In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk , over the last 3 days I've spent well.over 2 hours on 3 separate phone calls and one online chat, trying to get a technical issue resolved, with my new talk talk broadband that was installed Friday. Frankly, the customer service has been appalling

@TalkTalk There is an issue with my YouView connection. It has not updated to BST. I think I am not the only one with this problem. The tv programmes are all an hour behind. Can't see anything on the TalkTalk website in answer to this. When will it be fixed?

@TalkTalk I’ve just replied to you re actively discouraged from cancelling. I tweeted a reply but it’s not available to public view, why is that? Will you back date my original cancellation date? I can only do it over the phone but your service keeps saying it’s down.
