    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk The account holder and I have spoken to five people between us now. We've both been told that you need to speak to the other person, told to do inane things which have nothing to do with the problem and generally messed about. How will another secure link rectify that?

    @TalkTalk post code bd207ta no51 can I or can't I get fibre? if not why offer it as if I can? and i can't why is renewal on a slower rate more expensive than fibre 65? customer of 20 years - retention should be important you!!

    @TalkTalk my internet has cut out again I won’t be paying this months bill for the inconvenience and inconsistent of this company is an absolute mess the call service is poor the customer service is poor I have complained so many times still nothing has been done talk talk why ?
