@tescomobile trying to cancel a dormant phone contract is like pulling hens teeth how many times do you need to transfer then sit in queue I’m too busy to wait now 😡😡

hi @tescomobile my mum has switched service provider with a new phone too, even though her number has been ported & works on new phone, her old one also rings and receives texts on her number. What does she need to do to cease the old sim/contract please? Thanks.

@tescomobile Unbelievably dreadful service. Wish I never changed to Tesco. My sons and now my wife's mobiles are with you. Just recently changed my wife's sim from ee to tesco. Wish I hadn't. If there was a negative star rating I would give it. My wife's new sim doesn't work!!!
