In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TheRealRevK May I borrow from this example? - it might be a useful template draft for my attempted dealings [communication] with @TalkTalk .. some of their staff seem to have a good life, enjoy ‘work’, have good workplace policies.. but I cannot find one competent human in customer service.

@TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

Signed with @TalkTalk in Jan. nothing but issues.Engineers telling me it’s something their end. Only open until 7pm! Then they charge me for a call out...tech team called to resolve my complaint yesterday. Said they’d call me today when I’m home - what a surprise NO CALL! #angry

A reminder to NEVER, ever, use @TalkTalk After a close family bereavement they were instructed to close the account weeks ago - six 40 min calls and over 16 different call operators later, they have reduce my wife to tears. The worst customer service we have ever experienced.

@TalkTalk Hi. Became a new customer on 21st Jan via Uswitch - was also meant to get a £75 voucher. Spoken to call operator today - 35 days until it will be actioned. That will be 5 months since I joined yourselves. Is this normal, or even acceptable??
