In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk now that we are switching you make our Wi-Fi bad nothing has changed in the past month other than the fact we are leaving and now my 40mb wifi doesnt even run at 5mb hmmmm seems weird for that to happen out of nowhere

@TalkTalk So to update- when @TalkTalk say DM us the respond with an automated message pointing one to a link- great service! Guess what engineer not coming today and via chat we’re told to ‘contact them tomorrow’ as they can’t do anything. Well you could contact us tomorrow. #worstservice

@TalkTalk Useless phone provider. Old dears landline hasnt worked since last Friday, called on Monday to report, was told it'd be fixed in 2-3 days. Called again and "no update" and STILL not working. Over 70 with no way to contact family/friends during covid. Well done talktalk!
