    @TalkTalk just spent over 50 minutes with 3 different folk trying to cancel (for 3rd time since early September), right at end got cut off! Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

    beeeen total shambles by talktalk this week you view box is faulty so been trying to get new one finally got one ordered operator techical dept were brilliant just useless email help was hopeless very annoyed

    The @TalkTalk engineer hasn’t come out between 8am and 1pm as arranged. No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

    @Sports_EmmaD @TalkTalk Had issues with them also. Their customer service is alot to be desired. Not sure where the call centre is but their accents were like a mix between Dutch, Swaheli and English 🙈

    @TalkTalk My internet been down since yesterday. It still isn’t back on. 3rd time in less than a week. Online chat is a waste of time, no one answers. Looks like I’ll have to waste another 40+ minutes today on the phone.

    @TalkTalk Wr9 is down at least once every day not good when you have only online tv and are a full time college student who still does online learning once a week and has to submit coursework via teams aswel as a load of research and also lives with a disabled person

    @TalkTalk were supposed to install my full fibre a week ago but the engineer never showed. Despite spending about 20 hours between the live chat and phone calls still don't have a new install date. Shambles

    @TalkTalk After a long and winding journey, at last we got upgrade to full fibre on the 3rd of March. However, here are some issues that are still not solved even after many online chat: 1. I still have not recieved the new router that promised on the phone; -to be continue

    @TalkTalk I have tried everything since November. I haven't even got an account number no money has even been taken out.I need to cancel all of this. I AM going crazy Noone has helped me.I have spoke to more than 10 ppl all promising the same thing.
