In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk hey guys, your support for Internet connection dropping while the hub stays up is basically non existent and blames home setup. I don't need a clueless chat operative to tell me about home setup. I need someone to actually check the damn line beyond right this second.

@TalkTalk I was told it was cancelled, but no email notification came. When I called customer care about the next steps, I was still waiting for someone to speak, and they just made me wait over half an hour without any results. @TalkTalkGroup

@TalkTalk engineer arrived @ elderly parents to run new cable for internet last week. Hoped phone was being fixed too. Cable run into upstairs bedroom, modem installed there despite request to install where modem currently is downstairs. #poor #customerexperience Advice fix pls
