    @TalkTalk Yes I tried your service centre, it said there's a problem and that I need live chat, but there's no one to chat to, every day.

    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    .@TalkTalk "No mid contract price rises for the duration of your contract - guaranteed." Also @TalkTalk "Thanks for being a loyal TalkTalk customer" - *increases price by 10% 6 months into an 18 month contract* - How is this acceptable? New customers are charged less??

    @TalkTalk well after only allowing just the devices on the network wifi the network is now safe and secure I think I did hear wimpering from some neighbors but not any more

    @TalkTalk Was no need to respond lol, I just catch them out when they keep saying they’re from TalkTalk , it’s just they find ways to call with different telephone numbers and pretend to say there’s things wrong or they need access to whatever, it’s 12 times and they fail to succeed

    @simplycatie_ Oh yes. It's good to laugh. Talktalk where the worst Internet service I've ever had. For when I was with them the max speed I could get was 38 on the down speed which was a lie they promised me a min speed of 35. I got 0.02 for 6 months. It drive me nuts. .....

    @TalkTalk I earlier this year "upgraded" from Fibre 35 to Fibre 65. Previously I was getting around 38mbs after the "upgrade" I got exactly the same. Complained but was told that is my lines max. I would like to revert to Fibre 35 HELP!
