My internet service was cut off early hours & I'm being told it can take up to midnight. Most switching info says a few hours, but this'll be possibly 24 hours? Disapointing. Glad I've switched on a non-working day.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
