@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TrooliFibre Don’t do it! Every 10mins it drops and goes to buffering status. Worst service I’ve had since talktalk! Customer service just fob you off saying no fault with their systems. Yet hardwired into router. Router ip conflicts constantly, very unreliable! Have requested disconnection.

@TalkTalk After rebooting my router twice this seems to gave cleared it. But having to reboot my router to get the right speed is something I'm doing increasingly often. Disregard for now. I'll call your technical support line tomorrow to see what they say.

@TalkTalk Wow, it turns out there is a bar on my account that 4 (yep 4) of your agents missed and because of that, I've been without internet in the office for 5 days. Apparently, you didn't change my direct debit details when I called on 7th February - what a cracking service (not).
