Ben Walsh (@BenjiBoyW) reported from Kimpton, England@TalkTalk New customer here. No engineer turned up for the appointment, service went off yesterday and now nothing works. Faster 150 Fibre. Call centre leave me on hold for 30 minutes so I can't do anything. Currently it seems that I am paying for you having removed my service.

Bit frustrating!

I rang up but the guy didn't really understand me and kept repeating irrelevant stuff then told me a technician would look at something and email. No idea what happened and wifi is still awful.

Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. We do not have Talk talk services because for some reason you could not provide them at our address. We have See The Light who did provide them. You are crooks. Ofcom even say you are worst ISP. My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!!
