An engineer said he could not enter the property without clearance and was never seen again. Today they had no Internet until 3pm. This is not acceptable.

So I checked and I can double my speed with TalkTalk for £30, which I’ve now arranged. Not as fast as VM on my road, but was sick of their customer service.
