@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile I asked for the pay as you go number to transfer to the contract one I brought him a Xmas, text service said it was done, but couldn’t make calls, the operator said it had been done so would do it now and still can’t make calls, now passed it on to another department who said

@tescomobile Spoke to customer service about returning faulty device and must have said to call handler over ten times 'but before you do this can you guarantee we'll be able to put sim with old no in another device. Answered yes on every occasion. Now business number inaccessible.

@tescomobile @juliagoolia1982 If this can’t be fixed then I’ll be setting up this new contract elsewhere and taking my 3 existing contracts with me. The most concerning thing is that no one who works for you has a clue what the issue is. I’ve even offered to share my equifax report to prove it all matches!
