@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile I’ve done that Jade, still the same. Gone into town when there’s a working mast and got 4g and 5g with signal bars, so it’s not the sim or the phone. This mast has been causing trouble for over a year now, many in the area are affected. 1/2

@tescomobile Done. If you consider how long I’ve been with Tesco Mobile, starting with a monthly rolling payment then moving to a 12month contract, do you honestly think I would have taken on the 12month one if I just had E or no signal? Please report it.

@_Im_Called_Ste_ @tescomobile I've already switched network, we'll have to see how it goes when I move my number over 🤞 To be fair to the second lady she did seem genuinely apologetic but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. An official complaint is in though so we'll see what they say 😕

@tescomobile 2/ A local was chatting to the workers working in the mast, said its about time you fixed it. They told him it would never work properly, and they could only patch it up, it needs a new one. The mast has definitely changed a year ago.

@tescomobile I keep getting: The error detail is product no/Manufacturer no/mismatched value 9,2088. Example suffix for returned Anovo errors. Please raise with appropriate team submission not successful.

@RobynEllice @tescomobile Very poor from TM, if it was me I’d leave, their apology was to late and more than likely is a false one at that, surely there are other options you can can follow.
