In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@ballywhooo @TalkTalk I'm sure it was an Openreach employee who attempted the installation but it's @TalkTalk's responsibility to restore the service. 3 days with no Internet is not good enough.

@TalkTalk please wake up and listen to your customers that you now have all saying the same issue they have. Solid orange light / no internet. Ive just had someone from your 'technical management' call me and ask have I got my tv plugged into my LAN socket on my router.

@Erudite4Unity @TalkTalk Definitely. But as they all use Openreach cables you may have the same problem. Unless you can use an alternative cable like Virgin?

@TalkTalk Real bad services from #talktalk.Broadband issues to no end. Everytime I call to get this resolved they make me jump thru hoops for no reason when all they have to do split the channel to reduce congestion. On going now for over a month. Still waiting on callback.

@TalkTalk Seems like I’m not the only one with substandard service. The service is a joke. Virtually impossible to get hold of anyone with a totally unnavigable website that makes it so difficult to find the live chat. I don’t want to ask the ‘community’ I want to speak to an advisor.

@TalkTalk I’m a new customer - joined in February and was promised a £65 voucher. I’m finding it impossible to work out how to actually get this voucher. First email went to junk and now the link will not work.

Talked to @TalkTalk about my internet being temperamental an hour ago. They said no issues. Three men have just turned up and are digging up the path outside my house to deal with a broadband fault in the fibre. Talk talk you gave me duff info
