In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk Have the worst customer experience after a death. Trying to pay a final bill but can't as system removes phone number immediately. Hours of hassle with the threat of a fine. Truly horrendous service.

Hey @TalkTalk is there any way of blocking fishing calls? Keep getting calls from 02085449152 purporting to be BT threatening to cancel our lines and internet due to suspicious activity!

@TalkTalk It’s still bad despite buying the extender and getting worse. Internet is rarely working at the moment, and when it is, if I have the audacity to connect two devices everything stops. Awful service how do I go about cancelling?
