  @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

  @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

  @TalkTalk Yes I have checked my DM's and you have still not raised a complaint. I also asked via live chat and telephone yesterday but still no one has raised a complaint. So not sure why you are referring me to the DM's again. How about you just raise the complaint?

  @TalkTalk I switched to TalkTalk 2 weeks ago and have already been billed £33 for the service. My broadband and phone went off yesterday and I've been advised that it can take upto 3 working days for an engineer visit. Never had an issue with previous supplier in the 6 years..

  Had @Talktalk fibre 35 now coming over 2 years still not up to speed I was guaranteed and hit or miss if it works what a load of crap any idea what #bordband I can switch to instead

  @TalkTalk Second morning in a row waking up with no Internet, reset twice to no avail. Paid for faster fibre weeks ago and never had a higher speed than 69mbps (same as pre fibre) fantastic as an asd mum who relies on it for her entire TV, devices and SEN child routine!
