    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service. Have called 3 times about an existing complaint. Every time I spend an hour on hold to be told someone will call me back but no one ever does. A complete waste of time

    @TalkTalk I cancelled with them on Wednesday as my contract had been up for a couple of months now they then sent an email saying I had a bill to pay of £58 they can piss off,one of the worse broadbands I’ve ever had and terrible service when trying to get help

    **** @TalkTalk and their absolutely shocking internet service! Upload and download have halved in the last 2 years and now its cutting out a lot. Honestly! Shocking company! Roll on my new net getting installed so I can drop this trash company!
