So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

Actually can’t wait to cancel my internet with @TalkTalk absolutely useless. Explained several times my internet is low on the live chat they say they have fixed it and I should switch my mobile data to wifi to then lose the full conversation and have to start again guess why?

@TalkTalk Why is it that everytime you have planned works, within 24hrs of the date/time our router always goes off? Can you put a "you may need to restart your router" message on these announcements? However it's never at the exact time of the works so a bit odd. @WhichUK @OmbudServices

@TalkTalk Why? When I’ve checked using your own connection tools online and it says everything is fine just like every other time even when the internet was down in our area. Even the folk up the road were saying they had issues and still you guys were saying no it’s fine

@WhichUK I refuse to deal with @Prestige because my pressure cooker failed and they refused to offer any help whatsoever, and I won’t ever use with @TalkTalk again because they were so bad to deal with that it better to abandon my contract and pay hundreds of pounds just to leave them!

Contacted @TalkTalk late on Saturday afternoon regarding problems with our Internet. By 8am Monday morning @Openreach were outside my house sorting the problem. Excellent service.
