@TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp I have now not had internet for over a week (before the storm) - are you going to fix it any time soon? Last I heard OpenReach was going to prioritise sending someone out (again) but still nothing It's an essential service. I'm WFH. Sort it out.

@TalkTalk PLEASE help, I am getting so stressed out by this, I can’t reach ANYONE to cancel my account properly, have tried so many times since December. Having to take chunks out of my day working as a NURSE to try and sort this out!!! So awful

@TalkTalk 3rd day and no phone line, internet access. We are a care home. Called you customer support was asked inappropriate questions and told someone would fix it yesterday before receiving an email saying wouldn’t be until 28th. We can’t make or receive calls from doctors!

@TalkTalk No, I don’t believe so. Fibre 65, should have been live on 22 Feb. Multiple differing stories on that day via the live chat. Said it would all happen remotely. It didn’t. That night I’m told I missed my appt. I’m furious and it’s been no better trying to fix it over the phone.
