    @tescomobile Hello. Yes, it catches up after a few muinutes. @tescomobile knows this. It's left like this, when can be instant. It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the £10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

    @tescomobile I understand that the old account needs to close, where I struggle is around why it can't flip to a new account in my name rather than go through PAYG step before a new contract can start. It's distressing enough without worrying about losing service.

    @tescomobile As I’ve explained the past six times, I cannot do this as I get paid four weekly. I do have a payment method, I pay whenever I have the funds in my bank account with my card. It’s not for you to help yourself to whenever you feel like it.

    @tescomobile Every time I contacted your "helpline" they gave my a new sim card. I have had 4 now and a replacement phone. Still my signal is poor but the last 2 days I have no signal. I have missed the 14days. Because you insisted on replacing the sim card. I feel I have been missold and ...

    @tescomobile Read the chat that I have been involved with for last few days then perhaps you will understand until this is sorted I will continue publicly there are a number of issues but no one seems to answer all of my questions and keep fobbing me off

    @tescomobile I get VERY patchy mobile data that lasts a minute or two at best it seems. I dont have landline. If the network is at capacity but folk are not getting decent data then maybe you need more capacity? Or fewer customers?

    @tescomobile our 3 phones are on a contract in the wifes name. Sadly she recently passed away. Think it would be easy to move payment details to my name? Nope! Apparently all 3 need to move to PAYG for 24 hours and then a new contract can be issued in my name! Call this service?
