    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    Trying to cancel broadband with @TalkTalk is the most exhausting thing ever. Being passed around from customer service team to another - i’ve had enough. JUST CANCEL MY BROADBAND I DON’T NEED YOU TO COERCE ME TO STAY.

    @TalkTalk Also the customer service is shocking, no one to talk to on online chat, no email on website and also got told by one of their advisors they couldn't send me an email to confirm the conversation I had with them on the 06/03 as they don't have access to email customers

    @TalkTalk No Dm’s as I've spoken to customer service, complaints billing etc every day for 2 weeks! Still not resolved so just highling the rubbish service you provide
