In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk Ok, Jo. I spoke to someone on your website earlier and an engineer is scheduled to come to my mum's house tomorrow (despite me saying that I thought it was a problem affecting the whole area). If the problem is fixed tonight, I will try to cancel the engineer.

@TalkTalk So you're here until 10pm but ignore any issues raised after 9pm? One of the many reasons I'm seeking a new provider. Quick to take clients money, slow to resolve any issues.
