  • GlentoranNUFC Ryan Batchelor (@GlentoranNUFC) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

@Ruthieeee123 Aye I find it decent tbh but just depends what you’re looking for. Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. Good luck 👍🏻

  • matthew_cathal 𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕨 (@matthew_cathal) reported from Dunmurry, Northern Ireland

  • trublustuuk Stuart Neilly 🇬🇧🇨🇦🇹🇭 (@trublustuuk) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk The hub is plugged directly into the socket using the cable that was supplied with the hub. The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

  • niclassicshirt NI Classic Shirt Co (@niclassicshirt) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk @sucooke They never reply to DMs either. The book appointments on the wrong day then just ignore you're messages to have it corrected. I'm certain it's so they can bill you for a missed appointment

  • EmmaDeig Emma Deighan (@EmmaDeig) reported from Dunmurry, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk I’ve just moved and my service, which was turned on two days ago, is on and off. I’ve a new hub on the way, which I know I don’t need. Can you explain why I get two hours a day only of broadband. Not the best service for a journalist on deadline

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I'm reading online that #talktalk are refusing to pay a 16 million pound bill as they haven't received the internet 📶 service that they both demand and require. How incredibly ironic #methinks

  • niclassicshirt NI Classic Shirt Co (@niclassicshirt) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk @KiteeKate They never reply to DMs either. The book appointments on the wrong day then just ignore you're messages to have it corrected. I'm certain it's so they can bill you for a missed appointment

  • PMcCrory23 Paul McCrory (@PMcCrory23) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@AlexKane221b I was without internet for a week. Talktalk, but it was actually a problem with my line, not the service. Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

  • jnrtaggart Junior (@jnrtaggart) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk hi is there any major outage been no internet since 7pmish bt36

  • trublustuuk Stuart Neilly 🇬🇧🇨🇦🇹🇭 (@trublustuuk) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk just reading your twitter. Seems I'm not the only one having issues. Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

  • PMcCrory23 Paul McCrory (@PMcCrory23) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@jazlosaz @SamFras09714950 @TalkTalk After posting my issue on their community forums and filling in a form on the service section on TT’s site, they’re sending us an engineer on Tuesday. Worth getting on their forum if you haven’t, as it’s the only place where someone got back to us.

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Read the replies (this is simply awful) shameful response. Just the £7 Billion in their coffers. #talktalk and #BTSport also awful with their responses.

  • KimKellyKK Kim Kelly (@KimKellyKK) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

Positive tweet alert! In a world where I moan about everything, credit where credit is due. @TalkTalk just changed over my broadband to my new house for free, with no hassle and without me having to speak to anyone! Great customer service. Would recommend!

  • niclassicshirt NI Classic Shirt Co (@niclassicshirt) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@JohnMat77117417 @TalkTalk They're an absolute shambles on twitter. Even they're Facebook customer services agreed in a private chat. They just ignore their customers

  • internetsense Philip I Wilson (@internetsense) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@Back_Two_Mee @Complyorcry Sounds wild. I go low low on all these things. Cancel ❌ them, move them. Talktalk or Plusnet (Plusnet is BT) use Now tv rather than Sky Sports etc etc

  • paulcollins123 Paul Collins (@paulcollins123) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk have to say the worse customer service I have ever experienced four phone calls to cancel a new service and no completed call. ... avoid

@TalkTalk I've been trying to get in touch with you for days. Every time I call you need my landline number or I can't be put through, I've never had a landline. Every time I try to login to my account, your system has "Technical Difficulties" and I can't. What's happening?????

@TalkTalk Someone called me about my upgrade to say there was an issue and informed me another member of the team would ring me back later in the day to rebook the installation date. That was last Thursday and no one has called me!

  • KiteeKate Kate Hodgson (@KiteeKate) reported

@TalkTalk Hi can you tell me if the bar last number service is not currently working. I’m trying to bar a nuisance number and get a message stating the service requested isn’t available. TIA

  • hooper_jackie Jacqueline Hooper (@hooper_jackie) reported

@TalkTalk I sincerely hope so. But you never know with TalkTalk. Each time I think it’s been addressed we get another letter. I don’t think anything gets written down or tracked there. My dad is 89 years old and shouldn’t be under this sort of stress.

  • Rlclips2 PPLX.madness (@Rlclips2) reported

@TalkTalk Well now it doesn’t matter we’ve been told out internet has been cut off because you charge us for a bill that should have been sorted months ago and then charge us a late fee as-well so never mind now. Months this has been going on ridiculous

@TalkTalk Hey, any problems in Newcastle NE4? We recently upgraded our package / mbps to try and resolve these issues but haven’t seen any improvement at all. Thanks

  • Rlclips2 PPLX.madness (@Rlclips2) reported

@TalkTalk ima guess there’s something wrong with talk talk today since everyone’s having the same issues with there’s no internet connection in S73 either for us it’s either that or we have had our internet shut off due to extra fees that we shouldn’t have

  • DavidandRich Bradley-Kingman (@DavidandRich) reported from Dorchester, England

Anyone else having constant problems with email servers unreachable?? @TalkTalk
