@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@AnnMemmott i have commented elsewhere about how these companies treat disabled people, both sky and talktalk are bad at this and probably others, very intrusive, rather than just offering free choices, in you case no one should be asked to fit cables to test stuff

I see Dido Harding is "thinking about" applying for the @NHSEngland Chief Executive job. Hasn't that woman done enough damage? CEO at TalkTalk when customer service was appalling & huge customer data breach. In charge of UK track & trace fiasco. Enough!

@TalkTalk I have no idea. I was never a TalkTalk customer, you just took over the hosting of the email when you bought out Tiscali (who took over lineone a very long time ago). I've only ever had the email set to forward to another, and don't use it for anything.

WORST service @TalkTalk - I paid for wifi a month ago. Have set it up and now your chatbot is telling me the account is inactive and may disconnect me at any times WITHOUT ANY REASON? Disgusted by your horrific service I will be going further with this as this will impact my job

@TalkTalk No. I have a lineone email account from ages back that TalkTalk inherited when it bought Tiscali. You keep emailing me to say I'm going to lose it unless I sign up for your expensive email service, but don't offer an option for me to say 'that's fine, shut it down.'

@tyrone_neale At my mums we had problems with sky, bt, talktalk, plusnet xD i think talktalk or plusnet are part of bt now or something but i remember complaining so much haha

@TalkTalk Nope. How's that going to help? Another person to explain the issues to? There's already an ongoing complaint, so I'm not getting anybody else involved. I'm merely venting my frustration at the incompetence of @TalkTalk. It's cathartic. Well. mildly cathartic.
