@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

Well done @talktalk - call about slow broadband speed and the 'tech' fixes it, I have no broadband and he hangs up. Phone back and the new 'tech' has a go now I have no phone either!!!

@TalkTalk My network went live 3 days ago and has been down ever since. Been in contact, keep getting told the engineers are working on it. Never had an issue once with BT for the last 2 years. Starting to regret my choice. I work from home and have not been able to work.

3) Today I have a similar problem shame its a private company. But I sure do hope they IPO as this is even worse than TalkTalk. Just be careful which customer you trigger as some can do something about it #poorservice #shorting
