    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying to speak to someone at Talktalk since Tuesday but no joy. The chat bots can’t seem to help. My 83 year old aunt is on your vulnerable/priority list and is without internet. She lives by herself - hence urgent! Can you give me assistance please?

    @TalkTalk Hi, I have not had any broadband since first thing this morning in the IP3 area of Ipswich and have been waiting for an hour on live chat to speak to an assistant. Could you advise if there is an issue in our area, what it is and likely resolution time? Thanks

    @TalkTalk absolutely fuming!! I have a neurological condition and no internet for 4 days have tried ur WhatsApp service all week huge delays gave up just spent over 3 hours waiting to speak to support an cut off again!! Absolutely appalling service get more staff!!!🤬🤬🤬
