@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk I’ve been having issues with my wifi connection since last night. I can’t get hold of anyone to report this. I’m being told that there are no faults in the line but I’ve tried troubleshooting in the house and still the light is flashing between white and amber

Absolute rubbish from @TalkTalk so far today trying to close my in-laws account as he has dementia and has gone into care. So far the phone line are shut online chat and Twitter messages have not got any where. Would avoid this company if you want customer service!

@Comp_fixbiz @Trisha121153 @Figuregirl55 Talktalk are owned by BT, except talktalk, in the broadband arena, are the equivalent to what the poundshop is to the high street... Just sayin... I don't know anyone who is with Talktalk who does not have problems !

@TalkTalk Got my new internet provider coming out next week. Only a few more days of @TalkTalk to bear. It's Sunday night so, like every Sunday, my internet was lost at match point in a tennis game I've been absorbed in for 2 and a half hours... I never did get any help with this issue 1/
