You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡
