    @tescomobile How long does a new SIM take to arrive via post for an existing customer please? Because I've ordered a new one for my 86 year old Mother. It hasn't arrived yet but you have already turned off her current one so now she is without her phone!! 🤨

    @tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

    @tescomobile Awful start to joining.Asked my number to be transferred from old network to new Tesco pay monthly phone.Old phone has lost signal but I can’t call out as my new phone has not updated and says I need to top up!!!Agents won’t help until after 6pm.Without a phone now😢

    @tescomobile Double the data 'minimum' and knock a year off. They will slow that phone down to a crawl way before the three years is up

    been with @tescomobile ever since I got a phone. Decided to try Voxi (@VodafoneUK) and been with them a week and they’re ‘having issues’ and I have no signal 🙃

    Lemme light up my phone provider too whilst I’m at it sksksk @tescomobile why do I never have signal?? I pay for 4G yet my phone always has one bar or less? What is the meaning of this

    @tescomobile What isn’t with tesco mobile they give out worst data per month of any network and now expect people to take three year deals. 500 min really I could blow that in a hour.

    @tescomobile Interesting. When they answered you were they any help? When I ring I get a call centre off option 4 and they say they cannot help cannot put us through to anyone in complaints who can help but will put a note on the system. This is getting a little Kafkaesque.

    @tescomobile I ordered a phone last week, I ordered the wrong one so returned the phone and sim as instructed, cust svs assured me everything was cancelled yet today my service has been taken over by tesco so I can’t make or receive calls. So NOT cancelled, this needs sorting now
