    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @TalkTalk Hi Unfortunetly your talktalk page, wont allow me to do DM when i click it keeps going to the home page.. We have been on the chat online also and using the app have tried to resolve with no change in status (result repeatedly showing weak signal). Outage since 4th of April

    @TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.

    @TalkTalk This just doesn’t affect me. Cancel the policy of charging for legacy email addresses will solve it.

    @TalkTalk My Elderly Dad's landline isnt working - no dialing tone. Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.

    @TalkTalk Nah you're alright I actually am changing to you for real, your phone customer service is great too I remember that too from last time I had TalkTalk so i'm coming back. Vodafone keep trying to ring me now to stay, suddenly they're paying attention to me so I'm ignoring them.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @status_is_down TalkTalk do not have a customer service number do you can speak to them. It's a the problem when something goes wrong and you can't get any help.

    @TalkTalk 100% DOGSHIT. Worse internet provider in the UK. Charge you more for guaranteed all round the house internet and it cuts off. Reddit threads about it and they still do nothing. Worse company I have ever given money too. Useless customer service.

    @TheGriftReport Me I would just tell them to **** off I left Talktalk because I could never speak to anyone in this country The big joke is they in a foreign language ask you to complete security questions who ******** checks them
