@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

@TalkTalk I have that on many occasions that's the problem! They have said that there is a problem but not what the problem is give the same security answers sometimes the talk to me sometimes not. just want to sort my broadband out so I can get on with work staff on phones rude unhelpful

@shikarifan @TalkTalk Honestly not entirely sure why we changed to them from Virgin but was gobsmacked when they stuck a £50 callout on our bill for them to come and do **** all basically.

@TalkTalk very disappointed having been a customer for 16 years without missing a payment that you have increased my bill by £14 a month and can not offer me a better deal. Loyalty obviously means nothing to you.
