So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk oh look I've got no Internet AGAIN. Over and over and over. No help. But don't compensate me because that's only for complete loss of service and I had 10 minutes internet all day yesterday. So I should be happy with that apparently

I knew signing up with TalkTalk was a risk, but their router is shocking. Sat in the exact same position as my 5 year old BT router and signal fluctuates all day and teams meeting stutter. Avoid!

@TalkTalk Good afternoon, So Open Reach turned up yesterday to hook everything up..they checked all fittings and said it’s done but can take 24 until it all comes on line. It’s still not working which with me wfh is driving me nuts.Please help.

Is @TalkTalk using @BTOpenreach1 's roll out of faster fibre to make people renew contracts with them? Mine was upgraded @talktalk 's request and I'm now advised I need a new 4k TV box to fix problems caused by the installation, to get one I've got to renew my contract.

@TalkTalk When I signed up for my broadband package in November, I was told I would get a free Amazon echo dot. Why don't I have it? Why am I having to keep calling your customer service team about it and getting no where? Really disappointed in your customer service tbh.
