    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

    @AllHailTheTrail @TalkTalk I am in the same position! Now on to my 3rd month of being charge for an account I am no longer using and have been told 3 times it has been cancelled (including by a manager and after raising a formal complaint). Shocking customer service @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk No, thanks! I just wanted to feed back the positive result and the fix. Actually… there might be one thing: when are you rolling out VOIP for home users, please? Wanting to keep my existing number, but not precious about the existing phone hardware.

    @TalkTalk hi i just like to say that yesterday at 9am we rang talktalk with our broadband not working and at 9am today our new router was Deliverd and all is good what a great service

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk had no internet and no phone for almost 24 hours now, can you advise what’s going on pref without a cut and paste response. #poorcustomerservice Turning out to be the worst choice I made to go with #talktalk 😡 #CustomerService
