So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

@TalkTalk I will not and I will continue until you investigate why you are threatening us with debt collectors, we do not have talktalk so get up stop being lazy and investigate our complaint. Offcom are surprised you still refuse to do that.

DONT BELIEVE A WORD THAT @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup say. Even the CEO's make promises and don't keep them. My new FASTER FIBRE BB service was supposed to go live on 11th NOV & HAS NOT. Despite so many promises. TRULY APPALLING SERVICE - NOBODY CARES

@TalkTalk useless service I've been trying for 2 hours to leave on the phone. I've had the phone line cut off 3 times and I'm now into my 45 minute off being on hold. No doubt if I was signing up to Talk Talk I would be connected in 30 seconds max.

@AimeeVictoria_5 @TalkTalk I know those feelings well. Trouble is all of the providers use the old BT systems. Which means new hardware gets spliced onto old. The older stuff can be over 40 yrs! Fibre optic to the exchange, then up to the junction box, from the junction box to your house, ancient wires.
