@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk useless as ever. Sent an engineer round - found a fault with the exchange. Told us bt would contact us with in 3 hours, NO CALL, called TT back to be told BT would never call us and they need to send another engineer out. How about just employing Competent people
