I went out of village to make a call snd received voicemail to say engineer was closing case due poor coverage area. Have had signal for 10 years. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

O2 keep saying problems are solved but they are not. Have now received message from them to say “should” be fixed by 21st Feb. Post Code OX33 1TR
