You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

Apparently it’s a known issue since May, nobody told me this when i signed for 2 contacts. Calls to the helpline are useless, they have no idea if or when it will be fixed
