So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk you fail to understand that all I’m after is acknowledgment of your network, up upstream, service interruption, post midnight that frequently means customers loose internet connection (which comes back after a while). Something that you can investigate internally.

@MrsLizF @TalkTalk *sigh* it's now now standard fair for them Liz my 90 year old dad is close to a nervous breakdown after a month of @talktalk 's failure to fix his phone and net - they don't care and to boot they make contact with support very difficult and convoluted

@TalkTalk My parents are suffering from dementia , you have provided them with 2 contracts under identical name address and bank ac , you have taken £600 from an account which has never been used and refused to refund , you say you give priority to old vulnerable people ???

@whippletom @maxtappenden19 I got tired of this so left. Went to Vodafone. But now realise my bill has gone up from £27 to 35, for 76MBps. So I checked and I can double my speed with TalkTalk for £30, which I’ve now arranged. Not as fast as VM on my road, but was sick of their customer service.
