-
Simon (@simondukamp) reportedIt has been nearly 5 months and the horrible people at @tescomobile continue to daily. It is now time for @Tesco to do their jobs.
-
chatterbox (@chatkins1) reported@fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests
-
Martitta (@MShazzzi) reported@tescomobile I didn’t have signal for whole month like the rest of my area due to o2 updates, been promised credits for no services and each time I contact the chat incompetent people ask me where do I experience issue. Sort this out please. Paid £113 for no service, unacceptable
-
New Homes Expert (@NewHomesExpert1) reported@tescomobile OH that old chestnut! @tescomobile used that as an ongoing excuse to delay and frustrate those who complain. Ombudsman will rule in my favour. "CEO team" 10 days to sort it ticking down!
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reportedRemarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.
-
loobylou (@loobylambchop) reported@tescomobile if you are going to run call centers and online CS please make sure they have the info needed to help .Today I spoke to someone online who wasn't interested & told me to come back later, then by phone 1st lovely lady tried to help transferred me but cut me off
-
ImMrMac (@InMrMac) reportedAnd yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers
-
BeckyRichards (@BeckyRichards4) reported@tescomobile utterly appalling customer service received today! I have tried using the webcast and calling still no further forward with resolving my issue
-
🇮🇪 Tisme (@ClionaQ) reported@Djq1971 @tescomobile I'm with them 10plus years at 15e a month and the customer service has always been excellent 4 phones in the family with them
-
Fizen (@fizenapp) reported@RobertJudd4 @tescomobile Border cells drift is common near coasts, a local eSIM with a fixed network avoids the surprise charges entirely. Glad Tesco credited you.
