    @averagejo10 @tescomobile Yes thanks. Sadly no help and long queue times. Distressed elderley parents who don’t understand it’s an auto dialer. 60 calls, last three digits always changing grrrr

    @APhillips1962 @tescomobile The service shouldn't be allowed to run! I've had similar issues and spent over 4 hours in one week on phone each advisor telling or doing something differently. And us the customers have to sit and wait for their errors to be rectified! Worst network company!

    @tescomobile Yes! Tesco advised me they booked it for today on 20th December.... but no collection today as promised as tesco only booked it yesterday (10days later) very poor service, no explanation or anything. And still no DM reply

    for god's sake don't sign up with @tescomobile If the signal map tells you it's fine in your area DON'T TRUST IT, get someone that already has tesco mobile to try their phone at your home; you might be surprised! After I signed up I've barely been able to call anyone from home.

    @tescomobile Fantastic customer service so all the other reps I have spoken to have basically been lying saying it would be resolved within 24 hrs.thanks for response but I would like an email address to sent a complaint to not the web chat version as have had zero response from that so far

    @tescomobile in November ordered a pay monthly contract for my daughters Christmas present paid £180.00 up front for the device and the first monthly payment. Direct debit setup. Christmas Day can’t get anywhere with the sim contact customer services contracts cancelled??!!

    @tescomobile I don't honestly think it is... I think you have a problem with your own phones and staff training. Many times, they have had the phone on mute, and then found how to come back, and unmute the phone. I could be wrong... but it has mostly seem a fault on your own end!?
