    Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

    @TalkTalk our Briadband has gone down in the G66 area???? Went down for 10 mins yesterday and now came back in and it’s down again and has been for hours????

    @TalkTalk I’m having YET more connection issues after receiving a replacement hub numerous weeks ago, it’s getting ridiculous how often my supposed Fibre 65 connection just cuts off entirely or drops 😡😡😡

    TalkTalk is literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever encountered. Quality of connection is routinely absolute garbage. Am I just unlucky, or is this just what they’re like?

    @WeAreOpenreach fantastic service from Ryan your engineer today in Glasgow. Picking up on jobs as colleagues off sick and still managed to connect me to @TalkTalk fibre broadband on the scheduled appointment day. #aboveandbeyond #greatservice

    3 days @TalkTalk internet problem. Disconnected and dropped. Always asked the same question. Today Engineer @OpenreachHelp came. He cannot access the telco pole because located at private neighbour garden. The asked me to get phone number and name my neighbour. This is not right.

    @TalkTalk I reported of internet issue last month, still every month I get bill inspite of zero service from talk talk. Today morning tried to reach your support by phone and chat still on wait list after 90 minutes. I would have drove to your office in person by now #poorservice

    @TalkTalk guys this is getting ridiculous now, almost on a daily basis I’m suffering drops in my internet (I was sent a replacement a few weeks ago) because I was having the same with my previous router… it’s getting to the point I’m thinking of looking elsewhere for my service

    @TalkTalk I received a replacement router last week due to my internet constantly dropping, as I was told this was the most likely place for the issue to be occurring. Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

    @TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

    The engineer that @TalkTalk sent wasn't able to fix my internet :( There is no reason it shouldn't be working. New router on its way rn and if it doesn't fix it I have no clue what to do anymore

    @TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

    @TalkTalk No home phone or broadband service for 27 hours in Upton area of the Wirral. Reported fault via chat absolutely no help. My wife is in recovery from surgery we need phone and access to internet. When will repairs be made at local exchange?

    @harithah_privv All broadband companies apart from Virgin Media use BT's lines so they're basically the same. Talktalk just have the worst customer service.

    @MartinSLewis my parents broadband/tv package is with @talktalk my mom died and dad has dementia. came to live with me. Tried numerous times to disconnect service as house is empty. Call centre say I’m not allowed as I’m not dead! So 💔 I gave up and continued paying £44pcm
