she's had no internet for 4 days...
