@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TalkTalk i really need an issue escalating. For two weeks my Internet has been intermittent - dropping every 15 mins - An engineer has been, still doesn't work. I can't do any more tests. I think a new router should be tried now.

I can't wait for my contract to be over with @TalkTalk I'm constantly using my phone data because the Internet is so slow and I am always getting kicked offline. I report it but they always say everything fine on their end, suggesting it must be mine.

@TalkTalk last two weeks broadband keeps going down intermittently. Lasts about half an hour. Mainly evenings. Connection test gives test result as track fault

@JRiH2020 I found Virgin a joke too and left them. I've got TalkTalk and I'd never have recommended them before thi,ms, but one outrage in a year was resolved within 3 hours. No complaints on quality of service either.

@TalkTalk Hi. Internet customer. Any easy way of blocking my kids WiFi devices without blocking my own?? I remember it was quite fiddly.
