    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @retroloft75 @tescomobile Its not their fault. Yeah it sucks but its every filling station so u don't have a choice....

    @tescomobile Hey, loving this new 'guess when you'll have network' game. Been going on since 28th Feb...getting told it's 5 working days then another 5 days. No one ever updates me. Is there a leader board or prizes?

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @cyclist13 @tescomobile Sounds like really poor service. My provider stopped doing top up support via phone so it is only via app/website. I wonder if the regulator are aware, the app issue and topping up issue seem like would be widespread problems?

    @tescomobile what is happening with your network? Awful coverage, poor signal, cannot have a conversation with anyone or get online. It’s like trying to use dial up on an iPhone. 💩

    @tescomobile But not a problem, i just transfered my number to Smarty and will be requesting a refund of my balance. You lost the balance and the costumer for being greedy :-)

    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one
