In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Your technical support is really not very good. Spent 2 hours last night chatting to 2 different agents. It didn't help that their English was stunted, broken and nonsensical, and I ended up no closer to finding out why my router had a blinking orange light...

@TalkTalk Been in further contact with this cowboy outfit. They won’t let you cancel if you move and go into rental where you get WiFi included without charging you extortionate ‘breakage’ figures. Outrageous and scandalous. @telegraphmoney

@TalkTalk you tried to take a direct debit on the bank holiday said you couldnt and couldnt try again so now we have to pay by card on our account. Every time i try no matter what card or payment i use it says cannot be done at this time. Is there a problem with online payments?
