How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!
