    @TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

    @bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

    Thanks a bunch for nothing @talktalk Customer Care, non existent! I've spelt out the problems, you keep asking for the same security answers over and over but you give up when I finally get something slightly wrong! Not impressed with total lack of care!
