    @tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

    @tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

    @tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

    @tescomobile your data service the last few days in Stourbridge/brierley hill area has been abysmal. Seems there’s a few people around here saying the same thing. Ya might wanna look into that…

    1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile

    Day 8 of switching phone contract to @tescomobile - still not working properly despite daily calls to report the issues. Twice promised the problem was escalated and be fixed in 24 hours plus I would be phoned with an update - 96 hours ago now - nothing! #fedup

    @tescomobile Very disappointed that due to me changing address I can't get the deal I want before it expires! No warning of this when changing details. Should be warning it takes 72hrs! Customer service no help! Would have been renewing 3 contracts! Beware!

    @tescomobile £22.79 is astronomical! You can see it’s been accidental use due to data being switched on her new phone. I will be looking at changing her over to a different network. #Daylightrobbery #poorservice
