In my wisdom changed my phone and internet supplier to @TalkTalk. Unfortunately I now have no internet and cannot receive incoming calls. Rubbish service. Thank goodness for free WiFi @marksandspencer

Been having internet slow speed issues with @TalkTalk for a while. Have a text chat with an operator, who does some checks. Doesn’t find any problem. Mysteriously, whilst he’s doing these checks, my speed goes from 15mps to 60mps (what it should be)

@TalkTalk you’ve got national broadband outages. You’ve not sent any form of correspondence apologising for the inconvenience with a timeframe on how long it’s going to take to fix. Shame on you! I’ve not had WiFi since 09:30 this morning. Sort it out!
