@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk I need to TALK to someone about unblocking my wifi (so Dell can connect remotely to transfer data). Calling customer service has been no help as they just run a line test. The line is fine. How do I talk to tech support to unblock this??

@TalkTalk I'm beyond frustrated with your company. I swapped to you from Sky. I've had nothing but problems. I can't even listen to the radio upstairs as the signal isn't strong enough. You offered to charge me £85 for a signal extender. WHAT????
