@TalkTalk must be the worst company for customer service. They never listen to what you say. Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk loads of people with no WiFi in RM15 but your telephone service agents haven't got a clue about it. Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

A modern Digital ID is designed to be far more secure than anything that has come before. It's not one giant, hackable database. Security is built in through: • Decentralisation: The ID lives encrypted on your phone, not in a single government pot. • Encryption: All communication is end-to-end encrypted. • Biometrics: It requires your face or fingerprint to work. Losing your phone is infinitely safer than losing your wallet. One is a useless, encrypted brick to a thief; the other gives them your world.

@TalkTalk so the router you provide me develops a fault and you take 10 days to provide me with a new one. Apparently I am not eligible for the compensation set by ofcom as it was a fault inside the home , I’ve never dealt with such an awful service provider.

@TalkTalk Nothing wrong with Broadband, can you not read the fault ref number on the photo? it’s her phone line. Pathetic company. I highly recommend no one signs up to @TalkTalk as they leave vulnerable people without a phone line even after signing up to their priority service

@TalkTalk Thanks I've sent the DM. However it is an awful way to offer assistance and luckily I can do this on behalf of my father in law via a route he has no access to. Talk Talk should be ashamed of thier poor help system and the inability to ask to speak to a human easily

@TalkTalk your whole help phone system is designed to NOT HELP anyone. All I want to know is if a phone line is digital and can support a telecare system No option for that or to get to the right person by phone or chat. We will be leaving you as your care sucks
