You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.

Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.
