    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasnโ€™t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this

    @tescomobile disgusted with your costumer service this week after my mum reported my nephew being groomed online on a phone number she pays for 3 days later it is still active and you canโ€™t tell us when it will be disconnected. Keep your kids and grandkids away from @tescomobile

    @DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly ยฃ25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    @tescomobile can you explain what went wrong my with my order especially after approving the contract and sending a mail stating estimated date of delivery only to refund me. This is heart wrecking and I deserve an immediate explanation. #customerservice #customer
