@TalkTalk 27th March and it still seems to be a problem. Your help centre can't log in to accounts and are telling everyone to call back later. I have been told three time today to call back in 2-3 hours.

@TalkTalk having to resort to this as customer services appears to be non functioning. asked several employees one three separate calls to customer support all who are unable to resolve my broken broadband due to your planned maintenance. I wish to raise a formal complaint now

@TalkTalk No you didn’t, to paraphrase you were ‘surprised’ by the increase to costs & that it was all done to improve your network in my area… this all contradicts you telling me at point of sale in Dec how brilliant your fibre network was in the area .. less than 3 months in contract.

@TalkTalk My TalkTalk box has not updated to BST. Is this just my tv or is the problem with Talk Talk? I’ve tried everything in Settings without success!
