@tescomobile Hello. Yes, it catches up after a few muinutes. @tescomobile knows this. It's left like this, when can be instant. It has 'gain' for them left like this. I don't want the £10, I'd rather not of been charged twice. When will this be changed (not a fix), but changed please?

So in my recent email complaint I mentioned that I've been able to get a new passport using the deedpoll @tescomobile rejected, but they totally ignored that, so I've repeated my question. I'm interested to see if they give an actual answer or continue to dance around it.

@tescomobile Have done all this before I tweeted, I went about 8 miles, was working when I left home, did not work in Dorchester as tried to use parking app and still not working at home. Still not working but have it here on a regular basis sadly when the weather isn't good.

@tescomobile Have put in postcode and says working fine, had no signal in Dorchester or here at home. Have turned phone on and off twice and still not signal for calls/texts or Internet, was working fine first thing this morning. Will see what happens as day goes on.

@tescomobile I sent a letter of complaint a week ago, no response yet, just reminders telling me I need to top up. I have given up and bought another phone. This has gone on for nearly five months! Everyone I have spoken to online or on the phone has been lovely but I'm livid with the company
