Tesco Mobile Issues Reports Near Swanmore, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Swanmore and nearby locations:

  • DaveSwateridge Dave Swateridge (@DaveSwateridge) reported from Gosport, England

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

  • IanPaulFletcher Ian Paul Fletcher (@IanPaulFletcher) reported from Chandler's Ford, England

@UKgovcomms are spending £22m to ‘test’ their emergency message system this weekend. 1) No need to test it. I can assure you that all our mobile phones are working perfectly well this week. 2) @tescomobile now do an unlimited data sim for £25pm (much cheaper than £22m).

  • charlottpeirce_ Charlotte Peirce (@charlottpeirce_) reported from Portsmouth, England

@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

  • John_Rowland_PM John Rowland (@John_Rowland_PM) reported from Havant, England

@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

  • mumsy_mary Mary Rees (@mumsy_mary) reported

@tescomobile I have been told to go back to store to do that. Often there are no staff there on the phone stand and to take out the phones, due to WiFi and connection issues at the store, it took hours. Why can’t I just cancel now?!? I feel conned.

  • Irridium15 Irridium (@Irridium15) reported

@tescomobile Ill point out im SIA trained and im thinking your "NEW" security is not registered or has a licence to operate as security. Might be security on the cheap but ILLEGAL. Id not shopped at Tesco for three months over my complaint.

  • Nancyro71077485 Nancy🌸 (@Nancyro71077485) reported

@tescomobile can you please sort out my problem, no service for 2 days then little service!

  • RichardHofman33 Richard Hofman (@RichardHofman33) reported

@tescomobile It's a big misunderstanding of this matter. I had done chat conversations via the Tesco Mobile website with your staff this summer 3 times. They seemed to be very professional so I hoped all problems will be solved up. You can check the chat records and you can make a decision.

  • mumsy_mary Mary Rees (@mumsy_mary) reported

@tescomobile I have not been able to set my accounts up. I cannot link them either apparently to get family perks. Even though the store said I could. So I’ve been told on chat to cancel 1 and reorder. No thank you. Just want to cancel both. Could they do that? No.

  • Nightbreed123 David Latham (@Nightbreed123) reported

@tescomobile There was never a contract, you cancelled it, you took the 1st month's payment, you never sent the device, now you are holding my money under false pretenses, how can you produce a final bill when there is nothing to bill for?

  • TIMO317 TIMO-3 (@TIMO317) reported

@tescomobile i got the best service ever for a mobile. i was told what the problem was and *** was resolved. thanks

  • drinkicecofee stepho (@drinkicecofee) reported

@tescomobile its actually shocking how terrible your service is, being charged for 25GB getting 18GB, never have service even though i live in the city and im getting random messages for some random phone bill as well as mine. save ur money n switch to EE or something xx

  • CazReadingRm Caz's Reading Room (@CazReadingRm) reported

@tescomobile Trying to message via app - there's a glitch. Can't connect to online chat. Can't do what I want on the website becuase of another "glitch". Yr customer service used to be good. I need a PAC code for one of the phones on my account.

  • Laineymac5 Laineymac (@Laineymac5) reported
