Hi @TalkTalk why is my 3g faster than my WiFi? I can't even watch Netflix on it. Get your **** together you divs

  • TheNickAllen
nick (@TheNickAllen) reported from Urmston, England

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkTV just clicked the link in your offer email by accident...surely there are some rules against signing someone up to an 18 month contract from one click in an email, not even a confirm button on the landing page. I’m sure you’ll have a few requests to cancel.

  • glasscandle
peter kavanagh (@glasscandle) reported from Urmston, England

@TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

  • glasscandle
peter kavanagh (@glasscandle) reported from Urmston, England

@TalkTalk Are you kidding me! I paid £20 to watch Sky Sports box office and now my talk talk WiFi is buffering. It is marginal. Absolutely rubbish service

  • sassak
Omar jack kassas (@sassak) reported from Wilmslow, England

@TalkTalk We have been in touch with your “customer service” department & asked them to repeatedly to stop & remove his details especially as he doesn’t even have an account with you. If it continues after this I will take matters further.. thank you for your reply Becky #broadband #Emery

  • glasscandle
peter kavanagh (@glasscandle) reported from Urmston, England

@TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

  • kwhitfield_xx
Kirsty (@kwhitfield_xx) reported from Sandbach, England

@TalkTalk I spoke to customer services Friday night as I first reported my home WiFi problem of it never working and being unable to use it more than 28 days ago it has been marked on my file I am entitled to cancel. I would like this to be actioned please

  • Julestair
Julian Hirst (@Julestair) reported from Biddulph Moor, England

It’s always nice to have anecdotes of bad customer service when facilitating customer care courses. So a huge “thank you” to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for providing me with fresh examples with which to horrify future delegates .

  • glasscandle
peter kavanagh (@glasscandle) reported from Urmston, England

@TalkTalk I am a broadband customer. 1012579385.I am out of contact.I am eager to buy your Black Friday Fibre 35 deal.First 3 months free. I’m ahead of the cut off time. Surely the customer landline should be open for your deadline?

  • glasscandle
peter kavanagh (@glasscandle) reported from Urmston, England

@TalkTalk my connection status is marginal once again. Trying to watch the football. Had to give up on it. Charging me £34 per month for a marginal or fair connection status 24/7. Awful

  • shinyperson
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@CruisingTheCut TalkTalk have come up cheapest for us every renewal for the last six years. Good service too, when we've had line issues it's always been fixed within 24 hours.

  • tweetlockster
Mike Lockey (@tweetlockster) reported from Wilmslow, England

@TalkTalk one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever had in 20 years of working in IT. Two contracts now at risk of being terminated

  • Jonathan1922
Jonathan Hodgson (@Jonathan1922) reported from Wilmslow, England

The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

  • GetLowGetLaid
Chesney (@GetLowGetLaid) reported from Buxton, England

@TalkTalk you WiFi boxes are ****... Get back from holiday only to find once again it's not working. Had an engineer out while I was away. Literally at the point your box is going in the bin and cancelling your contact. My sister made me aware she's had no internet for 4 days...

@gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims. @TalkTalk My internet hasn’t been working since yesterday. Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?

  • JU51LNS

@TalkTalk Extortion to keep an email address. Never will I use this company again as it’s clearly about fleecing people.
