In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@AmazonHelp Received messages to Gmail account but talktalk account isn't receiving receiving, need to have phone conversation with higher level than basic customer service who just pass on same information

@TalkTalk we can't watch anything without it going off. We can't listen to music without it going off. My children can't play on their consoles without it going off. Why should I pay you the money I do when you can't provide a decent service..

@TalkTalk just when I think your service couldn't get any worse my Internet now turns itself of and on at least 50 times a day. It's been happening for weeks now and my wife has been in touch with you and still no change. You are the worst Internet provider I've ever had. Rubbish

@TalkTalk @stillillok You are lucky my router has been flashing for 2 days straight and I won’t get an engineer until the 29th I have been having this same issue for 2 and a half years in that period I probably had over 20 engineers visited 3 new routers.

Internet slow AF on Xmas day done some tests says it's a track fault and I need an engineer I call bullshit @TalkTalk av been looking and there's alot of people that have track faults since yesterday funny that anit it
