@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

Our records show we haven’t heard from u in the last 28 days, therefore we believe u may no longer need our support & we’ll begin the process to close your complaint.@TalkTalk your a waste of my time & energy -worse customer service ,once contract ENDs in JULY will LOOK elsewhere

@dutaut @TalkTalk I have done in the past and their level of service was an issue when would you believe a member of staff called me Madam back in 2010 and then got a £10 reimbursement on my bill by way of an apology after I complained about the way in which I was dealt with when I paid my bill.

@TalkTalk And they couldn't advise if we could or could not connect our land line phone to the fibre. It was still not working after another 24 hrs so we had to contact support again and after another long time on the phone they found the line had not been activated and it would take..
