@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

@TalkTalk Can you help? Open Reach website says fibre is available in our area but your website (and quite a few other providers) say it isn't. Open Reach have told me that you need to contact them to get it sorted? What do I do?

@webecomplex @TalkTalk @webecomplex check using an internet speed test that you are getting what you paid for( btw you need to be in the same room and as close to ur internet as possible If you arent getting what you paid for u can complain and if they dont fix within 30 days then u can leave for free
