@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@TeddyWATP @TalkTalk I was with them years ago and the service then was terrible. But I get the without Internet thing, happened to us too, none for a month due to an openreach engineer, and trying to get help was shocking

beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

@talktalk absolutely diabolical customer service. 2 out of 4 people I’ve spoken to this morning alone have been the rudest I’ve encountered. The issue still isn’t resolved! Been on the phone trying to sort it for over 3 hours now!

@TalkTalk Appalling service. Handling a complaint yet twice call back after the window they offered. 2.25 hours of webchat being passed around to be told a load of rubbish about my service issues.

@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp your engineer Andrew installed my new router on Tuesday the 4th of October. He took took my old router which he shouldn’t have. Now I am being charged by old provider for non return of router. TalkTalk live chat won’t help. Openreach live chat won’t help
