    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

    @tescomobile I’ve looked on Ofcom’s site and done a search on coverage in the area - it says the O2 network has problems in our area but EE don’t. I’ve been in to the phone shop in store and they say there’s no problem…..

    @tescomobile 2/2 due to your delays. I see now that I have been charged for that extra data, there's no need for it now. I need to be put in touch with someone who can remove it because I'm not paying extra for shoddy service. When her contract ends she will be moving to a different provider.

    @tescomobile Your link says there’s no problem - who is right, you or Ofcom? Also, why can we get coverage upstairs and in our downstairs utility room, but no service in our dining or living rooms? It’s ridiculous! Nothing in the house has changed

    @tescomobile I used the PAC to move the number from Tesco to O2 and payments up to date but you've emailed to say I have a bill which needs paying but I don't think I do. Given nolonger with Tesco unable to log in to check and don't have a Tesco number to call from. Call centre service poor.

    @tescomobile My dream phone would be one that actually received a signal from Tesco Mobile. We used to get a signal everywhere in the house, now only in 2 rooms. We’re changing provider when our contract ends in March

    @tescomobile It's was a cropped photo grab so my number was not shown. There is no issue with my text or font size. It was all ok the other day.
