No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this
