So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

Before you go to talktalk for broadband think again its been a week of trying to sort mine out to be told no problem with WiFi and if need a new router I must pay for it

@TalkTalk Tbh I've had enough of the appalling customer service. The engineer came and diagnosed a fault and then even he had to phone up and listen to script after script being read out. And talking to someone who doesn't understand what you're saying so you have to explain and repeat.

@TalkTalk my dad is disabled and hasn’t had landline working for three weeks. He bought two new phones thinking it was broken. When reported, there’s a fault on the line. Someone came out and said it was fixed. But it still isn’t. He fell and no one came coz of no landline!

i literally never expected that the live chats with broadband providers would be such an emotional experience but im emotionally attached to at least 3 people ive spoken to at talktalk and i hope theyre all having a good day

@TalkTalk Who the hell gave you the right to keep my contract with you despite i intimated on the 18th of May to cancel my contract. My new provider is fiber optic ...and how come you blame the new provider for not cancelling my contract.

@TalkTalk I don’t think you do - once contract is up we will move- am absolutely appalled by not only service, contact and delivery of what we pay for, this is not aimed at you personally but you need to find a better company to work for 🤔
