The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

@TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

@TalkTalk I'm able to connect to my router but all my devices are saying connected with no Internet. I've turned the router off and back in but its not working. I've logged into my account but its saying there's no known issues
