But not much has been said of her schmoozing Vennels into NHS Chair - was that a nod for PO installing the unstable TalkTalk to run Horizon on, so soon after?

They clearly divert everyone to chat live online or automated to go online and then they hang up so they don't have to deal with the situation .

William Kay (@williamkay62) reported@SkyHelpTeam Sky Broadband and Sky Glass is so unreliable. The Broadband and Sky Glass is currently down. I’ve restarted the router, unplugged it from the wall and nothing works. I thought TalkTalk was bad, however, this is the worst service in the world bar none. #SkyNoBand

HPsauce (@hpsauce43) reported@TalkTalk what is happening about my Broadband being down for over 24 hours? Apparently an engineer was called & dealing with the issue "within 24 hours". I expect a refund. Absolute Jokers & Fraudsters. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

They'll never resolve your problems. My broadband is still not working, after spending an afternoon talking with them.
