  • Luca4 Richard Merry (@Luca4) reported from East Grinstead, England

@tescomobile Hi I have an 86 year old who is currently shielding, has been waiting 14 days for a working code to unlock his phone, no one in your "customer service" dpmt can help, he is without communication with hospital/doctor. This is absolutely shameful "service"

Moved from the absolute garbage mobile provider that is @virginmobile to @tescomobile recently; @ 1st the signal was much better, but lately it's been pathetic! Can't any1 provide a decent service these days? They're all happy to take their monthly fee though!

  • ReasonableOpin1 Owen KL (@ReasonableOpin1) reported

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile To be fair, it’s quite a bit easier/cheaper for 3 as the owner of the network v’s Tesco as a wholesaler/MVNO. They would have been better off doing nothing to be fair, the pressure should be on Voda, O2 & EE. Someone at Tesco didn’t think this through as now they look cheap

  • RubyTinkerbell RubyTinkerbell (@RubyTinkerbell) reported

@tescomobile Just what us customers want to hear - just leave us if you're not happy, cause we're not interested in solving the issue!

  • ReviewTesco Tesco_mobile_ review (@ReviewTesco) reported

@Wadadli96 @tescomobile Nothing unusual i bought 2 nokia 3.4 mobiles for the grandkids kids and even though tesco have confirmed the nokia phones have a fault that cannot be repaired they are refusing to cancel the contract 🙄

  • icecool1986 arron (@icecool1986) reported

@tescomobile yeah tried that as well and the sim searches and comes back as no service

  • JasonGood Jason Good (@JasonGood) reported

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile Bear in mind the vast majority of their users are probably mostly at home and making no use of their data allowance. There is no capacity issue.

  • TheologyRhys Rhys Baker (@TheologyRhys) reported

.@tescomobile is there an issue with your website? I am trying to request a new password and am stuck on a loading screen. Tried two different browsers and at two different times.

  • grangeyboy Alan Grange (@grangeyboy) reported

@tescomobile Won't cancel a top up account of my mothers who can't speak following a stroke and is incapacitated in hospital because I can't access her account or give her password. Seriously. Absolutely disgusting and vile that you will continue taking payments because of this. Vile company

  • DonnaBoo63 Donna (@DonnaBoo63) reported

@tescomobile Please could someone contact me regarding a returned mobile? Sent via DPD Monday 4th Jan as arranged by Advanced Support Team but not received confirmation of return. Many thanks.

  • carlywalker Carly Walker (@carlywalker) reported

@JolyonMaugham @ThreeUK @tescomobile “Every Little Helps” - they took the ‘little’ too seriously in this phrase and whilst, yes even a small amount of data will help, it’s really a drop in the ocean for Tesco. 1000 requests = 20,000gb. Also 20gb isn’t enough for average of 4 hours daily online learning!
