Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

@tescomobile do you actually have staff working for you? I've now been on hold for 30 minutes due to you "experiencing higher wait times" what ever that means. If you can't answer a call in 30 minutes you shouldn't be offering a service in the first place. Below poor.

Have just completed the @tescomobile 'coverage checker' & got this absolute lie - "Seamless connectivity and mobile internet. Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband"; I've had absolutely no service whatsoever for months!! ******* pathetic!

@tescomobile I’m trying to upgrade my phone and it’s saying the phone I want is out of stock, so I click the thing to get notified when it’s back in. Then it emails me at midnight saying it’s in stock, so I go on the website to order it and it’s saying out of stock?? Help pls
