I have had an engineer come, no router delivered so he gave me one, once it was installed it didn’t work.I get through on your phone line after 30 minutes on hold and the line is so bad your operator can’t hear me. If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.
