    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @TalkTalk after months of complaining you give me £50 to shut me up, I try to claim it but you've charged me £12.50 for a late payment of £0 and my account is supposed to be closed, clowns just clowns. I have a complaint ref: ET-189965 if anyone fancies trying to sort this mess

    @TalkTalk I will not and I will continue until you investigate why you are threatening us with debt collectors, we do not have talktalk so get up stop being lazy and investigate our complaint. Offcom are surprised you still refuse to do that.

    @TalkTalk useless service I've been trying for 2 hours to leave on the phone. I've had the phone line cut off 3 times and I'm now into my 45 minute off being on hold. No doubt if I was signing up to Talk Talk I would be connected in 30 seconds max.

    @TalkTalk hey there is there an issue with broadband in the NR8 area, internet went down about half hour ago, no sign of it returning. Not sure if it’s line or general area

    @steves_food @TalkTalk And gave up trying to speak to the retention team, have been "put through" but have never got through.
