I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam 😩 @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯
