So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk We have cancelled our contract .. seems certain debts don't work on a Sunday. Your company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with some bad ones. You wouldn't even let me cancel our line today. Try Monday. Jeez. Got there in the end.

@invisiblymeblog @TalkTalk *sigh*! Customers are just the pain in the @₹s€ they have to put up with for profits! The only language these ppl understand is public shaming! They can't control it! Always quick to take things private! Wish i had answers! My issues w them were decades ago thankfully!

@talktalk I need a refund as a matter of urgency. I cancelled my service on day 4 of 14 day coolling off period and received email confirming there would be nothing to pay and a return envelope for equipment wld be sent. Instead 10 days later I received email & text welcome. n/

@TalkTalk I have just received a bill for this month & next month and see no evidence of the promise not to be charged from the handler on the day I originally cancelled, nor from the confirmatory email, nor from the agent on chat. This has been a woefully bad experience. Pls sort it out.
