    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    @ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment? How can they take money if they are the one sending it to them? A lot of the story doesn't make sense. That company just like VM r know to b awful

    @Starlink star link is excellent -solved all of our issues. We live in a rural part of Britain with only option plusnet or talktalk using the same sluggish speed/lines. Starlink set arrived the next day, took 10 minutes to set up / much faster and no contract. For RURAL parts it’s best

    @TalkTalk you have the worse signal in all of the UK. Are you lot having a laugh, I’m sure they have better signal in the top of Mount Everest

    Spent 2 hrs 50 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company

    @Hayz35Hw @TalkTalk I'm on live chat with them now, apparently there's some fault between them and my house so I need to do some tests. Which probably doesn't help you but suggests it's a fault at my end, so yours may resolve itself on its own soon

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement. You still don’t believe me. Direct Debit cancelled. Congratulations on the customer-retention masterclass.@TalkTalk
