@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk Email recieved about prices going up with inflation in April. Check to see what I'm paying to discover that my charge went up 50% from £20 to £30 with NO NOTICE AT ALL. An email about THAT would have been nice. Will leave for new service if not addressed.
