@TalkTalk, Spent an hour and a half being transferred between 4 of your agents, passed security 4 times, explained my complaint 4 times just to be disconnected and never called back!! Now agent won't connect to complaints department!

@TalkTalk My internet has been down for hours and all the troubleshooting in the world isn't fixing, it seems to be a widespread issue from what I've seen and I was wondering if there's an estimate as to when things might be fixed:(
