In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@NOW Yet more unnecessary faffing around. Never have these issues with iPlayer, ITV Hub or 4oD. Just with NOW TV. Seems incompatible with the rubbish YouView boxes that TalkTalk are giving to their customers.

My road has just got full fibre, I know this not because @bt_uk emailed me (I'd signed up), but because I got a @TalkTalk flyer. Their entire website is down for maintenance. So was @VodafoneUK this morning. I'm with them, but can't get pricing out of them. Ridiculous.

@TalkTalk another day gone by with no progress from talk talk. Said they were going to continue a conversation when I got home. Completely ignored. Terrible broadband. Have a month to honour their guaranteed broadband speed. It's not even 10% of it. Laughable.

@TalkTalk Also DISGUSTING you have no way to contact you. Go on "Help" and it's all community help. What about an email? I've called you twice and your reps cut me off when I explain the issue. I work full time 9-5:30 so don't have time for this so an email address would be more efficient
