@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@TalkTalk Not had any service yet! 😊 Was supposed to be activated on 14th, been told the box outside my building needs to be repaired - though BT was working fine before they turned me off that same day - and will take a few days to fix apparently... Bit frustrating!

@salzmann_jack I played Career mode on fifa 16 and My career on WWE 2k16 for a whole fifa cycle cos of TalkTalk. Internet was so bad I could barely join a party. Literally was forced to offline gaming for a year cos of bad internet
