In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk sort your **** out. Every other gd day i have to ***** about the Internet not working. I’m doing online work all day today. And I need to upload a video. This non-functioning connection is messing up my ability to get work done for paying clients 🤬🤬🤬

So update on internet: Had to get in contact myself today as no one phoned yet again to find out they didn’t escalate the issue properly and now I have to wait 7 days again for the order to be cancelled! Wtf is that about ? @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk shocking customer service. I have rung through on my ill parents behalf as phone line hasn’t been working for over a week. Appointments made and cancelled without us being told and the way I was spoken to by one of the 4 advisors who I have spoken to was disgusting.
