@TalkTalk Yes and according to your costumer service agent I have spoken to @ 12:23 ( second call I made today) apparently there was some problem that the engineer is not coming anymore but NOBODY informed me until I called second time as it is getting near 1300H.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Mike, you *may* think there is a reason you have to stay with them, as you have stated in the past. But that is simply not true. I am offering my help and advice. It would be illegal if they say you cannot move providers.

@MrColesDrama @Hoseasons Awful. I’m so sorry to hear this. The way some companies treat the bereaved is really revealing of their real quality. We had some truly shoddy treatment of my bereaved and disabled father from @TalkTalk.
