    @TalkTalk Morning. I'm a talktalk customer phone number 01387279535. My broadband keeps going on and off (the little red light on the router) and my phone is unusable. I've done all the diagnostic checks and my phone socket doesn't have a test socket. It's time to contact Openreach. Help.

    @TalkTalk I renewed my fibre broadband on 20 May 2021 and was supposed to get an Amazon Smart Speaker and plug. I've not received the expected e-mail with code and there seems to be no chat or phone service available. What do I do?

    @TalkTalk Guys, you really need to pull it together, now. Your technical support has been down since Monday. When will it be possible to call again?! This is absolutely appalling.
