In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@murrymutmint @TalkTalk Are you on full fibre? I've been trying online chat and calling for a couple of hours now and when I finally got to speak to someone on both they said they can't help as i'm on full fibre, so they will transfer me... then I just get nothing.

@Giggsclifton @TalkTalk I am in Wolverhampton and having same problem been trying to get in touch with someone for an hour and half was on hold for nearly and hours then got cut off disgusting customer service!!

@TalkTalk is there a problem with fibre broadband in the Wolverhampton area? I have 4 green lights on my wall box but my eero router has a red light and I've got no wifi. I've tried rebooting everything.
