I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
