beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk Don't think so. Gotta wait 2-3 days for an engineer for the third time in a month, but what else can you do? I feel bad complaining to the social media dept! Just frustrating :)

@TalkTalk @Ofcom is it standard practice in the talktalk CS department to simply terminate calls to customers at closing time (7pm)? This has happened twice to me this week. 1 week and counting without internet and phone after my house move. What’s going on?

@TalkTalk Yes, the screen shot was from my iPad and today I tried from chrome browser on my desktop PC. Same problem on both, so I suspect it is an issue with the way My Account dashboard has been linked to my broadband service somehow

@HerreMorker #TalkTalk customer service was bloody awful...persistently so, to the point that I couldn't end the call (on account of not being my husband. Don't go there). In my frustration I begged them to FOff and was told they weren't paid to listen to that sort of language..

@TalkTalk I am waiting second day for my fiber to be switched from 150 to 500 shocking service had to call remind to send me a router than had to call to remind the. Not what I expected
