In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

So we have Utility Warehouse for my internet which seems to be supplied by @TalkTalk the last few days it's been having fits, slowing down during streaming and tonight my Amazon Fire Stick can't cope with the the issues and is a nightmare trying to watch anything!

@TalkTalkGroup I hope nobody has a technical problem with TalkTalk, their customer support and service is appalling. I was warned about this from a friend who had the same experience but chose to ignore it to my cost. I will not renew the contract with them.

@TalkTalk No one has been in touch, no reply to my DM nor my tweet. I cannot even login into my online account despite not changing my password. I understand things can go wrong but to be totally left in the dark with no communication is unacceptable. Now on day 4, still no phone lines.

@TalkTalk My internet is awful iv won 1 ombudsman case but it’s still bad. I also told you about the social tarrif and you Havnt applied it to my account still???
