In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@PennyKiley @TalkTalk I've been unable to fulfill my work commitments all day. @TalkTalk services went on the blink around 1.30 AM and are not back yet. This is the second time in one week that connectivity would stop completely. Its such terrible service. What is going on????

@TalkTalk I'm not sure I've once successfully completed a query on your Livechat. by the time you get through security questions and actually ask your query, without fail the chat drops out. Is this a known issue?

Brilliant service from @talktalk and @BT_Openreach. Fault on line reported to TalkTalk yesterday (line dead) and they arranged for BT Openreach to come within 72 hours. Patrick from Openreach arrived within 24 hours and fixed the problem. #Veryhappycustomer #greatcustomerservice
