    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @TalkTalk @dizzydianajo1 I lost access to my account some months back, i appealed to support but they didn’t help me so i got referred to ultimatetask_tool on lnstagram who helped me recovered my account successfully now i have access to my account, tell him i referred you

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk Hi my broadband has been down 5 times in the last 24 hours, not happy with this as it's affecting my ability to work from home. Are there any network issues in the chesterfield area.

    @TalkTalk our internet has been been down for a week, we are waiting on an engineer supposedly- each day I call I get told to wait and see if someone turns up if not to call again. Seriously? I just want it confirmed.
