    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @TalkTalk now 6 weeks still waiting on router approx 5 hours talking to different people to get problem sorted no follow up and still no router that has been promised for 6 weeks. Appalling service just shocking please sort before we leave

    @NotionStatus Here in U.K., I got that problem with TalkTalk broadband but not with BT (British Telecom) broadband. No problem over phone data.

    @STEcopywriting Sarah, I can recommend TalkTalk, yes. It took a while and I have had nightmares with them (they paid a price in the end and the Ombudsman made them pay me £400). But customer satisfaction remains low, so you need to research for your area. Best advice is to go for fibre, not ...
