  @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

  So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

  @TalkTalk Hard to believe this ! What a shambles, Openreach engineer turned up (The 2 nd one)(2nd Visit) sorry mate can’t do that need specialist fitter. I really have no confidence whatsoever now, the communication just to fit fibre is awful.

  @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   Had @talktalk full fibre for 9 days now. Not impressed as it has never worked. They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here

  @TalkTalk Thanks for the reply I have 6 months no land lines ( lots of issues because of that I wasn’t aware of) anyway sorted BB speed is low / sometimes buffering, for months, OR engineer came solve this problem, now I have to pay his fees ?? Your manager can’t solve this issue,

  @TalkTalk What needs to happen Mandy is this issue should have been sorted months ago. I reported it twice only to be told my internet will be better if I UPGRADE. The call centre's you use are dire, totally useful and stick to a scripts and do nothing to help customers. Kindly DM me

  @TalkTalk I have sent a DM, tried phoning & been referred to the website and hung on waiting for an agent for 45 mins last night. I’m afraid the service is so poor I’m cancelling today

  @TalkTalk If I'm moving out of a flat why send me a return bag for the routers TO THE OLD ADDRESS? I need it sending to the new address or to a friend who can post them back! Help!!!
