    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

    @TalkTalk can you provide a customer service number please? The website has no contact details at all for customers requiring to talk to someone.

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    @TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

    @talktalk need urgent complaint resolution. Daughter’s new broadband was switched on on Saturday & switched off today. Your staff are not able switch back on for 2 weeks & all reasons are conflicting. She needs this corrected asap, has spent hours in online chat today

    Absolutely disgraceful service from @TalkTalk 3 days and hours of phone calls and web chats to still have no resolution. Waiting for a manager to call me back regarding my complaint too. Anyone have any ideas who I can contact now please as am no further on than 3 days ago?

    Its now a week without @TalkTalk broadband...I have now received a new router which doesn't work. Apparently @WeAreOpenreach haven't closed the call yet. Not recommended

    @TalkTalk Phone number 01424893488..been told it is still some time to be resolved. Just seems to get run around .she has to walk half a mile up road to get a mobile signal..there are no neighbours ,, I am 200 miles away

    @cantiliouspip @TalkTalk It’s absolutely dire, missed two installation appts didn’t even bother to advise they wouldn’t attend. Promised a next day appt- didn’t turn up, so cancelled service, TT have now effectively blocked any other provider giving us service!

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom 3rd failed call to @talktalk agreed end date of 2nd Dec but not registered. the call quality in the call centre is terrible (connection issues?). I think I have done everything reasonable to end my contract with the required notice. Please confirm
