get the feeling @TalkTalk messing with me - reported had no access to emails at 10.30am, painful process to get help (repeating details), 5 hours later and told to clear web browser cache, did so. Not fixed email access but now having to log on to all websites and sort cookies 😡

Just spent nearly 1hr in conversation with @TalkTalk They are going to charge me until 13th March when I left them on 15th Feb. Got a new telephone number from new provider. Well another company I will never go back to. Disgraceful treatment of a long serving customer.

@TalkTalk I suggest further training. My advice to everyone who even considers joining TalkTalk is to think again. The call centre staff have no care for customers in the UK and that is reflected in how they treat people. I will be making an official complaint via the UK head office.
