Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

We're on talktalk now which has been good for us, but I'm sure someone else has had a bad time with them!
