@TalkTalk It’s really bad Netflix either won’t connect or constantly disconnects my phone won’t stay connected and having to use my partners 3G hotspot with @ThreeUK just to use WiFi!

1/2 @TalkTalk has the most appalling customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Since 30 July (our ‘go live date’) I’ve been on the phone with their technical team for nearly 5 hours in total & we’re STILL no closer to getting anything resolved... #badcustomerservice #talktalk

@TalkTalk are thieving lying b****** I first reported my issue 9th September, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to a supervisor last week who informed me I was well within my rights to cancel with no charge but to please allow them 48 hours to see if fixes worked.

@TalkTalk Perhaps encourage your call centre staff to a) listen, b) attempt to be empathetic when dealing with a 90 year old customer who isn’t IT savvy, c) not patronise the son who is trying to help her. I’d be more than happy to speak to someone or put something in writing.

Two weeks ago my broadband failed. I spent hours on the phone to your support desk, after which I was sent a new router, which didn't help. Then a TalkTalk engineer was sent. He established that the router wasn’t the issue and that there was an outside fault. 2/5

@ThatProgrammer @tnewtondunn Very strange. Hopefully it won't happen again. I never really have issues with TalkTalk - only maybe once or twice per year and it dosen't last very long. Only reason I'm considering changing ISP is because they don't offer speeds above 60mbps in my area.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from @TalkTalk - engineer due 7-9am. Calls at 9 - running late by an hour. Calls 45mins later. Can’t come there’s road closures. He could have got here if he wanted, it’s London. Not just one Bridge gets you across the river!

Anyone else has issue with the incompetency of @TalkTalk and their sheer disregard for assisting customers? Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. No interest in helping whatsoever. Signed with them a month and been without internet for 2 weeks. Utterly useless.
