@tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

@tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

@tescomobile I would have only the website kept telling me problems and 4455 kept hanging up on me telling me to call 4455. I got through to a very nice lady having gone down the menu option “thinking of leaving?” Who transferred me to Lewis who was awesome.
