There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

Dave (@DjPre) reported@tescomobile is your web system and uncaring customer care line really set up to prevent formal complaints from being raised. Concerns regarding fraud, GDPR and account security being fobbed off with 'fill in an online form', isn't acceptable
