@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk Hey arra, after wasting 90mins on the phone to "daniel" at customer services i think whats best in order to make it up to me my new best buddy dan should take me to the movies and see a film. Something funny to raise my spirits, Dans choice of course. Il bring the popcorn ;)

@TalkTalk Already cancelled my account (never got started) and now I received a text that the engineer is coming to do the installation! please do not try to charge me with anything as I cancelled the contract in my cooling period and I have not gone "live" either!

.... after 2 engineers were sent out , having to take holiday as we could not continue to Hotspot from our mobiles). #talktalk gave us £45 as a “goodwill” gesture for the trouble on 23.12.20 after we finally@spoke to a manager but then our internet was down again on.....

OMG @talktalk trying to communicate a problem with one of the largest communication companies and been hours going around the houses. Helpful people who speak perfect english but cannot understand what my problem is. For a company that specialises in communication you are rubbish
