@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TalkTalk Used live chat yesterday. No help. Phone chat this morning (for over an hour) no help. Account holder completed form already, now you send us back to live chat or phone. You have customer details, you accept there is a fault with WiFi, why not contact account holder?

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Just got off phone with @TalkTalk. Still in contract but paying above new customer prices. Got through to retentions who matched new customer prices and dropped fees. Stayed with them.

@TalkTalk Please can I have the phone number of a person who will not make me run over an hour of diagnostics, or direct me to endless forms, or live chat. For second time in over a week you’re calling an engineer. Still no landline, no WiFi. No solution. Really awful.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow TalkTalk: lady on phone was very nice and after some time said this is the worst part of my job: there is nothing i can do although i have tried. Its still £25 for broadband and phone with anytime calls on a 18 month contract costing me £145 to recind.

@itvMLshow Hey #MartinLewis I was paying @TalkTalk £35 pm for broadband and phone - called them today now it's down to £23 fixed for 18mths and nearly doubled speed as well.
