In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk I've got 15 messages now from 10 different people and the OpenReach person fixed the cable and managed to get us a new TalkTalk router but 4 days later still no internet. We work from home and would like it to work tomorrow... How can you help us?

@TalkTalk I have moved house & awaiting my wifi to be updated however the bt box in my new property with the internet cable in does not fit my wifi box!! I need someone out to fix this asap!

Wish that when switching broadband companies they were mandated to overlap the service. BT switch the service off in the middle of the night, TalkTalk coming at some point between 8-1. So a morning with two of us working from home using a hot spot 🙄

Another 3 hours wasted thanks to @TalkTalk trying to sort out my lack of Internet connection doing the same tests with the same results. Quick to take my money with no interest in providing me a Internet service.
