  @Crypto_Duff @tescomobile Absolutely right! I’m that colleague and it’s horrendous! To top it off they have the audacity to ask if I want an extra 500MB of data for £2.50! @tescomobile are a rip off and terrible network. The worst of them all.

  On hold with @tescomobile apparently there are so many departments within @tescomobile they can't see my order just been dropped back to the ridiculous automated line by your CS operator & my calls been dropped - cancelling my order for a new phone-you've lost a loyal customer

  @tescomobile Simply stopped replying now after being told "the system blah blah". Nobody @tescomobile wants to take repsonsibility or even help. Useless.

  @tescomobile I work for a charity that supports vulnerable and homeless people. We are trying to purchase a large quantity of PAYG mobiles. We are struggling to get more than two in any transaction. Is this something you could help with
