In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk My bank said you are known for taking money out of accounts the way you have, all you do is steal from people it is why i cancel my Direct Debt you can not be trusted and then you say DM or waste my time on the phone you are scum low life

@TalkTalk No way. Been trying to cancel our account for months. No one picks up or wants to help! Couldn’t remember the telephone password so was told we couldn’t go any further when I did manage to speak to sormone.

@TalkTalk can i request a customer service exe to call and help sort my issue. It has been an hour, 3 calls going through all the security, explaining the problem, the line gets disconnected. May be talk talk needs to take another network provider.
