Paul Moore (@Paul_Reviews) reported from Burntwood, EnglandDuring a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.
-
The_beefy_one (@Thebeefyone2) reported from Woodside, England@tescomobile your data service the last few days in Stourbridge/brierley hill area has been abysmal. Seems there’s a few people around here saying the same thing. Ya might wanna look into that…
-
Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England@tescomobile are there any problems that we need to know about? My husbands phone is not accepting calls at all. We've restarted and done the update!

-
Natasha (@Natnotanumber) reported from Birmingham, England@tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻
-
Brian Moule (@Brian_Moule1) reported from Kidderminster, England@tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring
-

-
Ginny (@GinintheCity) reported@tescomobile your customer service chat on the app is the absolute worst I've ever used. And I've used a lot of really really bad chat services.
-
Shaun Reviewer (@ReviewShau42660) reported@tescomobile Thanks for getting back to me. BH4 8AY area still ZERO - 1 bar signal at best. Buying a tesco mobile for Bournemouth area? Think again.
-
James (@Wessiewhite) reported@tescomobile guys first time user of the network today, what can I expect? Hopefully it’s fine and I can get what I need out of my new iPhone 17 pro
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)
-
Shaun Reviewer (@ReviewShau42660) reported@tescomobile DO NOT get a tesco phone contract IF u live in Bournemouth BH4 area as signal non existent. Don't say it's good Tesco as it's NOT and never has been.
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests
-
TF. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@U235_Nuke) reported@tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯
-
yꙮ (@CompleteSham) reported@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Baffled - especially by their insistence you be especially polite to them. I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained
-
Ucheykingz (@Ucheykingz) reported@tescomobile can you explain what went wrong my with my order especially after approving the contract and sending a mail stating estimated date of delivery only to refund me. This is heart wrecking and I deserve an immediate explanation. #customerservice #customer

James Baker (@_JamesBaker92) reported@tescomobile How do you go about leaving for a different provider? I know it's not your fault personally (whoever responds to this) but the lack of signal and amount of times calls cut out is beyond a joke.
