@TalkTalk you WiFi boxes are ****... Get back from holiday only to find once again it's not working. Had an engineer out while I was away. Literally at the point your box is going in the bin and cancelling your contact. My sister made me aware she's had no internet for 4 days...

Some good news from TalkTalk complaint department- the real one not the one who pretended to be. They admitted Ihe case had been mistre mismanaged and apologised with a gesture of offering compensation on my bill. Most of all I was listened to and internet and landline are back.

@TalkTalk We cannot get through on any of your customer service contact numbers. How do we speak to someone? When we phone the numbers the call is immediately ended. This is rubbish customer service!!!!!!! Not impressed!!!!!!!
