@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

@tescomobile HELP. I have followed yr instructions online to create my own voicemail answering message. I have also tried Samsung Galaxy J6+ instructions, but it STILL does not work. I am hard of hearing and people need to know that, its not that I am NOT answering my phone! HELP

@tescomobile this is not my fault. How can you justify taking that kind of money £441 now causing me to be minus in my bank account! I have called your customer service and they said I had to email you because there was nothing the manager could do!! This is shocking!!

@tescomobile Unbelievably dreadful service. Wish I never changed to Tesco. My sons and now my wife's mobiles are with you. Just recently changed my wife's sim from ee to tesco. Wish I hadn't. If there was a negative star rating I would give it. My wife's new sim doesn't work!!!

@tescomobile changed my number with you already due to receiving a number of scam calls, and it’s starting again. It’s clearly a Tesco mobile issue as other Tesco mobile users are reporting the same problems.
