    @TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

    @TalkTalk I’m getting so hacked-off with the almost constant dropouts here in KY7! Three times in the last 30 minutes! This really isn’t the service that I’m paying for! 😡

    @TeddyWATP @TalkTalk I was with them years ago and the service then was terrible. But I get the without Internet thing, happened to us too, none for a month due to an openreach engineer, and trying to get help was shocking

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @OpenreachHelp Provider @TalkTalk have insisted that the issue was solved as reported by your men’s so they keep Waisting my time and coming with different excuses, like I wasn’t home wile I have your man phone number …this is a joke, no one is taking responsability for wasting.

    hi @TalkTalk , just wondering if it’s your policy to hang up on paying customers who ask to speak to a manager to get their issue resolved, when you haven’t even booked an engineer appointment that you’ve said they need?

    @Hello_its_Bee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk What a nightmare, mum also had trouble with openreach... they connected the wrong cable at the green box leading to her having weeks of no internet and being asked to pay twice for re-visits to her home by talktalk to see if it was her fault! 😡

    @bringthesun_ @TalkTalk I'm having big problems with talktalk, they've put my contract up by £50 a year mid contract and just spent 78 minutes trying to get sorted. Not happy.
