    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.

    @TalkTalk My contract ended May 2026. I declined renewal, returned my router, and was explicitly promised NO fees on the phone. Now I'm being chased for a Β£21.05 bill (including admin fees) for a closed account! Your phones aren't connecting. DM me to fix this immediately.

    @TalkTalk I’ll DM but doubt it’ll make a difference you’v ignored every letter, phone call & email, I’ve cancelled the acc many times by every method, for some reason, unknown to us, you just won’t cancel it. You continue to steal money from our bank acc. It’s been 16 months & you know it

    @TalkTalk "Accidentally turned on CallSafe (Β£1/m feature) instead of Last Caller Barring due to wrong code from AI tool. Your phone team says I have to wait 30 days to cancel, but it's a rolling boost. Please turn CallSafe off and add Last Caller Barring today."

    @PaulUtd16 @TalkTalk There's a reason why I binned them off years ago. Simply awful company. I hope @TalkTalk do the right thing. For a change.

    @edsxevents Talktalk and "great leadership" in the same post? Aren't they frantically selling off parts of the company before they go bust? Take one look at their customer service reviews and ask whether "the right trade-offs" include offshoring customer support.

    So then the @talktalk bot lady says she will connect me to a tech guy - just hang on - been hanging on to Talktalk with @Talktalk for 3 hours so er up for that . Well *******, I get a contact in 5 minutes a Mr Arshun but he seems to be from JAtech and he is asking for money ?
