How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.

Identify theft is a problem.
