My rage could be heard by seagulls in Shoreham. Normally I don't take prisoners. But all seems improved.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
