In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Dear @TalkTalk .. No internet for last 3 days at my place. Complete blackout even after expressing the urgency of official work for Saturday. Customer service is good for nothing and chat service is so frustrating. Could you please respond to your deteriorating customer service?
