Sam Moore (@mooreslaw83) reported from Lochwinnoch, Scotland@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

Mary F. 🇬🇧🏴🏴🇨🇮 🏴✝️⚖ (@sustainablist1) reportedSorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.
-
Carlo Gibbs (@carlogibbs) reportedAbsolutely staggering from @vodafone I explained I’m a 20+ year customer and highlighted both @tescomobile and @EE mobile are £7-10 a month cheaper, same phone, same plan etc. The response was to say sorry, that’s the price, no deal, you can leave. So now I’m leaving.

Rob McPhee (@Rob_McPhee_UK) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.
-
yꙮ (@CompleteSham) reported@legalstyleblog @tescomobile Baffled - especially by their insistence you be especially polite to them. I get the impression from the excerpt elsewhere that they withhold good faith service from those who openly complain, but I also would assume that you'd have been stuck in AI hell if you hadn't complained

Emma Shepherd (@emmzsheps91) reported@tescomobile why can I not get signal anywhere now with my phone? My partner and parents are also experiencing the same with you. Literally SOS or one bar that then makes you sound like a robot no matter who you ring! What’s the point in paying for a contract when I can’t use it
-
Steven Leek (@_StevenLeek) reported@tescomobile Hello, I’m in Canada, Connected to Rogers Network on my phone, hopefully getting data for 1p per MB. My Question is, does it have to be Rogers? Can i connect to other Networks and get the same rate?? Thanks

If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!
