    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @TalkTalk So, no ‘how can I help?’ I’m so glad I have provided you with a valuable tool! But for now my 90 year old parents are left with useless box, phone number change (which they weren’t informed about) and no one from talk talk that seems remotely interested in assisting them!🤬

    @Cerulean_Man @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK That's top-drawer! I'm with TalkTalk and not had any problems, but a no-brainer to look elsewhere if things were starting to go wrong.

    @TalkTalk is it usual practice after being on the phone for nearly 2 hours and speaking to 5 different agents that you hang up on a customer?’ Absolutely awful customer service and woeful example of how you value clients

    @EdShobnall @TalkTalk Doesn't matter I found the problem they gave me a D Link adapter and turns out that cut my Internets speed in half soooo nice one talk talk for that useless tool

    @nicperrins @TalkTalk Yep same..£90...I returned it in their prepaid bag...they never received it...then months of letters, proof of posting etc was not enough and so on...
