No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

For weeks I had the same issues.I found the “unresponsive” behaviour and the fact that @TalkTalk try to reassure that the issue will be sorted out awful. Then sadly discover that did not happen and all your time on the line with them was a total waste!
