  @Mws179Smithvert @TalkTalk Nice one Martin, you too mate. This has been on-going since April. A pensioner has forgotten her login details from years ago and can't pass security. Cancelled the services in march due to a unreasonable price increase and yet currently has a bill off £200 for nothing.

  @TalkTalk I moved house 2 weeks ago was due an engineer today to install. never turned up…. Had really bad communication last week or so couldn’t get through on phone. When I did they told me they waiting on my old equipment returned I’ve never received the packaging as promised…

  @TalkTalk so I’ve waited for you to fix my connection for 5 weeks! All you have done is send a Talk Talk engineer to check my set up. Speed still slow and line crackles. Thanks for charging me £50.00 when he found no problem in my house! Your twitter &telephone help is rubbish !

  The worst internet provider in the uk @TalkTalk. A whole week with no wifi because they can’t send an engineer out. Virgin would’ve sent someone out the same day. Absolutely pathetic! Can’t wait for this contract to be over.

  @TalkTalk Why is my Father's TalkTalk broadband connection blocking the @TeamViewer website (and presumably, any TeamViewer connections)? I was going to use it to remotely assist my Father, should he have any PC issues.

  @talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

  @PaulMEllis27 @TalkTalk Ahhhh you jammy ***! At this point we’re now trying to go down the complaints dept channel and see if that helps. Literally just want them to turn the thing on
