@TalkTalk Yeah, that has already been explained to me quite a few times by 3 different people. The problem we have is that we cannot get the work done because we were told they would probably have to rip some of the walls out due to it being wiring, and being in a private rent property..

@TalkTalk And that because we are private renting, the cost would have to be covered by our landlord (its a business landlord) which I dont think they would cover. So we are left with rubbish signal in our living room and we just have to put up with it. Really not happy.

@TalkTalk Just so they are able to work. Our TV and phones when sitting in the living room have really really weak signal to the router. Was told by several customer service agents that to send an engineer out would be chargeable because its wear and tear on the wires (re broken port)

Updating my routers firmware remotely, not telling me, and breaking my whole network is not cool @TalkTalk! Ethernet devices struggling to get IP addresses and when they do, no internet. Smart home devices not responding. Reset, reboots not helping - leave my equipment alone!

@TalkTalk is quite possibly the worst broadband provider ever. Constantly putting my bill up, changing my package, and then being impossible to talk to when I need customer service. Their name is dripping with irony. You suck TalkTalk!

@TalkTalk is it a joke that after switching providers because of 3wks with no internet service from you, which you neglected to fix (was fixed on day one with BT!) that you have sent me a bill for November even though I left on 17th and had no service for the preceeding 3 weeks?

I see now why @TalkTalk offered me faster internet for less money, it's because it's never online for more than a few minutes at a time.
