    @TalkTalk help please, a frustrating online chat experience. I keep receiving a message saying that kid safe has blocked access to various sites, but on checking my account, kidsafe is not enabled.

    Absolutely disgusting service from @TalkTalk on activating our account today. Now left with no broadband, tv or phone line until 18 October!!! Wish I never joined them and would recommend to anyone thinking of joining, not to do it!! #disgusting #notahappycustomer

    @TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

    @TalkTalk customer care is great in creating infinite loops... 🤣 In their website they tells you to contact customer care and th customer send you an email with a link to the initial page. #badcustomerservice

    For those wondering who Baroness Harding is, worth noting she's married to a Johnson loyalist MP. Oh , and she was chief of TalkTalk when millions of customers data was hacked via poor security systems.

    @TalkTalk OK! So 1 week an 7 Openreach Engineers Reparing the Issue, but as usual, 3 hours later, no Service!! What am I paying Talk Talk for, this is now pissing me off!! I want Compensation for your Pathetic Service!! Anyone thinking of moving to Talktalk!! Don't! They are ****!

    Awful service from @TalkTalk no broadband since Weds no sign of it coming back anytime soon. Have lodged a complaint (a few). They’ve gone way over their 72 hour timescale they put on and decided to re-start the timeframe again from yesterday. Work should be fun if this continues

    @TalkTalk We’ve already exchanged messages. I also exchanged messages with your live chat colleagues. In both cases you waste around an hour of my time just to conclude that you can’t help me and I need to contact the cal centre. So what would you be able to do if we msg each other?
