@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk appalling service to get my elderly mums phone line fixed. She relies on a call bell system linked to the phone & not one person at talk@talk can give me an answer on fixing this. Terrible service.

@LiamsTransport1 I know how you feel at least once a week someone in my house has to reboot the router because we don’t have decent WiFi although it’s actually the best TalkTalk were one of the worst service providers

@juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Same with energy bills - when your tariff ends your bill goes up. I always put the dates of contract end in my diary and always switch over a cup of tea - but to be fair there are always teething problems (for me) when using a new broadband provider.

@TalkTalk Friend's internet in Ramsgate been down since yesterday. Told him to join Shell Broadband like I did a few months ago. No problems and an English call centre, too! :-)

@TalkTalk due and engineer today. No parcel arrived yesterday even though it shows as delivered. Hope it isn't a load of crap I was told just to get the sale. Ps your online and phone support is some of the worst iv came across
