@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

Fair does to the guy at Sky who tried really hard to find a resolution and was as helpful as he could be ("I'd say this was a bit of a pickle, but it's more of a cucumber"). All 5 TalkTalk people I've spoken to today on the other hand have been incompetent & rude.

@unfortunatalie My partner used to use TalkTalk for her BB. When she had a speed fault it took us weeks of calls to get past their 1st line support who were useless. Finally got someone to put us through to 2nd line and he was great, got an engineer booked to attend the next day to fix it.
