  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  @TalkTalk Not happy, trying to work from home, service is bouncing on and off. Yes, I see you've acknowledged service problems - can you give an estimate of time to fix? Or am I gonna have to make an unplanned unprepared dash to a locked up office? Sigh.
