In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@talktalk Day 73. Still no router return label. Sent another written complaint to Salford office plus print out (7 pages!) of DMs dating back to Aug 7. Complete waste of time.

Disgusted by response from @TalkTalk - want digits from payment account to confirm my identity! I think not!! Now no landline as phone option closed until 9am Monday!!! Time to change provider methinks. Issue only arose AFTER they changed my internet to fibre without my consent

@talktalk After 4 hours talking via chat & through here, still not got my 83 year old mother connected reliably. Well aware intermittent problems are hard to solve - no broadband when support is shut, connection OK during the day. It's 2021, there should be 24hr support.
