Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

Graham Stout (@GrahamStout4) reported@tescomobile I haveSamsungA14 contract until Dec.. 2026. It is not an A14 4 or 5G. My no. finishes 701 & doesnt allow me 2 access external 4G. I got new Sim which I was told would fix issue. It didn't. I will not have Internet access 4over a year when I can eventually replace
