    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk why are you so utterly incompetent in your service?? I’ve had three engineers now to connect me up and still waiting for you do the job properly. Shameful.

    @TalkTalk you are neglecting a frail, elderly and vulnerable customer who relies on a landline (including the use of an emergency link) by failing to repair her line in a timely fashion. You have been contacted at least three times but there is no resolution.

    @TalkTalk Just signed up with talk talk. Had to speak to someone as my router wouldn’t connect. Yet another foreign voice that was hardly understandable. My friend was with me listening in. She couldn’t understand the woman on talktalk either. What a horrible stressful service. HATE IT.

    @TalkTalk hi, router has white light, but no devices have internet. Tried reset and turning off and on again. Am in CB9, is it down?

    @philparry1 @TalkTalk Contact them and they will do a speed test and say everything is okay and blame your new laptop for being out of date and slow!
