@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TalkTalk Had nothing but problems with you, £40 a month for poor speeds and poor service. Customer service is a joke, just telling us to change sockets etc. I hope this is sorted soon.

@TalkTalk how long til it is fixed? I have papers that are due for uni tonight. I feel I will be teathering to my mobile connection. also will we be getting refunds to our accounts for the service WE PAY for not being supplied to us?
