@tescomobile worst customer service I have ever experienced! Faulty phone only replaced with a grade A replacement after being sent for repair 3 times (not a new phone, yet still under warranty) the replacement we received doesn't work neither 😡 shocking experience

@tescomobile @EE Hi Maria, I am afraid we still have problems. The new phone has the old telephone number on it now, which is great. Unfortunately when my father is texting the phone is sending it from the new number it came with which is a bit weird. The old phone is turned off completely.

@tescomobile I've just arrived in Canada and my phone won't work because I've exceeded my cap set at £40 but I only made one call of a minute's duration when I arrived. I can't login to my account either to see what's happened. I need to be able to use my phone. Please help.
