In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk No, will just wait til you either give up, contest me direct or try to get the money through legal means. I have all the calls etc from the amount of time I’ve tried to sort this out and all the messages. I’ve given up now as all you do is claim covid is the issue.

@virginmedia Please can you sort the absolutely awful internet and tv service out please, and I’m still waiting on a call back a week later to discuss the £30 credit we were promised for staying with you and not continuing our switch to @TalkTalk. Can’t get through on phone or chat!

@TalkTalk I need help please. My contract has ended and I am not being offered the new deals (for existing customers and new customers) that are advertised on their website and in the daily newspaper. I was told by chat they can't do it as its not their end!!!
