Rude customer care advisors, 2 of which hung up on me mid way through our phonecall. And taking money form my account when I have cenelled auto top up! Hardly 5 star service

Jonathan Fell (@jonfell) reported@tescomobile I’m a bit frustrated. We have a business contract for 4 sims. I was looking to upgrade 2 of these to sim+iPhone 13 pro. I pre-registered for info and have tried for the last two days to order them. I’ve used the website, phoned and text chat with no success. Help!
