    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

    @TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

    Amazing service from @TalkTalk. Two weeks ago told them my router was broken, they said a new one would be with me in 2 days! Two weeks later find out they never processed the order so will have to wait an extra 5 days!! #getin 🤙🏻🤙🏻

    @TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

    @sadpunx101 @TalkTalk To reiterate ALL I WANT TO DO IS RESET AN EMAIL PASSWORD. I could share screenshot after screenshot of the painful conversations I’ve been having with the ‘customer support team’ via DM and I feel like I’m just getting template replies that are nowhere near solving the problem.

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    Can anyone recommend an internet provider that isn't useless? Because anytime I've had to contact @TalkTalk it's been a nightmare and now they're trying to charge me £50 to send an engineer for a problem that is clearly with their equipment.

    @OpenreachHelp hi, we had a powercut yesterday.we have no internet through our fttp fibre.spoke with talktalk and said you have put a block on the line. My wife is an on call social worker so relies on wifi calling due to no mobile reception.please help
