Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

My internet has been on and off every few minutes for the last 10 days, I've had to use all my data on phone to hotspot my house and now I've run out. Still no internet, seriously think I should change providers

Pratab Ali (@pratab_a) reported@DrMarianaClaire @TalkTalk I left talktalk in March 2025 best decision I made. Price increase £35 for 75M. Moved to Vodafone £25 for 150M. Talktalk worked over cityfibre and regularly had random outages their end. Vodafone also on cityfibre. No problems so far. There was one outage but that was explained.
