Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

Your CS didn't know why yet again, no advice given to me whatsoever from people who are supposed to be CS. I the googled why I had the message on apps 'background data' and there was the issue!

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile I've recently signed up as a business customer. Got phone and service started, only to find out now call forwarding isn't supported... This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.
