@tescomobile Sorry had no signal at all so didn’t get your message. Now I’m back in Bristol. But Vodafone worked all weekend, Tesco Mobile was hopeless.

@tescomobile So why does Calvin(Customer Concern Management Team) believe that's it is retrospective, so a Pay monthly bill raised in August is from July. That's the bill for contract airtime and device not any extra charges outside your allowance.

@zzpstagrt1197 @tescomobile Well it’s covering a fair area I get limited signal in my workplace my mothers house and my house all many miles apart. At work they call me “can you here me now” as soon as I started there the first thing they said was you’re not on o2 are you lol

@tescomobile Have just completed the 'coverage checkers & got this absolute lie - "Seamless connectivity and mobile internet. Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband"; how do you explain me having absolutely no service whatsoever then?? Pathetic!
