@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

@TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

Amazing service from @TalkTalk. Two weeks ago told them my router was broken, they said a new one would be with me in 2 days! Two weeks later find out they never processed the order so will have to wait an extra 5 days!! #getin 🤙🏻🤙🏻

I could share screenshot after screenshot of the painful conversations I’ve been having with the ‘customer support team’ via DM and I feel like I’m just getting template replies that are nowhere near solving the problem.
