    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    This buy now at a cheaper price for any service or pay a higher price later, and new customers get a better deal than loyal customers, just like TalkTalk are doing at this time.

    @TalkTalk How would I go about getting a refund for the exit fees that you charged me, after telling me that there wouldn't be any exit fees if I leave within 30 days of you changing the terms of service?

    @TalkTalk getting majorly pissed off with your company. I am not getting anywhere near the guaranteed speed I'm paying for and when I call to complain about it I'm just told to go through tests and then you say there is no issue and must be my home setup. Its not me, it's you.
