So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk When I had to ring Orange because my mobile packed up, the conversation took ages, and I mentioned that it was costing me money, and the guy said "oh, are you not calling free from your Orange phone?" Well no, because as I've spent half an hour telling you, IT'S NOT WORKING.

@JimSterling Virgin Media are the single worst customer service experience I've had since TalkTalk straight up lied to me about buying out my ISP, I've had a good few meltdowns from stress with it. Good luck getting it sorted, you'll need it. I wish other ISPs offered such competitive speed

@LMBD1418 @TalkTalk The lack of humanity in these larger companies is a real concern. There needs to allowances for interventions (particularly in utilities) that allow for emergencies such as these. With the widespread use of algorithms now in deciding service calls government needs to act
