@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk Ordered broadband off you and was installed 2 weeks ago. Engineer turned up at 4pm when he/she was suppose to arrive between 8am and 1pm. Broadband installed doesn't work called you said engineer would come on Thursday and nobody would need to be at house. Engineer turns up...

@TalkTalk Called talktalk at 2pm was promised they would come out that afternoon. Doesnt happen. Now trying to get through today Sunday lines closed everytime you attempt to call. Will cancel order and move to BT. Your company is a joke.
