In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Hi, my internet has been down since Sunday afternoon, Tamworth B77. I cannot get through to speak to anyone,did all the diagnostics on the website and first it said the line check found a problem then it said it was all fine.Please help as I work from home and AM NOT IMPRESSED

@TalkTalk my 83 yr old mother-in-law has no phone or internet, and her emergency careline is suspended and making very loud alerts in her house every few mins due to no active line. Your "customer care" line says "sorry we're closed, call back tomorrow". But she cannot sleep??
