    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk I’m embarrassed that I’ve come to Twitter to sort this but I’ve had an issue for 3 months and 13 hours of calls without resolution. I’ve been ‘transferred’ to a manager 5 times to resolve it and each time you’ve actually just put the phone down. What do I do?

    @TalkTalk my poor dad has no working tv box and barely any internet service. This has gone on for months. Numerous phone calls, emails and letters made no difference, but you’re still taking his money. How do I get this resolved?

    Since 20th Dec @TalkTalk you have had a bar on my "premium Fibre500" account that you've been unable to remove despite 9 calls over 9.5hrs over that period. Shocking service and incompetence with no-one able to take ownership of the issue.

    Avoid TalkTalk: can't stay owing to shocking service & technical support, obscene overcharging. Can't escape since TT refuse to cancel until another supplier takes over line. Held hostage while they extract the last penny. Where's OFCOM?

    @TalkTalk I have spoken to an agent on the UFO team but they do not have information about future rollouts - they can only advise on the current situation. I am looking to understand *when* UFO service will be available to me
