    How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasng activated, I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam them @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

    @hypnotistchris @tescomobile @DailyMailUK @GMB @Daily_Express @Telegraph @piersmorgan I've had the same with EE. I was assured we could cancel anytime with similar only. Didn't few years ago and was ok. Now they want 12 months paying. It's all a con... 😑

    @tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

    Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my Β£25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

    @Tesco It was a voucher that should have been sorted in February. What annoys me is I never even wanted it, I was all for the Huwaei smart watch that was on offer online but couldn't get because I signed up in store @tescomobile πŸ˜ͺ

    @tescomobile Are you kidding, I’m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. I’ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

    @tescomobile why do you use DPD paid for VIP service to be delivered today and tney have sent it back to you ! They are awful. Every time we had a delivery it goes wrong

    @cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?
