In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@eerosupport Secure+ is included free of charge by my supplier TalkTalk and has been working fine until At some point in the last week or two it’s disappeared from the app and now says I don’t have secure+ please help

@TalkTalk you are neglecting a frail, elderly and vulnerable customer who relies on a landline (including the use of an emergency link) by failing to repair her line in a timely fashion. You have been contacted at least three times but there is no resolution.

@TalkTalk Just signed up with talk talk. Had to speak to someone as my router wouldn’t connect. Yet another foreign voice that was hardly understandable. My friend was with me listening in. She couldn’t understand the woman on talktalk either. What a horrible stressful service. HATE IT.
