@TalkTalk must be the worst company for customer service. They never listen to what you say. Over last couple weeks must spent 10 hours on phone and live chat trying to get what I wanted and there still delivering the item. What a wast of time.

@TalkTalk So finally cancelled the contract and but still no compensation. So I paid for a service I never had from the 12 August and 3 half days waiting for engineers that were never booked and hours of phone calls . Can you please sort this

Most impressed by Talk Talk @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup automated services and repairs re recent landline and broadband problems. My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

@TalkTalk poor customer service, approx 5 hours on crap internet chat being told to take the facebox off the phone socket and all sorts, now has to wait till wendsday for someone to come out. My partner works from home, now she will lose a 3 day's pay. #poorcustomerservice

If @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup cannot maintain its broadband service I am off @WhichUK. Pathetic service, low upload and download speeds. The south coast service is abysmal and random.

Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

@TalkTalk I have followed up all possible ways to disconnect my connection before my cooling off period ends(in June). Issue ended when I got call stating no penalty in November Even after all this I got a bill this month with outstanding amount. I don’t know what to do anymore.

@TalkTalk my Internet is less than 1mbps and keeps cutting out. I logged into the website to run a line test, and I'm unable to as you believe the issue raised on 22nd December is fixed. Unfortunately the issue definitely isn't fixed, and an engineer is needed at the exchange.

@TalkTalk I am trying to cancel my account that I never used. I called and make your colleagues fill out cancellation forms "3" times!!! And 2 applications for returning your modem that should not sent me.Nothing happened and you send me a bill. My account number is 1014345944.
