@TalkTalk I got no Internet since last Wednesday, and every time I call your Customer Service keep telling me tomorrow the engineer will come and get it sorted. Guess what? He never showed up ... after 5 days with no Internet or any other services from yourselves. Shame on you

I'm happy with my talktalk contract but i dont use their 'smartbox' anymore. i do everything via my smart TV. First time in ages i had a look...their smart box is very slow.

@TalkTalk So for record: DM'd @talktalk conversation falters cos Ican't provide all details remotely. Manage to remote access relative's computer - log in and use chat function. Takes 90 mins to get agent to understand problem +20 min for them to book @openreach eng. Astonishingly poor
