    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    Hi @TalkTalk we've logged a call for an elderly relative whose home phone isn't working, they rely on it for the lifeline medical service. We've had no reply or update? This simply isn't good enough! #CustomerService

    @JBDT60 @AndyCas01591466 @bt_uk Is there not an app that comes with the router that allows you to prioritise the order of your Wifi connections? I’ve just upgraded to the TalkTalk version of Future fibre and the Eero router lets you pick where the wifi signal goes to in order of preference.

    24 hours and STILL no Internet! Cancelled you say @TalkTalk but you have no idea why 🙄 and no update. I need a service that I can rely on, you're not giving me that service are you 😡

    @TalkTalk Terrible service, leaving a vulnerable person who has a life line button linked to a phone line that now doesn't work and have been given an estimate of 2-3 working days for an engineer to look into the problem. Awful.

    What's worse than @TalkTalk 's appalling speeds? Their inability to provide any kind of useful support. What's worse than that? Spending hours and days of your life running through the same irrelevant questions while the support team runs the playbook.
