The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TerenceMunroe @Glasgow_Watch @TalkTalk Oh I'm definitely moving once my contract is up. Always stops working after midnight. So much for superfast fibre broadband, just the same as speed and issues I was paying for before. Thank goodness for my mobile data, I managed to watch the rest of the match.

@TalkTalk Honestly? This is all still going on!!! No Phone no internet no television. I had to go to down detector to figure it out. After speaking in online chat with 2 separate service operators I can tell all of you here that I had to inform them of the outage. This service is pathetic.
