    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @Hebbie Really pleased with service from Talktalk customer services. I now have a new router. Only had the conversation yesterday! N is coming back to fit it when she gets some time. One of her boys not keen on his home schooling projects apart from Shackleton .She had a kids' book!

    I swear @TalkTalk has to be one of the worst! How is the internet service in my mum’s so horrible and all they ever say is we will troubleshoot and then it’s the same the next hour 🙄

    So apparently, if my internet (which has been so poor today I couldn't even upload a 5MB file) needs fixing @TalkTalk will charge me for it, even if it's their fault. @MoneySavingExp @BBCWatchdog does this seem right?

    @dandanjamieson @TalkTalk I've got this exact same problem. Offered me a chargeable service. For their fault. I'm in DM with someone but they haven't responded in a while.

    @TalkTalk Went through livechat with you guys, sending a engineer to fix it, like the last 4 times (including this saturday), so just leaving this bot running to prove my point since I cant work with these disconnections

    @TalkTalk For the 10th time since November, I don’t have Internet access. It all happens after your "successful" maintenance. I am so tired of your terrible services and lack of communication between TalkTalk and customers. No given notice about this, all those 10 times.
