    @tescomobile The fact is her SIM was switched off yesterday so she's had no mobile signal since Tuesday morning 22nd, no new SIM arrived then and still not arrived today! She's 86 and vulnerable.... ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @tescomobile I have paid for two Sim cards which were sent to the wrong address. The third one also has not turned up either. I hope you can help this time. Also I have paid you 20 pounds for the first 2 Sim cards.

    @tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

Iโ€™m currently in Nigeria and I no longer have a Tesco SIM or UK phone number.I tried using the unlock form but it requires a UK number and recent call, which I canโ€™t provide.Pls can you help me unlock my phone manually?

    @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.
