Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Last woman was helpful but now have no idea whatโs happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens Iโll not recommend you ๐ค

No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. Iโve stayed home all day for this. AND now Iโve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
