  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

  @TalkTalk The internet goes down at 1:30am. LIKE WHY! Some people use the internet over night and somehow this issue doesn’t get resolved? It’s been an hour.

  @TalkTalk you’ve left my widowed, pensioner mother with no phone or internet for months now because of your mistake and told her she has to get a new computer and move her phone line to another room to fix it! Come on! Awful service to a customer who has been with you for so long

  @TalkTalk been on the phone for over an hr to sort out my phone line and then was cut off! Changed to you was told I’d keep my number that I’ve had for over 34 years and it’s now gone, was offered £5.99 for inconvenience?! Worst customer service ever! Get in touch pls!!

  @TalkTalk Our internet hasn’t been working for 3days now. Which country are we in that the internet is so bad?! I’ve had better connection in Greece in the middle of nowhere!!
