    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😑

    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🀨

    @tescomobile Just wanted to say thank you and let you know that this makes real difference to peoples' lives. Today my famly in the south of Ukraine lost internet due to a damage to fibre. I wouldn't have been able to talk to them as long as I did if I had to pay international charges.

    Currently on 3 trying to get new phone with tesco mobile but keep getting hit with message saying they are having technical issues and to start from beginning tried multiple times does not give you much faith if cant even get a phone to start with. @tescomobile
