@TalkTalk why have my elderly parents been given a replacement box (as there previous one was deemed broken) that does not record programmes like the old one did. All they want to do is simply record standard programmes without confusion and difficulty.

@LizFoggitt @TalkTalk I realised customer service on twitter is always faster to respond. But maybe time to switch. I've just done so (not from or to TT though)

@TalkTalk @FrankieHipwell We've seen several cases where a brand's advertising got placed on GB News without the brand intending to be there. In every case we know, they were able to fix this by having a word with Sky Media and asking to exclude GB News. So this should work for TalkTalk too! /2

@TalkTalk my 80+yrs old parents receive an email from you saying change your settings or you loose your email. Ridiculous. You should send an execfile that changes things rather than expecting elderly people to know what you’re talking about. #poor

@TalkTalk Can we please have some informed comment from your experts on the important issue of schools having to put cat litter trays outside classrooms for the use of pupils who self identify as cats, or have you covered that topic already?

@TalkTalk over a week without internet, and replacement router still to be sent out. I know tech support have to go through a troubleshooting checklist, but I've been trying to tell them the exact problem from the start. Not happy.
