@tescomobile don’t deal with CHRIS,only rang up to add my husband onto my package,totally mucked my phone up have not been able to use my phone for 3 days,got a SIM card I never asked for,do your job properly idiot,thanks for the stress😡

@tescomobile I did not speak to a manager. The agent I spoke to put me on hold while she spoke to a manager. She then told me that her manager had told her that there would be no investigation as my complaint (mis-selling) related to an incident that happened in a Tesco phone shop

@tescomobile A scammer has bought a Tesco Mobile phone using my details. I called the helpline and was told they can't do anything about it & I should contact Action Fraud instead! Shoddy behaviour. I'm supposed to run around and resolve a problem your lax security has created!!

@tescomobile Shows no problem s yet my phone on 1 bar for signal as has been for last 4 months. That is with a new sim and going al the troubleshooting possible.
