@TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@virginmedia Well this is going well - 3hrs of chat and best u r offering a 25yr loyal customer is twice the price of Vodafone/TalkTalk/Shell and 20% up on BT. You really don't want me to stay do you?

@TalkTalkGroup PSN not connecting and WhatsApp video calls wont go through. Support says its not talktalk but everything works fine through a mobile hotspot. Are you blocking them?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup when I first **** on talk talk WiFi it seems great. Now it's awful. SLOW, constantly having to log off and log on. The tv is always buffering. Called customer service - waste of time! They are taking my money every month and not providing me the service!
