In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

wait for it to be fixed knowing it will take some time as we know its a stolen cable ... others in the street get service back but my farther didn't so we check with talktalk only to find out they have closed the fault off as working the day it was reported .. because (2/4)

So TalkTalk wanted to implement covid procedure in my house to fix an unknown fault on my internet, sorry it's a no from me.

they tested the Broudband which is fibre cable and was not stolen... then we raise a fault again and they send a talktalk engineer out to check all the internal cables and he says that they need to get openreach engineer to investigate .. but closes the fault down as (3/4)

@TalkTalk Not even in Shetlands and your customer service and broadband is a joke! Again, do not go to TalkTalk - go to Sky broadband, or anything but these guys!
