sheana shedden (@SheanaShedden) reported@tescomobile 1 year on from complaining and still unresolved! Spent day on phone, waited over 40 mins to get call answered then spoke to advisor for 5/10 minutes then put on hold but each time was then cut off! No service in area therefore phone doesn’t work.
