In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Absolutely shocking customer service displayed from @TalkTalk for all 3 agents I spoke to. Wasted 3 hours going around in circles and not sending an engineer because we can't get into our account, despite it being made probably 10 years. Looking forward to switching providers.

@talktalk I’m resorting to Twitter in the hope of getting a reply. I have had a complaint logged with you since Aug which is still ongoing, I’ve had conversations with 7 of your agents who have all been useless ! I will take this issue to Ofcom in the next 2 days unless you reply

@TalkTalk worst customer service ever. My internet has now been down nearly 3 hours and my husband just spent 25 mins on the phone to the most useful person. We both work from home, this is not good enough.
