Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
