@TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Mahelx @virginmedia Openreach is regulated, which opens up that network to other providers such as Vodafone, talktalk and sky I believe. Am sure there is a better way, but not sure nationalisation is right.

@Talktalk... like a malignant cancer cell.... followed every step they asked. Check the lines, sockets, router.. off/on million times.. Two engineer visits. Router changed twice. They penetrate into your body like cancer cells. Choosing Talktalk was my worst decision in my life..
