In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

No Internet since Friday lunch, purposely delaying sending an engineer whilst us being on your accessibility scheme?? Appalling customer service. The messages from your operatives have been incredibly rude.
