    Having issues with trying to alter Parental restrictions on @tescomobile. Website has just said the same "cannot update subscription due to an error" now for nearly three weeks. Is there going to be a fix please?

    Well @tescomobile after all the phone calls I pulled the plug on a deal for the wife. Customer Service was absolutely poor and didn’t understand the issue at hand so being unable to confirm the order went back to @EE and got a decent deal. Thank you and goodbye

    @tescomobile Don't bother they quick enough to take money off you but when they owe you money they fob you off or put the phone down on you

    @tescomobile @CESheehy_author It's poor that it does not have the feature. We are switching three contracts out of tesco as soon as contract allows as signal is poor, no wifi calling and have to restart phones. Not handsets that has issues, but the network. Worth spending a little more if you can for better.

    @clairefweir have you got any real life managers @tescomobile? getting no where with customer services, been in a dispute for 7 weeks, still no further forward, do I need to go to the ombudsman? its a disgusting service!

    @tescomobile my phone won’t connect to the Tesco network. Tried the sim in the wife’s phone and it still won’t connect her sim works in my phone. How do I get a new SIM card?

    @tescomobile notice over last year Glasgow City signal is getting worse and now its so bad I can't get online at all. If this isn't better soon I'll need to leave.
