@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile are all your staff rude to new customers why have you rolled over data and minutes on my wife’s account for the 1st month and now taken it away. Also the data seems to be tuning out faster then normal usage.

  • anzbmw isv (@anzbmw) reported

@tescomobile My wife has used the data the same since so signed up to Tesco Mobile and before she was with lyca mobile and no problems. We noticed this happened with ee she has been with them for years no problems and the data started to run out quickly and she used the phone the same.

  • anzbmw isv (@anzbmw) reported

@tescomobile I’m not a customer thank god and due to my wife signing up to Tesco Mobile I stoped using Tesco.

  • grandmar11143 KayRowe (@grandmar11143) reported

@tescomobile I no longer have a login for web chat and my bank take longer than you to answer! This is ridiculous to be honest. You have my bank details and address what is wrong with a simple credit or cheque!? Are there no humans left in your systems?

  • ColinHFJames Colin James (@ColinHFJames) reported

@tescomobile We'll ring back Monday morning regarding your upgrade and new contract. Didn't ring off to EE. Never trust a company that fails to do what they said they would.

@tescomobile A saga of trying to cancel an upgrade placed 28/7. 29/7 Live chat - “it’s shown as pending. You’ll have to call the customer team” 29/7 Customer team call #1 “Can’t cancel till the handset is on its way. Call us when we tell you this”

  • berta_pxx roberta paterson (@berta_pxx) reported

@tescomobile I would understand this if I was on a much more reduced plan then it would be more of use to us but we get enough mins and texts and Unlimited Data!! therefore it is absolutely useless to us we don't gain anything at all. Other networks can easily fix this why can't tesco??
