@tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my £25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasng activated, I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam them @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

@Tesco It was a voucher that should have been sorted in February. What annoys me is I never even wanted it, I was all for the Huwaei smart watch that was on offer online but couldn't get because I signed up in store @tescomobile 😪

@tescomobile Yes. The Fos said that Tesco have not been given 8 weeks to respond. This is a lie. This has been an ongoing issue now from my first bill when a third number was added to my account. Pretty sure #fraud or #identitytheft. Now Tesco is sending me defaults, final bills etc

@tescomobile My dad called me and it seems to be working. Also, another problem, My dad changed from Tesco Pay As You Go sim to a Tesco Contract Sim. He also did SWAP but when he calls me &others it's the new number. I also try to call him and it's Voicemail even though he did SWAP before me

@tescomobile My dad switched from a TESCO Pay As You Go to a TESCO Contract Sim. He did SWAP to keep his Old number but didn't wait until the SIM lost signal to swap to new sim. The Old SIM is still working we've just put it back in and texts are coming. Should we try SWAP again?

Mistake of the year is changing from @EE to @tescomobile. EE: signal everywhere bar one spot in my flat, even at work in a warehouse it was impeccable. Quick, always 4g. Only problem was its a little pricey. But Tesco: even on 4g, slow as fu--, texts take AGES to send... (Cont.)
