@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@carlzimmer @GreatDismal For those of you who may not know Baroness Harding. She was CEO of Mobile operator TalkTalk. When asked if customer data was encrypted after a hack that affected four million customers, her response was, 'The awful truth is that I don't know' BTW her husband is a senior Tory MP.

@Dr2NisreenAlwan Let's not forget the TalkTalk cyber-attack, compromising personal/banking details of 4m customers; asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don't know". No one could have predicted that either... hmm!

@steve_abraham74 @YodelOnline @TalkTalk That's fair enough, that was my view until I had a problem and then I had months of no internet and had to go through hours and hours of explaining the same problem again and again for a problem that was never solved.

You would have thought that @TalkTalk would encourage people to talk, so why are they ignoring me? I've been a customer for many years. Perhaps it's time to end that.
