    So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

    In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

    @HughSykes @smartin @TalkTalk Fair play to them. My mum had terrible trouble with them ... then it seemed to resolve itself.

    @TalkTalk yet another weekend s and the internet is not working restarted router four times what is going on ? This is not good enough

    @TalkTalk Your customer service is appalling. My elderly step mother has had no landline/broadband for several days now. You send texts and never call back. TALKING IS NOT WHAT YOU DO.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @TalkTalk my Wi-Fi is only blinking orange since 10 o’clock last night and it won’t change to white and I can’t access the account because it’s my mum’s name and she’s at work any help

    @TalkTalk In Nov 2024 we had a huge huge fibre installation problem with these. Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

    @TalkTalk Never known a company to do so much to make life impossible for the customer. chat service doesn’t work, phone service doesn’t work, X messages useless. they say DM us and make sure they switch off DM’s .

    @virginmedia I have had more outages with you on this supposedly "no outages" 1gb fibre than I have ever had with talktalk, and I am really pissed of! I am seriously considering leaving you early and making a complaint to offcom.

    @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
