    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk Hi, I can’t log into my account it keeps refreshing constantly! Looked this up and it’s a known issue with Full Fibre customers (I’ve had this problem a couple of months now) I need to know when my current deal is expiring and have tried to contact customer services but no joy

    @TalkTalk My account log ins are blocked, customer service wont help, keep going on about home move instead of sorting out my account. just gonna cancel instead because no one seems to know what they are doing.
