    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup absolutely DISGUSTING customer service!! My elderly grandmother needed help with a broadband problem, was told 3 times a new router would be sent but this was utter lies, a fake tracking number was given and they are now ignoring her! #avoid #talktalk

    @TalkTalk hi there, is there a known issue in Oxford (specifically Headington) right now? 3rd or 4th time in the past couple months our broadband has gone down. Never happened when we were living in Worcester!

    @TalkTalk There is no outrage or problem except @TalkTalk refusing to deal with the problem, poor customer service and lie that line no longer supported and upgrade would be full fibre, then refusing to cancel upgrade even within 14 day cooling off period. Just poor! #youandyours

    @KhatijaIndra @TalkTalk It's a **** show. I had **** internet and tv for a year yet they expect me to pay all outstanding fees and have sent me a letter from debt recovery. They was in breach of contract therefore I'm entitled to cancel with no fees shambles of a company
