To top off the crap signal my data hardly ever works as well. I want a reimbursement otherwise I'm going to cancel my direct debit until this is sorted as the service is inadequate!

Gina TE (@GinaTE16) reported@tescomobile For years we had all our phones with Tesco. In the last month I haven't been able to make phone calls or use Internet. Rang 10 times, and their customer service is awful, they don't know what to do👎. 3 came to the rescue this month. 👍

Since then, I have been having very poor connection in villages, and only get anything in towns/cities. Do you have a connection map I can look at?

Phone mast being worked on since 18th April, what takes that long? Told on the 27 May it was now finished, yet still have problems. Told I would be compensated once finished, now told I've been using the service, so no comp'....
