    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

    @TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

I could share screenshot after screenshot of the painful conversations I’ve been having with the ‘customer support team’ via DM and I feel like I’m just getting template replies that are nowhere near solving the problem.

    @TalkTalk was supposed to go live yesterday but router is just flashing Amber. Service status says it can't identify my router or its software version. Tried with ether net cable and micro filter

    Amazing service from @TalkTalk. Two weeks ago told them my router was broken, they said a new one would be with me in 2 days! Two weeks later find out they never processed the order so will have to wait an extra 5 days!! #getin 🤙🏻🤙🏻

    @TalkTalk Maybe you can help my 73 year old mother in law who was without her phone line in October when her husband was dying, had to have her calls redirected to her talk talk mobile (which you charged her for) & promised compensation? Jan bill just been emailed, no compensation? Poor

    @theresafryers @imgur @TalkTalk I thought it was back working again too but it seems not. TalkTalk are being very blase about the situation. When I told them the issue I was suggested to get a new router yet there are many people seeing their Imgur images down.
