@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet Had the same issue with bt and Vodafone. Except there was a month between off and on. They say it's a simple switch, so people assume that's true. But it isn't.

A week on and absolutely no progress.... @TalkTalk you are a disgrace!! I would advise everyone to avoid this company at all cost. Customer service is non-existent! Money grabbers!

@TalkTalk I've had no internet for 3 days, and the log in to your website keeps having problems. I've apparently managed to request an appointment with openreach but have had no notification on if it's been confirmed and now I can't log in again to find out.
