The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

@TalkTalk any issues in the SS8 area? Keeps dropping out for the past 2 days and I’m working from home which means I keep loosing data and having to redo work. Don’t tell me to waste time by sending you a DM, just tell me if there are any issues in the area.

@TalkTalk I've just received the most pointless phone call from Hugh, picking up a complaint that I've raised about repeated offers being sent to me after I'd confirmed that the contract owner was dead and the house being sold. #customerservice

@OpenreachHelp Hi yes I have (Talktalk) but they keep saying it’s a more general problem in the area. The pavement box was full of leaves and water so the problem is almost certainly in this box. I can’t seem to get this communicated to yourselves via Talktalk

@TalkTalk imagine training your customer services team to rush through calls and then for them to tell customers “that is all I can do, if you want to cancel you service then you’re within your rights to do so”. Not really a good standard for Customer services is it?
