@TalkTalk slow everything for a year and can't get in my account reset 3 times wasted an hour! and can't find a number to call you and your online chat are too busy! So good old Twitter might you respond to this- contract may not get renewed in May !!!

@TimInSuffolk Thanks for that. Yes I was aware that TalkTalk was hacked at one stage during her time as CEO - I was a customer at the time, do not feel that CEO can always be held responsible for a hack, many companies have been caught out once, not all admit it.

@TalkTalk I’ve been having internet issues for over a week now, and have tried twice to talk to your advisors to resolve my problems, each time getting cut off half way through the chat. My daughter is finding it very hard to complete her a level project when she can’t save it

@TalkTalk The service is pretty slow, actually. The only fast thing is when you send the bill and fine me for not paying in 5 days! And imagine, there was once a dude running for PM of UK and said broadband should be free. Media said he was mad!!!

@TalkTalk Why is my WiFi constantly cutting out and going slow like 32kbps? I am in Bristol. It's been happening all day. No I don't have the pc connected to an ethernet cable. Yes I have tried resetting the router.

@TalkTalk Can you please let me know why you are digging up patios in peoples homes and not fixing them as you’ve done on my property. You have then cancelled the contract and are asking me to call multiple numbers to chase companies I have no business with, to fix the damage?
