In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

1hr40 mins trying to cancel @TalkTalk account. 7 diff departments! Apparently not their policy to cancel! wanted me to pass it to a friend, family, neighbour, work colleague, stranger or maybe passing squirrel! . Well that’s me convinced not to use them in the future! Jeeez!!

Another two hours on the phone to @TalkTalk who have failed yet again to resolve terrible broadband issues first raised beginning September - want to charge us £220 for leaving contract and offered £7 compensation for weeks of wasted time and disruption to two home key workers

@TalkTalk my dad has been without the internet for 1 week now! Customer service have been shocking and been told he will still be expected to pay the full bill! Hasn’t been told when the internet will be back on! What is going on?
