Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me.
