@tescomobile Firstly copying and pasting what is already biased website content isn’t going to work. Why has this been installed on our phones with absolutely no prior warning. Might I add the National Health Service is governmental too. Tell the truth.

@tescomobile absolutely appalling service for my mum who just wanted some help to get a new phone! She’s almost 80, not good with tech, and your complete lack of service has left her with old & new phone, neither of which now work! 🤬
