@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@TalkTalk If you mean password and banking details,you’ll have to wait til my partner gets home,who is not happy as he hates talking on phone because of hearing problems and is already suspicious as to why you need bank details

@TalkTalk Been talking with you guys for 4 hours now. The representative mentioned it is an external issue and yet you guys refuse to send an Engineer. Doing checks after checks send me the pictures of the checks that you guys are doing. Trust issues with you guys.

@TalkTalk People rely on your service stability for income, I would rather a warning to make alternative emergency arrangements during times like this than be caught out and suffer financially
