    Consistent, knowledgeable and patient help over the years from James in the park road tesco phone shop. Nothing he can’t fix! I’d highly recommend and would only buy a phone or contract here #thebest @Tesco @tescomobile

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile They couldn’t fix a mast where we live , took 3 months before we could make a call longer than 3 minutes.or not get cut off . When we phoned Tesco O2 , the woman said try another company 🥴
