No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

Yes they agreed and sent me a bag to return the box. I did this. Now they keep telling me they’ve noticed my tv box isn’t connected 😳 what a surprise?

Kay (@BeingKayB) reported@TalkTalk I’d love to believe you but 17 months after taking money for services I was told were cancelled, I’m still waiting for my money. TWO hours online today and I got the typical poor customer service response of it was my fault. And apparently a manager will get back to me🙄
