    @TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

    @TalkTalk Nobody is able to arrange call backs in TalkTalk it seems. I spent 45 mins on the call and was promised one and didnt get it. The next day 45 mins on the online chat, another promise, another failed promise. Your post says you are 'here to help' what help are you actually giving?

    @TalkTalk What should have been a straight forward service to leave Virgin & move to TalkTalk has took 5 weeks?! Hence paying another month now on a package we'd plan to cancel. Even that or no TV at all. Phone to ask for help only to be consistently put on hold.

    @theotherscottj Sorry, just to clarify, the issue is affecting dialling out to a TalkTalk landline. Was the network issues you were facing surrounding calling your local surgery? - Mohammed

    @CaroleLeslie @TalkTalk Given their track record you'd think they'd do their utmost to either sort out their problem or quickly release you from any 'live order' so you could go elsewhere.

    @Rachael_RLETC1 Hi Rachael, We provide the software within the boxes but don't supply the service/subscriptions. If you have an issue with the service you are receiving from BT or TalkTalk, we'd recommend that you reach out to them on here and they will be able to assist you further. Thanks
