In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Hi TalkTalk. Our UFO broadband is down. After calling you we've been told it can only be dealt with by the UFO team during their opening hours which is when we're at work and nowhere near the computer. How are we supposed to get it fixed?

4 months and still not transferred number from @TalkTalk to @bt_uk both as bad as each other. Daily phone calls. What do we have to do to make something so simple happen ?

@Twitter Twitter always says I'm logging in on a new device. I always log in on my chromebook from my home TalkTalk WiFi (I don't have a sim) & the time is 8 hours slow (but n time ago is always right). My Chromebook location (on Twitter) keeps changing & is up to 15 miles wrong

@TalkTalk Hi, we just had a call saying that someone is hacking our IP address. It was a lady with an Indian accent who was very rude and said she works for talk talk. Pls can you confirm whether this is a scam?
