@TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk still I haven’t heard from you about the poor broadband service I have received so far since I renewed my contract what’s the point in paying for a slow broadband which can’t even get to a customer’s expectations how fair is that ? This issue needs to be fixed ASAP

@TalkTalk I have just failed security on the talk talk phone system. Jobsworth on the phone would only accept 1st answers - and even though I AGC-be correct answer the idiot would not accept them. Goodness knows how older people get on with this shower. awful service.

@stockbacklive @MediaMarktGames yeah can happen. my m8 has been with talktalk broadband for 9 months and no issues, yet they have the worst rating in uk
