Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

William Bruce Faint (@wible1) reported@TalkTalk I still cant make or receive phone calls. My CareLine keeps telling me that the telephone line is disconnected, HOWEVER, I still have access to broadband and so that cannot be true. Your help pages do not cover this fault. Please help.
