@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk No thanks. I figured it out thanks to the internet. The main problem now is that TalkTalk boxes appear to run on potatoes. I know they're free, but they're so slow it's hard to know if they're working.

Do you know anything at all? - the correspondence none of you recall. Whether bills, insurance, benefits, healthcare, all the issues are the same

@whotheFisfran Had a weird one this afternoon where I couldn’t access your site to read this article from a talktalk router where we are staying on holiday, but public DNS resolution works fine. Anyone else mention they are having trouble getting to your site?
