  During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

  @tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯
