Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

After a few days she returned the phone and told the shop she wanted to cancel the phone & insurance. She’s still being charged now and can’t use her old sim as the number must be with you still

andy carmichael (@andycarmo1975) reported@tescomobile @PaulLam23454655 Do you still piggyback on 02's masts, that might explain the crappy signal, their coverage is awful and it's never their fault either, it's usually that your walls are too thick or something lame like that, not that the masts are outdated and the signal weak.
