@TalkTalk @LollyBwalya Same here it's like a scam They send you round all the different departments and lie saying they are asking someone and leave you for 20 minutes then after an hour of being on the phone they cut you off. This has happened to me at least 10 times. They are the worst.

@LaxBowel @TalkTalk They won't let you cancel your contract I've been trying for 2 months. They send you round all the different departments keep you on hold while the "ask someone" lie lie lie they just play a game and then cut you off. Chat is no better "rest assured I will sort this" They don't

@Soul_hunter345 @virginmedia @TalkTalk Talk Talk are awful, I spent over a year with virtually no connection, I got nothing but lies from their advisors and they threatened me with huge fees if I changed provider and refused to ever compensate me.

@tylerfps_ trueeee; is Virgin just total trash? We have talktalk and it's never gone down on me in like 10 months but I would expect Virgin to be solid seen as it's so much more expensive
