In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

@TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Hi Mike, every big business are the same! Funny how back in the day you got an engaged tone, now they answer immediately on a circular hunt, sharing the call charges profit. Pure unadulterated GREED. No regard for the customer is now a de-facto business model🤮

I would seriously give @TalkTalk a big swerve because it shouldn’t take over an hour to close an account. They are trying everything they can to stop it happening or possibly hoping the customer loses the will to live and gives up. Shocked by how bad they are.

Dreadful customer service from @TalkTalk they messed up my bill and over charged me. Won't reissue bill told me I have to pay it and will get a refund next month!!! Disgraceful @MartinSLewis so cancelled direct debit until they can sort themselves out.

@TalkTalk After 48 hrs and more than 2 hours on chat, the issue cannot be resolved. For GBP 30 a month, I have other better options. if you can't fix this issue, then lets terminate the contract. This is getting ridiculous. Your Services are a JOKE

@AnnaJaneCasey @TalkTalk Talk Talk customer service is atrocious. They just have "spiel" and can't deviate from it. My mother was with them and too worried to change but now she is gone - so are they!

@TalkTalk made 3 separate calls to talk Talk this afternoon been on phone over 2 hours cut off each time, call me back ASAP. I don't want to involve the police but it is fraud for talktalk to renew my contract without my agreement, all I want is to cancel my contract no fees
