Julian Hirst (@Julestair) reported from Biddulph Moor, England@TalkTalk Perhaps encourage your call centre staff to a) listen, b) attempt to be empathetic when dealing with a 90 year old customer who isn’t IT savvy, c) not patronise the son who is trying to help her. I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.
