    @TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    @TalkTalk your complaints process is shambolic- I don’t know how you’re still allowed to trade. It’s 2023, surely you can sort out customer experience? I’ve spent hours on the phone and still no further forward.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I've been on the phone line for 47 minutes. Your chat service doesn't work. You're making it hard to get in touch. I've been transferred to 3 different departments. Now I keep getting a message to go online, you're online service isn't fit for purpose!

    @TalkTalk my wifi has been terrible over the last 3 days and I’ve just tried to login to my account to check the connection and I can’t login because of ‘suspicious’ login attempts. But it’s just me on my work computer. Any help giving me access?
