    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    .@TalkTalk is leaving me without internet for over a week, forcing me to commute to the office by train during a pandemic, treating the issue with a complete lack of urgency and refusing to cover any of the extra data costs I’m incurring. Definitely one to avoid.

    @prentissdecker My brother was on sky for a while. He had so many problems and wasted so much time ringing the dumbarses up that he eventually got given a deal with BT for over quadruple his current speeds at that time for a ridiculously good price. It's way better than talktalk but anything is.

    @laurengermxn @TalkTalk @prentissdecker OK if you say so but I found that they've just increased my direct debit without informing me. I cannot sign into my account. I cannot chat and cannot speak to any member of the team. It is terrible service. I'm regretting moving to this service.
