@sadpunx101 @TalkTalk To reiterate ALL I WANT TO DO IS RESET AN EMAIL PASSWORD. I could share screenshot after screenshot of the painful conversations I’ve been having with the ‘customer support team’ via DM and I feel like I’m just getting template replies that are nowhere near solving the problem.

Amazing service from @TalkTalk. Two weeks ago told them my router was broken, they said a new one would be with me in 2 days! Two weeks later find out they never processed the order so will have to wait an extra 5 days!! #getin 🤙🏻🤙🏻

@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

It’s took 8 weeks, approximately 24 hours of continuous chat, phone calls & engineers. I finally spoken to a manager based in the UK & not a call centre abroad following a script! @TalkTalk will reimburse me & allow me to cancel the contract! Avoid this company at all cost!

@TalkTalk Bill was paid 4 days late at the end of last month due to finances as hours have been cut in most cases LPF is fair, but I have had a lot of disconnections though/poor service at times so not not believe the late payment fee is reasonable. How do I raise a complaint?
