My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

It returns to the login page over and over again asking a verification code which has been given. The chat service appears to have been disabled. I just despair with it.
