@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

TalkTalk does anyone ( human being ) actually work in customer services,, or do you just go round and round in circles online trying to find out when my router is coming?? Supposed to of arrived at the latest yesterday. Seriously considering leaving.
