@tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

@tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... 😤

@tescomobile so disappointed with my @SamsungMobile flip 3, had screen issues,was sent away,had an email stating user error and it would cost me £299, not even a year old! Screen protector is all cracked so the shop said just take it off, now the screen is nearly all black>

@tescomobile hi, one of the members of staff in your Sunderland Extra store seemed quite condescending to my Mam earlier this evening. Kept calling her sweetheart and only seemed interested in selling IPhones and said there were no smaller phones. Not fab customer srvce! 😟

@tescomobile can you tell me when the problem will be fixed in the RG12 Berkshire area. I cannot make or receive phone calls at all which is not ideal with children who might need to contact me urgently and their schools etc.

Terrible customer service from @tescomobile. I lost my phone and sim card on 17th of November and asked for proof of barring and sim replacement which was supposed to arrive with in 3-5 working days. It is now 8th of December I still haven’t got my sim replacement.
