So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@talktalk If you can sign up online you should be able to cancel online. Forcing people to call your slick sales people? 30mins of wasted time for everyone, especially when faster & cheaper mobile broadband can be had with NO contract. Glad to be rid of the fixed line biz model

@TalkTalk Day 8 without Internet during pandemic in build up to Christmas. Spoken to many customer service advisors. Some nice, some rude. All unable to provide any help. I will be be forced to continue to put my family at risk due to your incompetence. #covid #christmas
