    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @LiamM70 @TalkTalk Absolutely. I have taken a day off work to try and sort out my mum's finances and stuff. This was first on the long list and has left me absolutely scunnered and disillusioned. Thanks for your support - and to everyone else - though. It really helps.

    Tough times at No Wifi Cottage* in what’s now a two-week-long outage from @talktalk whose failure will daily assail ye and drive you to some OUTRAGED SHOUTAGE. *No of course I don’t live in a cottage, but it was the only rhyme.

    Avoid @TalkTalk !! Firstly gave an absolute terrible service to my mum, then tried to pin all blame on her when their kit wasn't working...follows on with early exit fees etc to then disconnect but to now not release a phone line to let new provider take over. #conmen #ofcom

    @drooperscot @TalkTalk Was with them for a while because they were the cheapest provider. Terrible service and had to back up my internet with a WiFi dongle. Buy cheap, buy twice as they say.
