    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk I’m a full fibre 150 broadband customer. Contract ends 8/7/27. You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Please explain as due to pay my next DD to you on the 13th for internet.

    @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

    @TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can

    @TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

    What an absolute shower of sh1t your company is. After over an hour of trying to talk with someone who actually wants to care and deal with an issue, I've got nowhere excepy angry and stressed. You are an absolute indescribable, shoddy outfir @TalkTalk #talktalk

    @virginmedia connected to your network yet they worked perfectly with @TalkTalk without any issues. It's so frustrating
