Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Just odd my friends on giffgaff and o2 never have issues and tesco uses the o2 network and I have to use their phone or switch an a pay as you go sim on different network for data

Julie Martin (@julesvb82) reported@tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.
