@suzanne2608 @ThreeUK @tescomobile I ran a poll on Facebook and although none of my friends on Three received the alert, I have friends on other networks who also didn't receive it, even if people on the same network in the same area did. Theres no obvious pattern as to who did and didn't get it.

@tescomobile Three Tesco Mobile users in this household. Two of us got the alert, one didn't. The one that didn't get it is a nearly new Samsung 5g phone running Android 13. Alerts on the phone are all switched on, and the phone was in a good signal area.

@tescomobile I thought this had been sorted but how sad am I. We were sent a replacement sim for a phone number that didn't have a problem with.
