    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk disappointing customer service today. Over 1hour 20 on phone and spoke to 5 people... over last few weeks have spent over 4hours trying to get an issue solved. Think I’m there now 🤞🏼

    1/ Just spent the last 4 hours trying to solve a billing problem with @TalkTalk. Called their Indian call centre twice and spent an hour on their live chat. Same result: feeling of being scammed and pure frustration.

    Hey @TalkTalk your bereavement process sucks. I’ve informed you about my mother’s death 3 times now and you still send threatening letters to her despite apologising and promising not to. DM me for details please you are causing me a lot of grief.

    @TalkTalk No I can’t, I’ve been promised since the 9th of November to be reimbursed and I keep getting emails saying it’s been declined. Your customer service team lie all the time and I believe you will do the same. If you have nothing to hide then tell me now

    @TalkTalk with Talktalk you don't get what you pay for. Slow, slow up and down, customer service talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Looking forward to contracts end. Avoid, avoid.
