@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile Terrible service from you - daughter transferred over to your service recently- now cannot get any 4g - she is currently travelling through Europe and can’t access her mobile data - pretty useless service from Tesco mobile - avoid them if you can

@tescomobile @edwinhayward I think this is a big mistake! You don’t offer customers bundles as it is, so you remove free roaming but have nothing to replace it with… I’ve been a customer for years, but this is making me reconsider that

@tescomobile To contact anyone. The person on your live chat is full of crap as well. Check my account and see how many times me and my partner had to call each other within an hour because you can’t provide services I pay for. I cannot sustain a phone call EVER.

@tescomobile manager was supposed to call me back at 630 after her 2 hour lunch to discuss a member of staff mimicking me while she thought I was on hold … still not been called what shocking customer service
