Is there a problem in the Newtownabbey area regarding service as the hub is acting like the router was, connection is slow and often drops out.

Their customer service just keeps on getting better! I advise anyone wanting to get broadband to go with anyone but Talk Talk

The hub is about a metre from the socket. The hub has a white light but internet is slow and inconsistent just like the routers were.

Had to get an openreach engineer out. They replaced part of the line as it was apparently corroded outside our house.

Watch for ones who charge you to install it, talktalk where completely free the cheapest when I was moving in. My broadband runs my TV aswell as I’ve a Firestick & I’ve yet to have a problem. Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

Run the tests and says no issues with the line but looking at your feed it seems he isnt the only one that is having the problem. He hasnt got a mobile so has no means of communication now. Can you help pls.
