-
Claire Seath (@ClaireSeath) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.
-
Matthew Martin (@thisthatandmatt) reported from Methil, ScotlandThe @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.
-
Liam 🇪🇪 (@LiamWallace99) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@TalkTalk customer service is absolutely shocking. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this
-
Drew Mair (@gimmi_sum_mair) reported from Cowdenbeath, Scotland@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈
-

Shadow D'Wolf 🐺 (@ShadowDWolf) reported@TalkTalk keeps dropping out. It's been happening for about a month now. Aren't they supposed to refund when service is not good? Not on the fastest just on the basic with the new fibreoptik lines in around here 🐺💔
-
Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
-
brendan (@kegger1664) reported@TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
-
Lucas 😏 (@itsmelucasdt) reported@TalkTalk Hi, I live in a building that constantly has issues with its broadband provider. We’re talking about at least 150 flats and around 400 people that are willing to change their provider. How can I, a talktalk customer, can refer a whole building of flats to move to talktalk?
-
Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported@WeAreOpenreach As per my original message... It's Openreach that keep cancelling coming out to fix the fault ! So what good is trying to go back to Talktalk when the fault is with Openreach?!
-
Dr Prakash Nayak (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported@TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts, got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?

FabFlamingoTuitionCo (@fab_flamingoo) reportedSpent 2 hrs 50 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company
