@TalkTalk How are we supposed to get into with someone to sort out our internet since going on to your fibre? Nobody is wanting to deal with our calls and just pass us round a call centre. Awful service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I hate that i can't play anything properly bc my lag is so bad I ******* hate it I hate talktalk, i wanna go back to having EE wifi but my dad refuses to spend an extra £5 monthly, as if £5 is actually a significant amount of money

Yet another horrendous experience with @TalkTalk customer service. Had email confirmation my account was due to close on 24th July. Account hasn’t been closed and they’ve now taken another payment. Spoken to at least 6 different people and still no further. DO NO USE TALKTALK

@TalkTalk My router has been flashing like a ****** wedding disco light show all night. I've turned it off for 20 mins, checked all the connections and all that other nonsense. I've even threatened it with a slap, but to no avail. Is there a problem in DN4?

Never have I ever had dealings with a customer service team so incompetent than the one at @TalkTalk. 7 different calls, 7 different people, 7 different answers.. 3 months of lies and still out of pocket.. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The saga continues - well @TalkTalk after more than a week of obfuscations and mis-communications including online chats here on twitter my 90 year old dad is still without service. You and BT open reach have messed up big style and this is a case of the ombudsman I believe

@TalkTalk reported my wifi being down this morning and was told 2-3 days for an engineer to repair It i work from home and depend on my Internet is there no quicker solution paying for a service that is not being provided!
