    @talktalk you want to close ccops ltd down they're a disgrace. I quit yesterday. They're not even paying their employers that leave nor paying into their employers pensions either! And you really want to sort the management out there. Disgraceful. In fact just burn the building.

    @TalkTalk since joining you we have had nothing but problems. Only now you said it is sorted yet I am completely unable to use the internet. My family and I have work, university, college and doctors that are all needed through the wifi. Any advice or help. This is my last resort

    @CliveTripp @TalkTalk @CliveTripp breach of contract which means you can cancel at any time without continuing contract as they have not fulfilled. They will have to refund for no service plus any data your family has paid for etc

    @TalkTalk please help, phone lines useless. 91yr old nan has moved, no phone line as yet. I live 2 1/2 hours away so can’t pop to help her. She was told it would be transferred across on the 20th. She lives alone so no phone line is a worry!

    @TalkTalk have the UFO service in York , internet down since Sunday, have had to jump through many hoops on various Comms channels to be told many times they can help they don't deal with specialized service or transferred to wrong department. No engineer still shocking service

    What a complete shambles the customer support division of TalkTalk are… they have left my elderly mother without phone or broadband service for over three weeks and each time they are contacted we get a different version of the repair progress or non-progress. Awful company.

    @TalkTalk Your service is appalling. I have been without internet for 12 days and your staff are unable to address. Countless wasted time on the phone. I am on a call now and been left holding for 20 minutes. DISGUSTING.
