    @TalkTalk My internet has been down since Thursday morning so I’m having to commute to the office at extra cost and risk to myself, and pay for extra mobile data. Any chance you could at the very least subsidise some of this or provide me with some mobile broadband?

    @TalkTalk I'm trying to log onto my account but I can't, technical issues..and I can't use chat facility either. I'm sure my contract ends soon. I'd like to review my package as Wi fi at home is awful..router is struggling or broadband isn't up to use. Can you help?

    Hi @TalkTalk my internet has dropped out again. It happens all the time. I will be canceling my service tomorrow and if I have trouble canceling early I'll be going to the ombudsman.

    @TalkTalk still getting g the signal dropping out since Monday. Beginning to think the problem is .ore than the 'engineering works' we were originally placed with. Is there anything wrong with the TalkTalk router we are currently using? Not happy!!!!!

    @TalkTalk @Simon23012913 Hiw can you refer customers to a link when they dont have internet! Oh use the phone data cause you cant provide a service customers are paying for.

    @CarabinerIT @TalkTalk I've already put a written complaint in as advised by ofcom. I waited 10 days for an engineer who turned up at 12pm after a 7am -9am appt and he didn't carry a spare router! Talk talk said all engineers carry spare routers. Our internet has been intermittent for 10 days.
