In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalk you claim 24/7 365 customer service... really? I was abruptly disconnected today, and ALL my attempts to get a service were in vain. ALL my work is done on-line. Thank you for proving that renewal of my contract with Talk Talk was indeed a MISTAKE. #talktalk

@Talktalk any issues in YO30? Have had neither Internet nor DSL lights on my modem since 7:30pm yesterday. Reset hasn't done anything. All cables plugged in and nothing has been moved/altered. Faulty modem/problem at your end?

Haha. Just had a fantastic customer experience in online chat with @TalkTalk sorting a small problem with my internet connection. However it amused me greatly at the end that the agent (obviously from abroad) called me "dear" in the chat like a spammer!

@TalkTalk arranging and activating a TV package with yourselves is a very painful experience. 12 days, 5 phone calls, 2 complaints and no complaint follow up. Cancelled my personal package with NOW per TalkTalk request and still no TV package. Can someone sort it out?

ngl, she was shite, and a ******* liar who told me I'd be connected in 3 days just to get me off the phone, but also **** OFF trying to get me to rat on your cannon fodder, it's not the young kids on the phone I have a problem with, they probably hate TalkTalk even more than I do
