In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

.@TalkTalk You’ve disconnected our connection a week early of house move despite you confirming original date was cancelled. You went ahead and did it anyway. No help from Call Centre. WFH as well so business disruption now. Can you get in touch urgently please 🤬

@TalkTalk I’ve logged in to my account and cancelled this. However I don’t want charge for this this month. I only use broadband and now have an extra £14 coming out my account on 12/2 for a service that is paid in advance until 3/3

11 years misery & suffering with 2 BTBusiness Lines +a 7 month delay when I switched to @TalkTalk +3 brand new routers + 3 different engineers These facts will never be publicised we are living at Employees Behest & #SecretSocieties Who see us like robots for their amusement

@TalkTalk I think I made the mistake of shifting to you after being with virgin media for 5 years. My service was supposed to go live on 22.01 & I have had to call almost every other day to see what’s going on. Really shambolic.Openreach engineer was supposed to come today, but no-one did
