Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Also when/if I do I will get a upgraded model and it will contain a new battery. Good luck with your complaint.

Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Nearly £700+ down the drain for a service he weren’t using or aware of.
