beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

Does anyone have any idea how to get any level of #customerservice from @TalkTalk please?? No broadband for 8 solid days, endless broken promises &commitments, no-one at #talktalk seems that interested in sorting the problem or the customer experience.We’re at our wits end #fail
