    The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

    @TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

    @TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

    @TalkTalk is it really good enough to leave a vulnerable 91 year old woman without a phone line which her emergency button is dependent on? She's had multiple strokes. Connectivity is literally life and death. Can't a straight answer despite many calls.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I'm having issues with the internet, every now and then the connection will drop. Sometimes speed tests will be okay and othertimes they're down in the 0.(x) for download and upload. Restarted the router and done what's suggested. Liverpool area as well.

    @TalkTalk Still no closer to getting reliable broadband at the "guaranteed" speed by @TalkTalk. I have asked three times for contact details to escalate this complaint with no answer and they have failed to confirm if the issue the engineer found has been corrected. What terrible service.

    @TalkTalk How long does a 91 vulnerable self isolating peron have to wait to resolve dreadul crackle on her line. She can't hear us and we can't hear her! It's been like this since before Xmas and despite calls to customer services and a visit to the home it still isn't fixed!
