    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasnโ€™t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

    @tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dadโ€™s phone to pay as you go and itโ€™s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

    @tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay ยฃ40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, itโ€™s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, thereโ€™s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!

    @tescomobile Thursday another message saying data low. This is extremely rare for me!! Your CS didn't know why yet again, no advice given to me whatsoever from people who are supposed to be CS. I the googled why I had the message on apps 'background data' and there was the issue!

    @tescomobile Had shocking service in Folkestone store from Humza whilst attempting to upgrade my phone contract after being a loyal Tesco mobile customer for over 5 years. He did not care about my problems and simply wanted to push responsibility to the online team
