    Anyone else having problems with TalkTalk. I have had no internet for 3 days now. Finding it really difficult to log into my account. Keeps kicking me out if I’m luck to get in it. Spoke to an agent via message but not resolved . #talktalk

    @TalkTalk My phone line has not worked for 6 months. You apparently sent an engineer out a few months ago but still not working. Now my WiFi is 5 times the speed it should be. I am a key worker and start in the community response team tomorrow and need a stable connection.

    @TalkTalk Yes, apparently TV is now no longer free, but I've been billed before notification, I also have multiroom but have to buy a box, so I am paying for a service I can't use

    They have had a lot of stick in the past for bad CS but must say have been really impressed with @TalkTalk over the last 2 days. #greatimprovement

    @JWebbConsulting @TalkTalk I know BT gets a bad press but our broadband is very fast and reliable. Not the cheapest but rarely gives us problems.

    Avoid #talktalk worse customer service I've heard about! Call centre worker laughing at an elderly woman because she doesn't have a mobile phone and doesn't understand why she needs TV. Well #talktalk can cancel the contract and employ English staff.

    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    @emjanero_ @TalkTalk Seems like TalkTalk are having some issues in the Glasgow area at the moment. Not working for me either. I've had to turn on the Mobile Hotspot on my phone so I can get back online at work (I'm also WFH) not ideal as I dont have free data. Hopefully they can get it sorted soon.

    @GerryCassidy @TalkTalk There definitely is a problem in the area given the amount of people contacting but for some reason they haven't updated their status page to reflect this or communicate to customers what they are doing to fix it. They also haven't responded to my tweet or DM
