    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @TalkTalk Checked and it says there are no issues but I still have no internet. It also appears others in the KY area have had no internet for the last hour at least.

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

    @TalkTalk Just wondering if you have any known issues in Chorley (PR7 2LA) ever since the storms mine and my neighbours Internet connection keeps dropping out and disconnecting from devices, yet speeds are what they should be. Its getting frustrating now

    @LeeLister8191 @Plusnet After 18 months with plusnet I'm going back to talktalk believe me their customer service is really bad.

    @TalkTalk So can people cancel a contract with no fees if they cannot afford the price increase? @MartinSLewis Just because you say you are the cheapest doesn't mean people can afford it. I and many of my clients will have to go without any internet at all.

    Just dealt with the worst customer service ever @TalkTalk wasted 1.5hrs of my time reconfirming stuff over and over again and then at the very end they were like „oh actually we don‘t send the cables. You have to go to a shop“ so why are you not telling me this at the start?!

    @ZeCyberChimp Had BT, Sky, Talktalk... all but Virgin are shite, and even Virgin has issues. Seems there is no good ISP out there at all in the UK...

    @talktalk your bereavement service is not fit for purpose. Rude and hugely insensitive staff who keep you waiting on the phone on and off for 50 minutes to cancel a landline and a mobile phone account. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Other firms get it right why can't you?

    Prices going up everywhere now we have @TalkTalk raising prices. I work as a counsellor/physchotherapist and offer free services and support online. Many of my clients are really feeling this cost of living crisis and won't be able to afford the rise. I can't even afford it. 💔
