    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @TalkTalk the upgrade to city fibre offered to get a improved & more reliable service installed on Wednesday 26th has caused my Wi-Fi to be hardly working in the back of my house - no help from calls or chat line - just told talk talk don’t guarantee a speed so can’t help me 😡😡

    @TalkTalk on live chat for an hour and a half trying to sort my problem of dropping internet when it rains. Your only solution is that I need to call back when it rains… how can I when I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone?!

    @prestwichpapers @TalkTalk Yes they did and asked if I was the bill payer and left saying they’d come back later. Never did though. Talk talk are pants anyway. They make BT look good.

    @TalkTalk speaking to your call centre is painful, how is it considered normal and acceptable customer service that there’s a 5-7 second delay when anyone speaks? No wonder it takes an hour to get through to anyone! #shambles
