@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

Why does Brawl Stars work perfectly fine on ******* 2.4 GHz TalkTalk but it keeps on stuttering on my fiber BT where the cables around the house were literally rearranged to maximise the performance. How ********.

@TalkTalk can someone help me. Been on hold for an hour, got through to one of your advisors and queried about cancellation. Was put through to the wrong line and was put through to the cancellation team to be chucked back in the queue at 20th place. This service is diabolical

Internet is down. My partner is on the phone with customer services at @TalkTalk. We’re faffing around trying to ply off the cover to our DLS port. Literally the only bit I decided to help for… and I cut my finger reeeeeeaaaaal deep. This is why I’m not allowed to do DIY
