    @TalkTalk Yes I tried your service centre, it said there's a problem and that I need live chat, but there's no one to chat to, every day.

    @TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @TalkTalk Total shambles of a company. Still not connected to city fibre after 4 months. Customer service is useless - got cut off twice this evening - whilst trying to sort your problem. AVOID.

    @Theobius I never pay talktalk whiny ******* creeps any attention.. I save my sympathies, concerns, attention for the deserving I’m already overexposed to him & his fanclub by media osmosis If he had any parts he’d shut up, go do something useful for people instead of being a suckhole

    After 7 calls to @TalkTalk including being told I'm 27th in line, I just got told by one of their assistants that I "didn't try hard enough" to get through to them - 10+ years a customer !!! 2 weeks ago I was told "I've already explained to you 4 or 5 times". So rude !!!

    @TalkTalk I am sorry that you can’t help. Who do I contact to report that this team aren’t doing their job properly? Not talk talk???? Surely hours of calls to them over 5 months each time resulting in them assuring us that it won’t happen again isn’t enough!

    @TalkTalk It is impossible to sort out a billing problem, either via chat or by phone? I (stupidly) renewed my contract, but you then go and charge me a randomly much higher amount than agreed, then make it damn near impossible to speak sensibly to someone to get it sorted!!!

    @TalkTalk ****** company. I got broadband issues and I called them 10 times, they hanged me up 6. No internet for 2 weeks, having to pay £8 daily (£112). They are giving me a £25 compensation. Wtf!!! I cancelled the contract with them. Instagram is next *************!!

    An update to this. DMs suggested live chat, exchanging messages, or speak to customer services (again). 2 hours on to @TalkTalk customer service before they cut me off mid call #appalling
