@bettybretty @TalkTalk We're in Gainsborough here so that's reassuring to know. We've had issues because Openreach started messing around but this doesn't seem to be something they've caused. With next to no mobile signal too though it's not the best for working from home!

Can’t believe @TalkTalk can leave a vulnerable 80 year old with no phone over New Year when she is self isolating. Won’t do anything as I can’t verify her account so they can send an engineer. Shocking service and she won’t be staying with them for much longer #worstserviceever!!

@TalkTalk So I’ve been waiting in all afternoon for an engineer to come and install my new full fibre broadband and guess what, no show. Than spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. What do you suggest I do now? Cancel the order and go elsewhere?
