@TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

@Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

Stay away from @TalkTalk ! Engineer never turned up for the installation appointment last week and they never bothered to get in contact. Was messed around with new appointment dates then they offered 5th May!! Ludicrous. Goodbye

@TalkTalk I have an open complaint and you keep emailing me asking me to call. But when I call I don’t know which dept I want and neither do any of the staff. Spent hours and hours on these calls and still no closer to speaking to right person. Customer service said not them.

@TalkTalk two hours of my life on the phone or in your chat yesterday. Today I have a text telling me to call you to deal with my complaint. I have just spent yet another 20 minutes on hold to the told you are engaged. WHY NO DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE??

@TalkTalk WOW your customer service is utterly shocking. A pointless, grim hour of my life today with nothing resolved. Then I went through the exact same process with United Utilities who were wonderful.

@TalkTalk Hi. I am from Huntington York. My internet speed is less than 2 Mbps for the past 2 hours. Talktalk website does not even provide option to log a fault. Please help me fix this asap.
