So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Been chatting with advisors for hours - please do something to resolve this: terrible upload speeds even when plugged into router - can't properly use zoom etc without massive lag. Unacceptable performance but no one seems to want to deal with it.

@TalkTalk I have been having issues with my fibre connection now since I have had it installed, and every time I contact you customer service, I am brushed off with the same generic excuses and replies. Is there anyway i can escalate my problem higher than general customer supp?

Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression #wfhlife
