In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Would just like to register my disgust at the complete lack of #WiFi in my home provided by @TalkTalk . It's bad enough that I pay £53 a month for my shocking WiFi service, but on top of the lack a landline that I have been paying for for 9 years, but....

Leaving @TalkTalk broadband to move to @Shell broadband was hands down the worst thing I did during lockdown!! How am I supposed to work from home without working internet oh and entertaining a 1 year old at the same time 🥺 the stress is real

@TalkTalk I don’t understand why it takes me to call you guys 3 times plus speaking to an online agent 2 times yet my service was still active! In fact you signed me up to a fibre package!! When I specifically said to cancel it! Was supposed to get confirmation email 3 yet nothing

@TalkTalk Tried to find out cost of cancelling my contract earlier, Got through to foreign call centre and after 45 minutes was left on hold for more than 10 minutes before I disconnected. Had no problem renewing last week though.
