@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

How bizarre. Talktalk phone bills dont include a phone number to contact talktalk. Not a great problem for those of us with google but a real frustration for those like my elderly inlaws who dont use the internet.

@SueSuezep She did some brilliant work helping the distribution of TalkTalk customer information to hackers - and reprised her success several times. They thought she was wonderful (the hackers, not the customers).

@TalkTalk I have advised 3 Talk Talk employees that I don't want their fibre anymore. They refuse to accept that I have cancelled the order. Is this actually legal? That they insist it is not cancelled unless I try to contact another department? After their terrible service so far?

@TalkTalk are your call centres manned by imbecilles? I logged an issue via ol chat. After wasting an hour "trouble shooting" - the agent escalated the issue to a supervisor who was going to arrange a BT engineer. Online chat again. The agent had closed the call! Unbelievable

@cosmiclandmine Sadly they are ALL crap, but some are crappier than others...[Avoid TalkTalk, they are probably the worst of the worst!] They cut me off on the day my grandson was born, [over an error on their part, for weeks!] STILL not refunded me any *compensation*. Charlatans + cheats!
