@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

@glennmasterton @TalkTalk @Ofcom Apparently in the last 3 months there has been no one at all free to address my urgent issue, then they wrongly disconnected me. Their sales team didn’t fail to INSTANTLY call since then. But I’m still waiting for a call to resolve my actual issue of 3 months.

@TalkTalk I never stated the issue wasn’t sorted. I stated I want to know why your Call handlers don’t speak a word of English. and do you actually train them. Talk talk as always had a bad name. I will just see how the service goes. because customer service is horrendous #ombudsman
