So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

I don't really want to leave TalkTalk, but they are making it so so hard to stay. I've been a customer for over 15 years and this is the worst service I have ever had from any of my services/utilities. Oh and I'm still waiting on the equipment for the installation.

@virginmedia Tried. Asked for account number or landline. No landline and im not the account holder so even that's a bust. Honestly just gunna convince them to go to talktalk. Was with them 5 years never had an issue.
