How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Your CS didn't know why yet again, no advice given to me whatsoever from people who are supposed to be CS. I the googled why I had the message on apps 'background data' and there was the issue!
