    @TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

    @TalkTalk Perhaps encourage your call centre staff to a) listen, b) attempt to be empathetic when dealing with a 90 year old customer who isn’t IT savvy, c) not patronise the son who is trying to help her. I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

    @TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

    @TalkTalk Well - it crossed my mind someone nearby me is using a lot of bandwidth (I'm no expert), but for around 7 or 8 months now my internet goes every single Sunday night. If I'm doing work for the following day then I have a problem...or watching something, it's spoiled...
