No notice was given, nor has anyone bothered to contact me to apologise or explain. I’ve stayed home all day for this. AND now I’ve on hold for over 17 minutes to no avail. Despicable customer service.

Last woman was helpful but now have no idea what’s happening. Absolutely sick of this & once it actually happens I’ll not recommend you 😤

Apparently they had to do tests that could only be carried out if I could transfer to 3G which I don't have. I borrowed a phone, the link sent asked me to login - I HAVE NO LOGIN for the support site!
