    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk I've tried online chat. Got so far. Adviser tried to email the process but got no email. They gave me a contact number but they did not deal with future fibre moves. I'm going to make a complaint and close my account. This process should be simple but far from it

    @jedd4k @TalkTalk I had the same problem, the tech guy from the services dept. said they will send out a new router in the next 3-5 working days, so another couple of days without internet.

    @JimSterling @virginmedia Them and Talktalk are the worst. TT literally lied to me about "problems at the exchange". They didn't know that I knew the manager of that exchange, who laughed at this information and called their bluff. Lying scumbags

    @TalkTalk I've Been on the phone yesterday for hours and today. I am trying to move my full fibre fttp service to my new address only to be bounced to various wrong departments. No one can help me. I've tried to do this through my online account but won't let me. Absolute hassle

    So over last week or so I tried switching my homephone & boradband service to Utility Warehouse...What a joke they couldn't even get the order right! Thankfully though I have gone with @TalkTalk who have been brilliant in getting the order processed! Go live 09/09/22👌

    @TalkTalk you WiFi boxes are ****... Get back from holiday only to find once again it's not working. Had an engineer out while I was away. Literally at the point your box is going in the bin and cancelling your contact. My sister made me aware she's had no internet for 4 days...

    @TalkTalk awful sevice. Engineer came to upgrade WiFi thursday but left with WiFi not working (working fine before) supposedly returning this morning but hasn't shown up. Unable to wfh thursday/friday. This is unacceptable. When can I expect this to be sorted?
