No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

My computer is the only thing I use broadband for and works ok on my sons hotspot, so is not broken. My router is permanently on a flashing red light(apart from 1 green hour Wednesday).Landline ok
