I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. Their customer service just keeps on getting better! I advise anyone wanting to get broadband to go with anyone but Talk Talk

Worth getting on their forum if you haven’t, as it’s the only place where someone got back to us.

The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

You keep emailing me to say I'm going to lose it unless I sign up for your expensive email service, but don't offer an option for me to say 'that's fine, shut it down.'

The operative that I spoke to did her best to sort things, phoned back at the end of her shift, and gave me her email just in case. Good job

Darren Skippings (@DSkippings) reported@guardian £37 Billion of taxpayer money spaffed on a test and trace system she is/was in charge of, that never actually worked. Compare to Ireland £27,000 test and trace, works fine. expectations were "too high" of her no doubt being useful and doing a job properly, see talktalk.

James Oswald (@SirBenfro) reported@RaW_writing I don't have an account with them, never have. I had an email account with lineone, who were taken over by Tiscali, who were taken over by TalkTalk. The email address was kept going at no charge, but recently TalkTalk have said they're going to stop that.
