Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Ali. Me (@AlisonWagstaff3) reported@tescomobile on Wednesday I called your customer service as very rare for me, I had a message saying my data had almost gone. I had added, through your app, a £3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me £3 plus the £5 buffer back.
