@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@dorisjaynelouis @TalkTalk I know that feeling of getting passed around, connection wise, never had a problem, I only wanted a new deal, but they cancelled my order, apparently they tried contacting me several times, had one missed call🤬

@MJ19992576 @TalkTalk Same situation for me. I have never had a service !!! Talk talk blamed city fibre city fibre blamed talk talk. No Internet connect ever and now l am receiving emails demanding payment.

@Palmour @TalkTalk All i can say is WOW, im so happy im finally leaving. so Talktalk internet will get a further £35+ from me for being out of contract and leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

@TalkTalk twice I've rung with a fault and twice I've been told I need equipment replacing. Both times I've been cut off and no equipment has arrived. I now have no internet and your supposedly open customer service lines aren't. Why am I paying for a service you aren't providing
