Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??
