    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk It doesn't. I think it's not a problem with my device ,as I've looked at my local Facebook page and a lot of people are complaining

    @TalkTalk are there issues in NE16 area? Internet hasn't been stable for more than 5 minutes for past 2 hours, as usual poor stability

    @TalkTalk are people still experiencing issues in the Glasgow area? My internet has been on and off every few minutes for the last 10 days, I've had to use all my data on phone to hotspot my house and now I've run out. Still no internet, seriously think I should change providers

    @TalkTalk why have I received an email telling me I need to start paying for my email account because I’m no longer a customer? I am a Talktalk customer and my email address is linked to my Broadband account

    Anyone having issues with @TalkTalk - their DNS servers appear to be the issue. I got back online by manually changing the DNS in my router's settings. I used 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 - mostly because they're the ones I know off the top of my head!

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon
