@SwansOfficial This is not sour grapes...would have tweeted this if we’d won and during the game but yet again no @tescomobile signal that would work in or around the stadium. But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! 😬

@tescomobile I have tried to make a complaint regarding Tesco mobile for 3 months and still no one has called me back. Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

@tescomobile absolutely unacceptable service. After 3 weeks, 8 calls, 2 emails and 4 failed promises of a call back, you still have £200 of my money and I still have no phone. Why not look after your customers rather than hide behind DPD?

@tescomobile It wouldn’t let me top up online either, as stated in my initial tweet. And I know the card itself is fine, as I used it at the store to buy the voucher. I also never received the email telling me what to do next (and nothing was in my junk folder).

@tescomobile It feels like I like to tell Tesco's where to shove it because they're not listen to me at all and then not doing their job properly like to sit me on the phone and talk talk talk I can't get the words in edgeways and I'm fed up with your customer services
