    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    @TalkTalk Been a customer for many years & renewed my price fix contract September 20. If you knew usage had gone up by 40% in 2020 alone why did you still market price fixed plans.I feel mislead.Price fix should mean just that if you can't agree to that then don't advertise it as such 😡

    @TalkTalk I am extremely unhappy with the service and wish to cancel, your on line chat is always busy, your phones never answer and my email that I sent 2 weeks ago was replied to by a bot. How is is so difficult?

    @TalkTalk Well I have seen no investment my broadband. the last 12 months has been the worst it ever has been. To tell customers they can leave just so you can break the law makes no business sense. pray tell what talk talk are going to do when all customers leave due to mis sold contracts

    @OpenreachHelp It's not talktalk's fault. I've spoken to them every few days. The issue has been created by you guys and talktalk have told me you have the work booked to commence 21st March but could take a full week to resolve. My connection was fine until your lads showed up & destroyed it.

    How wonderful is it that @TalkTalk’s service is so poor my wifi stopped working through the night, meaning my Google alarm didn’t go off and I was 30 minutes late for work 🙃
