    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    @JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @TalkTalk I take it as per usual you won't have the channel Sky Crime that launches on Tuesday. Another reason to cancel and go solely with Now TV or back to Sky itself.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup what kind of service is this?? Initially your care representatives were saying that WE tainted our line, blaming us when it clearly wasn’t our fault and then when we call back as we definitely shouldn’t be paying for this last week we get hung up on

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup This is why I'm leaving them, had problems with the broadband not connecting and continuously having to switch the router on and off, and the youview box had endless problems with that, they said its my aerial so I changed it, still the problem persisted retuning it 😡😡😡

    Only way I've been able to get through to TalkTalk is via their press office. This is ridiculous. Phone their customer number & they say they are closed. I've had no broadband for 48 hours & I am deeply displeased. They can't offer explanation as to why their numbers don't work.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup You get what you pay for. I advised Zen a few days ago to you, when this came up. Just like RogerJ has done today. Pay a bit more for a service and it pays dividends. Been with them 18 years.

    So much stuff in modern life does not work as it should but you, of course, must keep paying. Been having a nightmare with @TalkTalk recencently. Their broadband is unstable. I've had no broadband for two days- terrible for a professional writer. It's not a simple change either.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They have a customer help line. My broadband was down for several days before, it is usually a problem at the exchange.
