  In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

  @TalkTalk I reported the failure of our broadband on December 28th and at 10.30 am that day was told an engineer was on their way. Chased daily, no progress and still no internet. Customer service have stopped replying to me. What next?

  @TalkTalk What a shitshow. Through the majority of December and now the start of January I've been having Internet problems. It keeps cutting off every few seconds and it's been doing this for a while. What on earth is going on at the server side and why is there no announcement from you

  @TalkTalk y is it always after midnight when Ur network goes down or has any connection problems that there's no one who can help. I've had almost enough of unreliable connection,bits getting too much

  @TalkTalk Have odd problem with Broadband last 3 weeks or so. BB seems to be connected to Spain; spanish language Spotify ads, spanish search results, YouTube-[es] not [uk], spanish language options in Google, etc. Affects Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
