@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

If you are ever tempted to go with @TalkTalk broadband, DO NOT DO IT. I have to reset the router twice a day (as per the ‘help’ instructions) and even then I’m lucky if it works. 1/10 customer service too.

@TastyEp1c_F41l @TalkTalk £40. A figure I’ve just been told I’ve got to pay to get an engineer out to fix my landline. It is credited if it turns out it’s not my fault. Crazy way to make a customer feel valued.
