@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

@TalkTalk I have spent over 3 hours talking to them on and off over 6 months and the issue is still not settled. How do I contact them by email. I also want to make a formal complaint. I would have thought a bereavement team would act and get things done first time to reduce distress.

@TalkTalk I bought WiFi for a property a few weeks ago that was due to go live 2 days ago, every single time the tenants call you say the system is down. You also refuse to send out an engineer which was part of the package I paid for. Useless.

@TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

TalkTalk are awful. Terrible speed. Terrible customer service. We had problems, they said it was our equipment and suggested we upgrade. It was the same rubbish for more money. We left asap and moved to BT. No more problems! #ripoffbritain

@TalkTalk My internet is down and when I ran a service check it said it was fine. But it’s definitely down so why does it do that? .... not a good time for students who are learning remotely. When will it be fixed ?

@TalkTalk Yes, the person on the phone was pretty rude, it took a few minutes for him to finish his conversation with his mates before putting his headset on and being pretty blunt and rude. Wouldn't accept my experiences with talktalk lately and talked me down, then basically hung up...
