    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @talkSPORT @tescomobile Come on Simon, surely you know it was never about his games on the pitch. It was a signing made at a low point for Utd. They needed more sponsors & pogba is social media dynamite. That’s why there’s never been an issue with his poor performances

    @swpolice Have found a Samsung mobile phone in our street. It's on but locked (network is @tescomobile). Any idea how this can be re-united with its owner ? I've put a message on our local community Facebook page, but it that doesn't work, can I take it somewhere ?

    Got a call from someone claiming to be from @tescomobile asking me if I wanted to upgrade. They offered me an iPhone 13 Pro Max at a very reasonable price but because it was a cold call from a call centre abroad, I didn’t believe it. @bbcburnsy is this an industry problem now?

    @tescomobile So after receiving a message from someone to DM at @tescomobile I responded. Guess what? They want me to go through the same process as no one can or is willing to resolve the problem on the phone. Too much computer, not enough human. #Shame understanding.#crapcustomerservice

    @tescomobile Tried to check if my PAYG top up went through on app. In store receipt says it has, app said my number was wrong (always used the same number). I signed out of the app and tried to access it again and now it says "Sorry, we couldn't connect you to our servers". HELP!

    @tescomobile Is the service down as my dad is having problems with a top up it's saying the network is down but other reports say it's not
