Customer for 14 years, renew contract 14th August, handset does not allow roaming data, so gave to use wifi to access Internet. Went in to query and to get phone looked after, told to ring call centre. Did this, wen back into store.

Catherine Hughes (@sallygrundy11) reported@tescomobile No I didn’t get any names but I spoke to 3 different people, 1 was polite and helpful but unfortunately the other 2 were so rude. Decided to go in store and purchase new phone and the young man there made up for their lack of customer service.

Nicola Bradford (@nicolabradford4) reported@tescomobile /2 Rang call centre 5 times, on line 30 minutes a time, new sim sent, phone still does not work. Just told to wipe all data and send for repair, 2 weeks without phone! Incompetent service, wish I'd gone to another phone provider.
