@TalkTalk No, we had a contract with you. You were useless! Service never worked, you cut our service ever time before the bill was due, trying to call you up was impossible never again. At least Sky actually value us.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Was in a fight with them over so-called unpaid bills - I didn't owe a penny. Over a year of horrid stress culminated in them dropping their charge the day before court. I hate them.

2. Called @TalkTalk to complain and was able to negotiate a slight monthly discount and a reduction to 18 months on the contract. Not ideal, but hey ho, a new contract means a new 30-day free cancellation period if the service is bad. All agreed and booked into the system again.

@TalkTalk I am awaiting a call or email from the hive department to say old account closed properly and then to set up new account for fibre 35 it's a shame no one picked up the problem 4 weeks ago as could be all sorted by now
